- Shannon (7/5): Cost effective and Could stay again - The property was conveniently located, about five minutes from Universal and about 20 to 25 minutes to the Disney parks. The room was much larger than expected. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was really good and it’s offered from 7-10am. They always have a good source of protein like sausage and bacon and they always have eggs. They also have fruit, cereal, waffles, juice, yogurt. the coffee 24 seven. If we needed anything, the staff provided that very quickly. Free parking, the total cost, and free breakfast. Clean surrounding area. Things we didn’t like all the property felt very minor , I think it was more so that the property is a little bit older, because we constantly saw people cleaning. When You initially walk into the property there’s a couch and it’s dirty and worn down, which made a bad first impression. The elevators were dirty on the inside consistently. There are only two mirrors the room, one in the bathroom and one next to the pullout couch however, the one next to the pullout couch does not have an outlet if you wanted to do your hair or if someone wanted to get ready there. At the end of our stay the toilet stopped filling up with water so we would have to turn the valve off and turn the valve back on in order to use the toilet. The towel hook in the bathroom was broken off. The TVs are not smart TVs so you’re unable to cast unless you bring a casting stick. They do offer buses to Universal However, they are limited and you have to walk to another hotel to get the bus. There’s a smoking area out front, I would go out every morning and There were always homeless /mentally ill people that approached me, not a huge issue but I wouldn’t let my children walk out alone.

- Wim (8/5): Goed gelegen hotel! - Heel fijn hotel! Prima kamer, goede bedden, goed sofabed, prima ontbijt met genoeg keuzes. Heel fijn dat je een gratis shuttle hebt die je kunt nemen naar de Universal Studios/Universal Islands of Adventure. De shuttle komt bij het Holiday Inn Express aan de overkant die vertrekt om 7.15, om 8.50 en om 9.45 uur in de ochtend. Voor de terugweg zijn de tijden: 5.25, 6.30 en 7.35 uur in de namiddag. Je zit ook binnen 8 minuten op de Premium Outlets aan de andere kant van de snelweg. Genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt en je bent zo op de snelweg naar andere bezienswaardigheden. Echt een aanrader!

The complimentary internet worked well. The cleaning of the room could be improved. It is not really nice finding hair from former guests in the drain of the shower... The breakfast war poor, but that's a personal impression since I am not used to the standard "complimentary breakfast" in US hotels. It's been even little cheaper that at Best Western Hotels since they did not even produce scrambled eggs but a kind of "omelete"? which already hat a suspicious apprearance. Since our room was on the 1st floor, the sound of the waffle machines war kind of disturbing.

- F9093JDmikel (8/5): A good option for Universal tourism - Comfort Inn and Suites, near Unversal. I stayed 3 nights. Checkin was simple and polite. This area has lot's of properties for Universal visitors. It's OK area but missing a walkable 7-11 or circle K. You may have a car and then you have a large choice nearby at the Premium outlet food court. Rooms were in good shape and everything worked. I was put here by Blue Mountain timeshare so I got the per night stay off by $30 a night plus the GC they give you so Value for cost was really good. Would I stay again? Maybe but not for the rack room rate. Breakfast was standard Choice Hotel free breakfast. Nothing special but OK. Area was quiet which is a big plus.

- patrizia (5/5): Unterkunft für diesen Preis enttäuschend, die Lage und das Parken dafür sehr gut. - Die Lage war sehr gut 👍🏼 Das Parken hat super geklappt 👍🏼 Leider waren teilweise Sockelleisten gelöst. Im Bad kein einziger Haken für Handtücher. Keine Garderobe, für 4 Personen echt schlecht. Die Dekokissen waren teilweise kaputt und eines davon war richtig schmutzig. Das Sofabett war nicht gerichtet und nach Anfrage kam nie eine Antwort des Vermieters. Hat schlussendlich dann doch geklappt da die Hausdame uns mit Laken versorgt hat. Doch das hat sie auch nicht wirklich gerne gemacht. Der Zustand der Wohnung entspricht nicht den Bildern.

- ELIANA PAOLA (10/5): Una experiencia espectacular y sin duda volveríamos en otra ocasión. - Me gustó mucho la estadía. El desayuno fue variado, especialmente pensado para los niños, lo cual nos pareció excelente. Como sugerencia de mejora, consideramos importante fortalecer la comunicación en la recepción. En nuestro caso, no entendíamos muy bien cuando la chica nos hablaba en inglés, ya que nuestro nivel no es muy alto. En algún momento percibimos incomodidad, y creemos que, tratándose de huéspedes extranjeros, es importante tener paciencia y ser comprensivos, ya que no siempre es fácil para nosotros comunicarnos en otro idioma. De resto, todo estuvo perfecto. ¡10 de 10!

- Da silva (10/5): Maravilhosa - Recepção, café de boa qualidade. Piscina aquecida. Cama super confortável e sem dúvidas o sofá cama para quem tem família grande e uma excelente proposta. O quarto do primeiro piso próximo da recepção, o carpete não está com o cheiro muito bom. E apenas uma observação!

- Larissa (7/5): Wir haben gut geschlafen und hatten bis auf das Badezimmer einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. - Super Betten und es war sehr ruhig. Zimmer sehr geräumig und schönes großes Fenster. Personal war nett und wir konnte unsere Koffer vor dem Check in unterstellen. Badezimmer war etwas schimmelig (Sitz in der Dusche) und das Wasser lief beim Duschen total raus, nachdem die Fliesen nicht richtig verfugt waren, war das sicher auch noch ein potentielles Schimmelrisiko. Beim frühstücken ist alles in Plastik (Teller/Besteck/Gläser) - hier sollte man mehr an Nachhaltigkeit denken!! Bettdecke wäre hygienischer, wenn man diese überzieht.

- Veronica (9/5): Tranquila - Muy buena ubicación, muy amables, en general a la vista todo limpio. No se hacen problema con idioma ya sea Ingles o español, ni en apoyar con dudas o consultas. El desayuno no esta pensado para personas que tengan intolerancia o problemas digestivos, pero para quienes no tienen inconvenientes esta perfecto.
