• Cinara (5/5): péssima experiencia - não tinha café da manhã, e apesar do quarto ter uma cozinha montada não havia sequer um copo de vidro , somente de plastico péssimo atendimento da recepção . contratei um quarto superior e fiquei no primeiro piso , quarto de péssima localização e barulhento . banheiro ficava pingando agua e a orta estava cpm problemas para ficar trancada

The bathroom has cracked walls and kitchen needs new cabinetry. The beds looked undone not properly made and unit needed more than one toilet paper and tub needs to be updated and mattresses need upgrading as well

• Perez (1/5): Not worth the price. Would not recommend. - The location was good. The room was not ready until 5:30PM. The room was disgusting. The wall had dried up throw up on it that I did not realize until the morning. The bathroom and kitchen were covered in gross stains and were not wiped down at all. When I asked the girl at the front desk if she could send the room cleaner back up to do a better job she said they already went home for the day so I left with no solution. The bed itself was clean and I was only there for one night or else I would have left. In the middle of the night there was a couple yelling in the hallway fighting.

• Kimberly (1/5): Terrible & disgusting - Nothing The staff are terrible… I paid $440 each week, stayed for over a month… NOT ONE SINGLE TIME did they come to clean on “my cleaning day” didn’t get no towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bedding, nothing.. Fridge & microwave went out, I had just spent $200 at the grocery store. Everything I had in the fridge & freezer went bad. When the refrigerator went out, I immediately went and told the front desk. They said they would come check it out never did. I called right before they closed that day. Still nothing called the next morning. Still nothing.. by that time I had to throw everything away. I asked who was going to replace all my food and I was told to talk to the GM that was not there. Finally, three days later all they had to do is flip a breaker… none of my food got replaced, just had to eat the loss because they wouldn’t do their job. There’s cockroaches, there is mold all in the bathroom. The walls are coming off because they are so full of mold and moisture. The cleaning crew does not clean those rooms before the next guest comes in. Absolutely disgusting. I understand that it’s not a high-end hotel, but they still need to do their job.

• Karen (7/5): I stayed there for 3 nights and there were places close by you could go to in a walking distance - I liked the bedroom area, the space there looked quite nice and the bed was comfortable and nice. The room itself was not bad, it was mainly receiving the floors dirty and stepping into a wet puddle that made the experience not so likeable It was said it was newly renovated but it wasn’t in as good condition as expected. The floor was very dirty and looked like it had not been vacuumed or mopped with puddles in the bathroom close to the bathroom and the couch had some stains and paint in it.

We talked to the manager next day and asked if we check out early. He said that if we can check out by 11 am, they will refund the amount for 2 nights. 3 weeks later, when I called them about refund they said that it was a miscommunication. They aren't gonna refund us.

Read my previous statement. - The manager stated they tried to call me around 4-5pm Friday before my stay to confirm my reservation and since he didn’t get in touch with me and have the paperwork completed by 7pm, he didn’t process my reservation. I never got a phone call at that time because I was on a call until 5pm. I drove to the location and the lobby was closed at 11pm and I had to call a number posted on the door to find out the info I stated previously. Now it’s 1am and I’m stuck without a room in a city 3.5 hrs from home. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night and ended up paying 3x my original reservation price. I won’t be staying in another hotel in Orlando through your website because I wasn’t aware that hotel lobbies in Orlando close at 11pm. The manager stated they tried to call me around 4-5pm Friday before my stay to confirm my reservation and since he didn’t get in touch with me and have the paperwork completed by 7pm, he didn’t process my reservation. I won’t be booking (pun intended) another hotel in Orlando through your website due to this experience. Delete my information and close my account.

I needed to place tenant Rosa for 2 nights FRI 26 and SAT 27 that L booked online 2 nights and leaving SUN morning.L paid by credit card.I confirmed by going to property in person on Thurs 25 ,Spoke with very pleasant man at counter, Friday 26 ck in around 11 tried to ck in.Man at counter Johnny said room was not ready till 1pm .When we came back He made us wait another 4 hours till we got room,He was very rude and Garbled voice.Did not speak directly to us just under his breath, Your support staff Lisa and 2 other men noticed His bad attitude and came to our support,L speak perfect English and feel us being Hispanic was His reason for his nasty attitude.This man has no customer service skills at all, Your other staff was very supportive and helped as much as they could, l am a retired OUC electric utility worker and know how public needs to be treated. This Johnny is not capable of any dealing with the public.Seems we are not the only persons that have had a bad time with this person if he does not like dealing with Hispanics He needs to find another job. • Maria (1/5): Cero recomendable. - La peor experiencia de mi vida, un hotel que no tiene recepción. Llegué a hacer mi check in el sábado a las 9 pm y la “oficina” cerrada. Solo trabajan de lunes a sábado hasta la 7 pm y el hotel a expensas de los huéspedes. Cancelaron mi reserva sin mi consentimiento y cobraron la estadía sin mi autorización.

• Rodney (3/5): Shitty - They don't have anyone at the office Sundays so i was forced to check out on a Sunday eventhough I asked if there was anyway I could pay on Sunday the gentleman said no he sad manager told him I was checking out when I asked for my 50 cash deposit. He said that was a manager thing I said I she said I was checking out she could of left my deposit I have called the location and corporate still have not gotten my cash deposit. The professionalism and customer service of front desk. The cleaning ladies are Awesome. The only good thing at that location is those ladies.

• Walter (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Buchung wurde von der Unterkunft eigenständig storniert, weil angekündigte check-in Uhrzeit nicht eingehalten wurde. Statt 19 uhr sind wir um 21 h angekommen (Flugverspätung). Zum Glück haben wir unweit Alternative spontan gefunden.
• Kristina (6/5): - The InTown suites smell. I don't know if people are smoking in the rooms or the food people are cooking. While I was there the cleaning people did not clean my room for a week. You have to get your linens and make your own bed (that's fine). You do have to clean and wash your towels and get your own toilet paper.

• Rodney (1/5): - I was there 39 days and the I had asked the manager if I could pay for Monday online since on Saturday I only paid for one night so she told me you will have to check out tomorrow I told her do what you have to do on Saturday when the crackhead that stay over night came to tell me I had to check out I asked him if he can take payment he said no I asked for my deposit I was told it was a manager issue however I say if the manager had me check out on a Sunday she should of left my cash deposit with the employee to give it to me. I have not received a call so I can get my deposit. I guess they really need it.

• james (1/5): - N/A I booked a 1 night stay through a third party website , then after contacting thee hotel staff , was told I could not book a 1 night stay , I asked for a refund being that thee third party website was MISLEADING , and mad a complaint. Thee hotel staff never responded to My complaint , and still took My money , for a 1 night stay that should have been cancelled by thee hotel and immediately I should have received a refund. I thought to bring law enforcement and charge thee individual and have them arrested for charging My Debit Card , for a stay that was against their policy and not refunded to Me , knowing I should have been refunded , and still nearly 1 months later , they still have not answered My complaint. They are thieves , and it is a shame that they need money that bad , that they have to steal to get it , so since they're petty , I let them have it , when I should've had thee individual locked up who charged My Card , when even a representative from their hotel staff , when contacted told Me , they do not allow booking for 1 night stays.

• Joseph (1/5): Stay Away - It is unsafe for your UCF Students! - Nothing. The place was unsafe, unsanitary, and should be nowhere near a University Campus. I strongly urge all parents to keep their children away from that hotel. The place was filled with the smell of Marijuana. There was a vagrant in the lobby that the night manager had to tell to leave 5 times while we were checking in. The room looked like it was from 1960. There were homeless looking people outside on cell phones seemingly transacting some sort of business.
