• R (8/5): Improve breakfast and get simple good espresso machines. Not the cheapy stuff. - Front desk staff is excellent! Very efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast room is beautiful but the breakfast is not up to par for this kind of boutique hotel. Yogurt quality is very good. But the fresh items are not so fresh and not good. The seem old or having been frozen. Also the coffee needs to be better. Honestly really let down with breakfast.

Vor dem Hotel eine Bikestation, damit Paris direkt erkundet werden kann. Auch einige U-Bahnstationen sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Keine negativen Punkte.
• anna (10/5): Can’t recommend this hotel enough! - The hotel is a short walk from Gare du Nord station, so perfect if you are flying in or getting the Eurostar to Paris. Close to the Louvre and Montmarte, it was a perfect location for us. Some amazing bakeries nearby and restaurants and just a short walk to the metro. The hotel rooms are small, but cosy! And the Juliette balcony is lovely and the bathroom size is good.

It may be a 3 star hotel but they treat you like 5 star guest. The hotel is brilliantly located. I love the calm and tranquility in the hotel and the staff are fantastic. I love the breakfast room (pic attached). Everything about this hotel is wonderful and I love the quirkiness of it.

The location was perfect, easy to get everywhere by transportation and very local, not touristic, with many nice restaurants around. The room was very small. Sound isolation was not perfect - we could hear the neighbours. Not all of the utilities were in order - hairdryer, safe.

L'ensemble du personnel est très gentil (réception, petit-déjeuner, chambre). Décoration soignée. Petit-déjeuner de qualité : cela est très appréciable. Rue calme pour une capitale. Rideaux de chambre occultants et ascenseur : merci à vous. La chambre est petite et très mal insonorisée (eu égard aux voisins de chambre). Le matelas du lit est peu confortable. La salle de bain manque d'étagères pour poser ses affaires et sans charme. Nous sommes restés 5 jours avec cet unique plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre en guise de bienvenue (jamais renouvelé) : bouteille d'eau filtrée + 2 dosettes de café + 2 sachets de thé + 2 petits chocolats + 2 sucrettes : je trouve cela pauvre pour notre long séjour.
• Pier (10/5): Superb place - I visit Paris every year for work and for the past eight years I’ve stayed at a small boutique hotel around the corner called France Albion. As it’s currently closed for refurbishment, I needed somewhere nearby and this hotel looked like a good fit. On check-in I was immediately impressed by the entrance lobby and reception. The hotel has clearly had a full refurbishment — it feels modern but still keeps a traditional Parisian charm. I loved the wallpaper and colour scheme, and there’s a nice small bar area to one side. Upstairs, the room is compact but beautifully decorated, very cosy, and has a large TV mounted on the wall. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I didn’t have breakfast, but the breakfast room looked just as cosy as the rest of the hotel. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s in a non-touristy area so it doesn’t feel like a tourist trap. I was honestly very impressed and this will now be my new go-to hotel in Paris. My only small criticisms would be that the room could do with an couple of coat hooks by the door and another shelf in the bathroom. The large modern TV also doesn’t appear to support Apple AirPlay, which would have been useful. Aside from that, absolutely superb. TV could have supported Apple AirPlay and some caot hooks in the room

This gorgeous little boutique is one of the main reasons I love visiting Paris, just so conveniently local to most of the key places in Paris but not so overly touristy that you regret staying. I love the quaint little street that brings you to the local patisserie, bistro, boutique de vêtements etc near this hotel. Honestly feels like home from home. The staff are absolutely amazing also, just so accomodating and caring. My biggest appreciation goes to Kelly, just the sweetest angel. Thank you for the amazing hospitality shown on my 40th birthday and to the rest of your team, who were so kind and professional, you made my stay even more worth while. Nothing.

• Eli (9/5): Buena habitación, buena ubicación y buen trato. - Si quieres un hotel práctico y con buena relación calidad precio para visitar el centro de la ciudad es ideal. Ubicado en una calle con ambiente local, sin demasiado bullicio pero céntrica para visitar caminando. Además está bien conectado con 2 lineas de metro cercanos a 2 y 5 minutos caminando, para desplazarse a aquellas zonas mas alejadas. La habitación es más que correcta, teniendo en cuenta que en Paris las habitaciones suelen ser reducidas y los edificios antiguos. Baño moderno de buen tamaño, y habitación con mesillas, mesa y silla, por la que te mueves bien. Además tiene vistas a la calle, pudiendo disfrutar fachadas típica de Paris cada mañana. Teniamos desayuno incluido, no era espectacular pero si buen desayuno, además durante todo el día en la zona del desayuno, podías tomar infusiones café y otras bebidas, sin cargo añadido. Sin duda lo mejor fue el trato del personal, la amabilidad en todo momento y la predisposición para ayudar en cualquier cosa. A modo consejo y por decir algo: En el desayuno quizá se agradecería más variedad o rotación de dulces y salados, y la posibilidad de cambio de plato y cubiertos, ya que sólo puedes usar el plato que te ponen en tu mesa, así como cubiertos y vaso. Si quieres varios alimentos se hace incómodo.

The location is excellent, a lovely neighbourhood, but very close to all the main tourist hotspots too. I'd like to give a particular thank you to Francesca, who reacted extremely quickly and called an ambulance for my husband in the middle of the night during an emergency situation. • DayTrip63227744192 (10/5): Solo traveler friendly! - This hotel was awesome for a solo traveler. The staff were very welcoming. I had gotten there super early so my room wasn’t ready but they happily let me do my makeup in the lobby area and brought me a cappuccino while I freshened up. They stored my bags until I came back. The room was tiny per usual, the bed was extremely comfortable. I would say the shower was uncomfortable small, that no matter what the water would leak out of the shower. Other than that I would def recommend if you want a hotel a little bit further from the center but still very close to Galeries Lafayette & Garnier Palais!

They even checked in with us beforehand to see if we needed any specific amenities or if there was anything they could do to make our stay extra special. The room itself was a little smaller than we expected, but it was comfortable, well-presented, and spotlessly clean—especially the bathroom and bedding. We also loved the charming view of the Parisian street below. The staff were warm, friendly, and more than happy to help with directions or recommendations. A great bonus was the unlimited complimentary tea and coffee available in the breakfast area throughout the day. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a brilliant location with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely return.

• Charlotte (10/5): Great hotel - It was beautifully decorated. Easy location to and from the train station. What made it stand out was the friendliness of the staff. Couldn't do enough for us.
• Julie (10/5): Séjour parfait. - L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et très aimable. La chambre, bien que donnant sur rue, était calme. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le matelas est un peu trop mou mais il reste confortable pour quelques nuits.
