Aside from screaming kids and jumping in splash ng others and throwing a ball that occasionally would hit others sitting by the pool. Needs to be updated. Some light maintenance like touch up paint, fixing outlets (there were several that didn’t work in my room). Also, there were some male guests that accumulated in the parking lot and drank beer and being loud until 12am.

We had children with us unprofessional very tasteless, I'm just giving everybody a heads up do not stay here not safe at all. - sarahmckenna012019 (8/5): Good accommodation for the price - We booked the 2 bedroom apartment which suited us as a party of three, these rooms have plenty of space to move around and the bedrooms have their own ensuite, the kitchen is equipped for all needs along with dishwashers /fridge freezer and microwave. We normally stay hear for sea world as it’s only a 5 min drive, there is a 711 a short walk from the resort but little else. The hotel is beside I4 and you can hear the rumble of traffic in your room especially in the early hours The person on check-in was very abrupt with us and didn’t even welcome us or say hello his demeanour was very unwelcoming and not your normal cheery reception at Marriott You will also have to pay for parking at this hotel which has plenty of spaces and disability parking
- Noga (9/5): - Highly recommended hotel! Great location- central to many attractions (even if you’re not visiting SeaWorld), though you do need a car. The hotel is clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen is a big plus. Everything was well maintained, even the carpet. As a vegan couple, we also really appreciated that the staff made sure we had good food options. The only downside was the unexpected parking fee- $92 for 3 nights. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I had to keep calling house keeping for items… They kept only giving 3 wash cloths when we had 4 people, also sheets were never changed after the 4th day. Laundry detergent was $3.50 for a small box of detergent that didn’t even make your clothes smell good nor seem clean. Not to mention the washer/dryer cost $3 each and then I had to put the dryer on 3 times- guess I lucked out with the dryer!

We even had to go to Walmart and buy our own blankets just to get through the night. A hotel that can’t provide clean bedding and basic comfort should not be operating. Do not stay here. We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the sheets on the bed were visibly dirty. We went to the front desk to request clean sheets and blankets, and were told they were completely out of blankets and could only provide sheets. The replacement sheets we received were extremely rough and scratchy, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The night shift attendant at the front desk also had a poor attitude when we asked questions about the parking app and addressed the issue with the dirty sheets. Instead of being helpful, they seemed annoyed and dismissive. We also needed bedding for the pull-out couch and were told the same thing—no blankets available. We asked again the next day, hoping the situation would be resolved, but were still told they had none. At that point, we had no choice but to go to a local Walmart and purchase our own blankets. This is completely unacceptable, especially while on vacation. Guests should not have to go out and buy basic necessities like clean bedding. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and lack of basic accommodations made this stay very frustrating. I would not recommend staying here

- taurusad1 (6/5): Wonderful staff but hotel is lacking - I will start by saying that I was at this property in February for a sports tournament. If you come in the summer you can take everything I say below and probably multiply it by 10x worse. I can’t imagine what it would be like when it’s prime time for families going to the theme parks. The positive was the staff was very accommodating and VERY nice. Kitchen had only two pots. One TINY and one large. I think the Fischer Price play kitchen starter set would have been better. And there were barely any dishes or silverware. I can bet that prisons have better quality toilet paper. Room service cleans every other day and didn’t think I needed another roll of crappy toilet paper on my 3rd day there. I had less than half a roll left when they cleaned…Let’s not forget I’m in a room that is a capacity of four people. The bathroom sink area & counter space is very small. Floor 2 is intoxicating with laundry fragrance fumes. It was overwhelming. Also my room was facing the pool and the pool noise was so loud I thought my window was open. The blowdryer doesn’t even blow! I think they are from 1982. No luggage carts available…ever. Not to mention the luggage carts are the metal style push carts that you see at an airport. When I asked about carts, the front desk basically told me to go look for them myself “at the ends of hallways.” There is like 8+ hallways plus multiply that by 6 floors. Doors close so loud even when you manually close them and don’t even let them slam. Walls are thin and you can hear everything…especially crying babies. They have barely any pool lounge chairs for the capacity of the hotel and pool area. I counted maybe 20 lounge chairs. All the loungers & chairs were very broken in and have seen better days. Overall the place had a bit of a run down feel. Pool bar barely operated. Elevators are sluggish and feel like they’re on the verge of breaking down.. Continental breakfast is decent but I wish it started at 6 AM instead of 6:30am on Fridays. Starts at 7am on Sat & Sun. With our schedule, we had to be out the door before breakfast started. If your looking for a high end motel 8 or Fairfield inn, than you hit the jackpot. This is your place. Probably a great place for family’s on an extremely tight budget. It checks all the boxes if you have low expectations.

- Hferrise (6/5): Paying for parking on such a large property is ridiculous. - Pool area, thats about it. Standard room even small for a america. How on earth are you supposed to pay for parking in America? Everyone has a car, and hotels are located on huge properties with massive parking spaces. Yet you pay ridiculously high prices for accommodation that is just standard and not even within walking distance of anything. It makes no sense like so much in this country. 24 USD for parking your car....whats your problem really! Carpets everywhere give off a bad smell and create a feeling of poor hygiene.

- Patricia (7/5): - Para ir en Familia es lo mejor,tiene todo lo necesario para estar unos días. El desayuno no es muy completo y no nos hicieron la habitación, llegamos cansados después de estar todo el día en Disney y estaba la habitación igual que como la dejamos a las 8 AM
