Bianca (10/5): - I noticed that the bathroom could use some renovation. The shower had a few issues, and I think it would help if it were modified or improved to make the stay more comfortable for guests. Other than that, the experience was pleasant.

ALENA (10/5): Приятное времяпровождение - Комфортно, очень чисто, прекрасное месторасположение, классный бассейн, сауна, настольный теннис, в номере есть всё необходимое Ночью немного шумно, слышен шум дороги. Подушки не слишком удобные (пружинят)

Gevorg (10/5): Качественно и есть желание туда возвращаться - Понравилось доброжелательное отношение персонала и особенно профессионализм администратора, Нарека. Удобное разположение, хороший номер с удобной кровать. Чистый бассейн и сауна. Хотелось бы лучшего качества Wi-Fi на третьем этаже.

Ghavidel (8/5): It was comfortable and pleasant. - The location was great, and the cleanliness was acceptable — it could have been better, but overall it was good. Even though there were no photos of the breakfast on the website, the breakfasts were actually really good with a nice variety. I also liked the lobby and the bar; they were clean, stylish, and had a beautiful view. Considering that most flights to and from Yerevan are very early in the morning, I expected the hotel to be more flexible and cooperative with early check-in. However, overall it was still good since we were able to use the lobby.

Matveeva (9/5): - Чисто, красиво. Уютно, центр города. Распечатали посадочный талон без оплаты. Мелочь, а приятно. Смежные номера этого отеля - это печаль. Смежные, это значит между вашим номером и соседним есть еще внутренняя запертая дверь. Но звукоизоляции никакой- под дверью широкая щель.Мой сосед храпел за стенкой так, что я не могла уснуть всю ночь. Заделать эти двери стенками - будет отличный отель. Все остальное хорошо. А, да! На завтраки вместо сарделек можно было бы делать куриные грудки, на мой взгляд. Полезнее, сейчас многие ЗОЖ. Крылья куриные на завтрак повеселили. И еще. Гости отеля, не оставляйте деньги в номере. Из внутреннего кармана моей сумки пропала небольшая купюра и пачка жевачек:) Всё купюры, что я там оставляла перед уходом в магазин, я помнила. Логику того, кто взял я понимаю. Из-за 20 евро никто не будет поднимать скандал, а может и не заметят. Админы, купите сотрудникам жевачки. Мне без своих было сложно в самолете.

Vikulova (9/5): - Все из заявленных удобств есть, кроме звукоизоляции. Сауна работала, бассейн тоже. Хорошее впечатление. Ещё раз бы остановились. Нет звукоизоляции- ни со стороны окна- окна на шумный проспект, ни через стены- была слышна речь спокойная из соседнего номера, низ коридора.

Сотрудники отзывчивые, без проблем принесли утюг и гладильную доску, протекал немного унитаз, мастер оперативно устранил проблему после того, как мы сообщили персоналу. Местоположение очень удобное, вблизи от достопримечательностей, вид из окна на закат прекрасный

Könnte mit zielführenden Tipps besser geholfen werden - Ich brauchte Hilfe beim Taxi bestellen weil zum ersten mal in Armenien und kann nicht Armenisch. Habe es am Schalter nicht bekommen. Hier hätte ich mehr Support gewünscht, musste allein das lösen um für die kommende Nacht zum Flughafen zu kommen.

Marina (7/5): - Мне нравится этот отель, и я часто в нем останавливаюсь. Хорошее месторасположение и внимательный персонал. В этот раз мое пребывание было менее приятным. Возможно, это была не вина отеля, но были перебои с электричеством.. Это неприятно, когда торопишься.. И номер у меня впервые был небольшой, и нужно было поднимать чемодан по лестнице.. Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле часто и считаю, что для постоянных клиентов должны быть хоть какие-то привилегии..

Бассейн работает до 21, часто не успевал в него сходить вечером
Andrejs (7/5): Отель понравился - Большой уютный номер, мягкий ковер. Все необходимое было. Отель находится рядом с центром. Разнообразные завтраки. Подушки просто жесть , спать на них невозможно. В Ереване ужасные пробки , в следующий раз я предпочту отель ближе к аэропорту.

Lydia (8/5): - L'emplacement est très bien, proche du centre à pied et des axes pour partir en visite. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L'hôtel nous a offert une bouteille de champagne pour mon anniversaire qui a eu lieu pendant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Une lampe de chevet avec les fils dénudés à proximité de l'interrupteur a entraîné une petite électrocution. L'hôtel a juste changé de côté la lampe au lieu de la réparer. Dans la nuit, l'électricité de la chambre a disjoncté. La réparation a été rapide. La couette est trop petite par rapport à la taille du lit. Le carrelage de la piscine nécessiterait une rénovation. La température de l'eau de la piscine pourrait être un peu plus chaude 26°C au thermomètre avec 28°C annoncé.

James (10/5): Old world charm with modern convenience - Exceptional customer service and huge well fitted out rooms. Good location. Great breakfast. Pool was listed at 28 degrees but was not, was quite a bit colder than this. This limited our use of the pool. Sauna was good though.
