• Catherine (9/5): - The Pembroke is in a classical building, tastefully decorated and well appointed. It is located in a convenient neighborhood so we were able to walk to all the areas of interest with a few lively pubs to chose from close by. We really enjoyed our stay.

Auf Anmerkungen zum Zimmer wurde prompt reagiert und diese behoben. Mit unserem Mietwagen konnten wir problemlos auf dem Parkplatz parken. Nachmittags gibt es Kaffe, man kann jederzeit Wasserflaschen auffüllen in der Lobby. Wenige Steckdosen verfügbar zum Aufladen von Equipment.

• Demi (10/5): Quaint and comfortable - The room was comfortable with a nice sized bathroom that was well equipped with everything you needed. Small and simple but nicely decorated, and the staff were always very lovely. Free coffee and tea was offered downstairs along with pastries, which was very helpful when you wanted something quick. The water in our shower was extremely hot. There was no cold option no matter which way you turned the dial. If you barely turned the water pressure on, it would be cool enough to shower, but it was extremely hot.

• Minviluz (8/5): Clean and comfy - Pembroke Townhouse was situated in a quiet yet convenient location, easily accessible by bus, train, or a pleasant walk from the city center. Parks, pubs, cafés, and discount stores such as Tesco and SPAR were all just a short stroll away. Howth was only a 30–35 minute DART ride from Lansdowne Road Station, which was around a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend Pembroke Townhouse. The lady at reception, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the teachers’ academy where I attended a seminar, and I’m very pleased I did. Pembroke Townhouse provided such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It may not be the most suitable option for guests with knee problems or those using walking aids, as the property has several stairs typical of a Victorian house. Although lifts are available from the first floor, guests need to inform the receptionist, who will unlock the door with a key. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room due to some electrical issues.

We walked home after a show and it felt safe and relaxed. The room was really unique and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend and would return. If I had to nick pick the pillows could have been more fluffy. But that really is me trying to provide feedback.

• Bethany (8/5): - It was a lovely hotel, very clean and the breakfast was good. We got upgraded to a suit which felt very fancy, and I loved that it had a radio in the room. Staff were super friendly and it has good bus links. The room has a mini bar, and complimentary tea and coffees were in the reception, which I wasn't a fan of. We also couldn't turn the bathroom fan off which was really annoying.

Die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und das bereitstellen von kostenlosem Wasser und Snacks rund um die Uhr war ein Highlight. Mega ! Das Frühstück a la cart, besonders das irische Frühstick, war sehr lecker. Man merkt, dass das Haus an sich etwas älter ist. Die Pension selbst hat ihr bestes getan und deshalb nur Lob.

Staff were very helpful. The parking was accessible and secure behind the hotel. As we have a dog and child with us they gave us a great room. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. We found it too warm in the room. Opening the window was our only solution but as we are on the ground floor with easy access to the public, without security bars on the outside of the window this offers access for intruders. If it was possible for us to manage the heat, I would definitely give it a 10/10.

• Claire (5/5): No tea or coffee in the rooms - Nice bathroom with a good shower. Free secure parking onsite. Very uncomfortable bed. The mattress was lumpy and hard. The room smelled strongly of cleaning products, perhaps carpet shampoo. So much so that it was difficult to sleep. The decor looks a lot better in the photos, in reality it is wallpaper with panelling printed on it and applied strangely. This was the real deal breaker for me was that there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.. I gather from other reviews here that there was coffee available somewhere near reception but we were not informed about this when checking in.
