• Aneta (5/5): - Líbila se nám poloha v blízkosti zastávky metra, vybavení hotelu pěkné, nové, postel pohodlná, jídlo skvělé. Bohužel se stalo, že přistýlka nebyla nově povlečená, při odkrytí deky sme zjistili, že celý gauč je chlupatý od psa!!! postel nebyla převlená.!!Stalo se tak kolem 22 hod, okamžitě sme řešili na recepci, kde byl pan recepční a slečna recepční, která byla absolutně laxní.Po 20 minutách sme volali na recepci odpovědí bylo , že o tom personál ví.Takto sme urgovali ještě 2 x cca ve 23 hod sme dostali odpověď, že slečna recepční na problému začala pracovat.!!Výsledkem bylo že nám ve 23.10 hod donesli 6 povlečených polštářů !! a 1 deku....Prostěradlo žádné..Následovalo dalších 10 min čekání , prostěradlo přinesl recepční s omluvou a bohužel z něj byl cítit alkohol, talže postel sme si museli ustlat sami.Chyby se stávají, to dokážu pochopit, ale laxní přístup personálu nikoliv!! V takovém to hotelu, za tyto peníze to člověk neočekává.Takže nemohu hotel doporučit..
• Jill (9/5): Nice stay in Prague - The room was large and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent. I couldn’t hear anything outside or in the hallway. The breakfast had lots of options and was decent. There were charges for incidentals. They did not offer coffee in the room after day one. They did not provide soap for the dishwasher. All these things were available for an extra charge. At the price of the room these things should have been included.

Although there was a dishwasher in the kitchen area of the apartment, there were no dishwasher tablets provided. Every place we’ve stayed with a dishwasher, has also provided tablets. This is not an item that a traveler would pack. To charge extra for the tablets made no sense.

• CIPRIAN (9/5): O vacanta placuta. - Amplasarea foarte buna. Personalul foarte placut si locatia intr-o zona foarte linistita. Poti ajunge pe jos in 10 minute la Muzeul National, ceea ce a fost foarte placut pentru noi. Micul dejun este foarte bogat chiar si pentru pretentiosi. Nu mi-a placut ca nu aveau frigider in camere si nici papuci de casa. Vara e mai greu sa ai bauturi reci in camera, sau o gustare pentru copii. In rest nu am nimic de reprosat.
• Verena (6/5): 4 Tage Prag - Das große Bad und das große Fenster mit der tollen Aussicht ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist lecker und reichlich. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen. Die einzige Möglichkeit zu lüften geht über die Klimaanlage, die die ganze Zeit auf 21 Grad lief. Es war einfach zu warm und es gab keine Frischluft. Ein Zimmerservice war für 3 Tage Aufenthalt nicht in Sicht, sodass wir nach Toilettenpapier unten am Empfang bitten mussten. Im Frühstücksraum ist es leider extrem laut durch schabene Stühle und Hall.
• Marek (8/5): výborná poloha, slabšie služby v rámci upratovania, výborné raňajky - raňajky boli vynikajúce, veľkosť izby alebo vybavenie boli na vysokej úrovni, služby boli ale trochu slabšie, a to najmä frekvencia a kvalita upratania izby Pobyt trval od piatka do utorka nasledujúceho týždňa a počas neho nám ani raz nevymenili posteľnú bielizeň alebo upratali vôbec posteľ. Očakávalo by sa, že v 4-hviezdičkovom hoteli si nepôjdete pýtať vymeniť uteráky, ak odídete z izby o 11.00. Netuším, kedy chodí upratovačka, ale teda dúfam, že nie, keď sú objektívne hostia na izbe a potom už nepríde.

Very welcoming staff and the bar-drinks were cheap for a hotel. My only tiny thing was that the rooms don’t have Irons.

Ich würde das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen - Wir hatten ein Apartment mit insgesamt 3 Schlaf-Zimmer, die über verbindubgstüren zu einem großen Apartment wurden. In der Mitte ein Aufenthaltsraum, mit Küche und Sofa. Unglaublich groß und geräumig, sehr schick eingerichtet. Aufgefallen ist ein angenehmer frischer Geruch im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind total ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Eine kurze Zimmerreinigung wäre schön gewesen, war für 3 Tage aber auch nicht schlimm. Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler fehlten.

• Alicja (10/5): - Lokalizacja hotelu w spokojnym miejscu , centrum ale nie ścisłe więc nie było hałaśliwych turystów , 20 minut spacerkiem od Głównego Rynku. Pokoje duże , przestronne , codziennie sprzątane . Śniadania urozmaicone , spory wybór produktów na ciepło i zimno , duży wybór pieczywa , naprawdę każdy znajdzie coś smacznego dla siebie . Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie .To był nasz drugi pobyt w Pradze i drugi raz wybraliśmy hotel Mamaison , przy kolejnym pobycie też na pewno zatrzymamy się właśnie tu. nie ma takiej rzeczy

• Marlena (10/5): Uwielbiam Pragę i na pewno jeszcze skorzystam z tego hotelu. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Blisko centrum, do Mostu Karola jakieś 20 minut spacerem. Pokoje w pełni wyposażone z aneksem kuchennym. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. W łazience zarówno prysznic jak i wanna. Przepyszne śniadania, miła obsługa. Jedyny naprawdę mały minusik, który mi troszkę doskwierał to brak otwieranych okien.

Na oboch ranajkach sme sa stretli s niekym, kto tiez hladal gluteenfree pecivo alebo laktofree vyrobky a nic tam nebolo urcene pre takychto hosti. Odporucam spravit osobitny pult, s jasnym oznacenim Gluten & Lakto free. V inych europslych mestach je to uz štandard, preto nam to velmi chybalo. A pri Vasej medzinarodnej klientele by to malo vyznam. ic nenasie
• Ivana (8/5): - Je to krásny a čistý hotel, výborná poloha, fajn raňajky. Milý personál. Hotel je vhodný pre páry aj pre deti. Majú aj wellness za príplatok. Chýbali mi hygienické potreby na izbe ( vatové tyčinky a vatové odličovacie tampóny), taktiež absentovala rýchlovarná kanvica a minichladnička. Viem že niektoré izby majú vybavenie chladničkou a rychlovarnou kanvicou ale nie je to štandard. A to mi chýbalo.

• Irina (10/5): Thank you for our staying in Prague! - We’ve got what we expected. The hotel is located in a quiet city centre within 15-20 minute walk to the main sightseeings on the relevant bank of the river. The personnel was very helpful and friendly, ready to assist whenever required. The room was clean and nice, with all the required inside. Exactly as described. Breakfasts start at 06:30, which is absolutely great if you want to start your long day early - that was very important and exactly what we were looking for, due to most hotels serve breakfast starting with 7:00, 8:00 and even later, while it might be important for many guests to start their day as much early as possible and every minute matters. Breakfasts are various, fresh and tasty. Parking is at a separate fee, but that was not a surprise for us - the relevant info was provided on the hotel’s web-site. The price is not higher than the average ones anywhere else in the centre of Prague. Entering might be a bit complicated, due to narrow space, but again - this should be expected in most buildings of the old part of the city. All in all, we have fully enjoyed our staying and would repeat it willingly, should we ever return to Prague again. Our big thanks to the personnel who was very welcoming, supportive and friendly. All was very good. Thank you!

• Berna (5/5): Not the 4-star hotel you’re paying for - The reception staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming first impression. Our room was spacious, and the lobby offered plenty of comfortable space to relax, with a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout. The hotel’s location was also a strong point, situated just 10–15 minutes from the city centre and Old Town, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few improvements, this review could easily have been rated much higher. However, the main issue during our four-night stay was the standard of housekeeping, which unfortunately fell well below expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed that the bins would be emptied daily, yet they were only changed once during our stay. As we were travelling with a baby, this meant dirty nappies remained in the room for two days, which was particularly inconvenient. On one morning at 9am, we asked the housekeeper if she could return in an hour, as we would be leaving shortly. She responded with noticeable attitude and did not return to service the room at all that day. Small but important details also reflected a lack of care: the shampoo and hand wash bottles were mixed up and visibly dirty, one of the cups had coffee stains that appeared to be from previous guests, and one of the glasses still contained water. Cleanliness overall was disappointing. The floors were extremely dirty, with visible dust buildup, and maintenance issues were also evident. The side of the door was peeling away, and one of the bathroom tiles had not been fitted properly, causing water to collect underneath. A mini fridge in the room would also have been a welcome addition. While we still enjoyed our stay, the housekeeping and maintenance standards did not align with what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. With better attention to cleanliness and service, the experience could be significantly improved.

• nicoleta (8/5): - I liked the reception staff, the hotel position. Easy to get to the center. The hair was a bit of a bitch. The cleaning person is not doing their job. He only took the garbage, that's all.
• Andrea (7/5): - Ubytovanie pomer cena / kvalita OK. Izba bola veľmi čistá a novo-zariadená, aj keď veľmi jednoduchá. Páčili sa mi spoločné priestory. Raňajky priemerné, ničím výnimočné, ale OK. V prípade, že hľadáte lacnú variantu ubytovania v Prahe, tak je tento hotel dobrá voľba.

• Florian (8/5): Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Zentrale Lage Die Reinigung am 3. Tag hätte besser sein können. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr laut, die Sitze etwas unbequem. Der Frühstücksraum an sich war leider etwas steril, was schade ist, da das Frühstück sehr gut war. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht proaktiv auf die Gäste zukommend.
