Me gusto la climatización que tiene la habitación y la confortable cama king. Me gusto su ubicación ya que te encuentras a pocos minutos de Walmart, los parques de Universal y Seaworld. Pienso que el piso esta de cambio, porque hay partes del piso de la habitación qué se hunden cuando caminas, como que esta próximo de alcanzar su vida útil y necesita ser cambiado.

Belance (1/5): Housekeepers must be cautious of how they be working on travelers in hotel of others they hate ,love - They made me very uncomfortable because the people who are at the desk or the housekeeping cleaners they had raised the bed with such magic evil and I couldn't sleep at all. And I could get real sick until the left there, I still don't feel good today and it is very missed me up my body is really b pain today and I still cant walk well enough so I felt paralyzed and dizziness in me. I asked them I don't like people coming In my room when I am not there ,because my safety concerned. So they anyways the housekeeping must go and check for drain and other things. And they could do something to me worst than that.... They made feel me missed up, because of raised the bed with such magic evil works and real and continue to persisting me alot it is giving me alot of pain...

Evellyn (1/5): Worst experience ever. - DON'T EVER BOOK THIS PLACE! The pictures don't match the rooms, you're paying here for the most expensive room in theory because they're using the pictures of the premium suites but in reality you're getting the old rooms where everything is broken, super dirty, smelly and old. There are tons of reviews talking about the rudeness of the staff but the owners or supervisors of this place won't ever do anything about it because the rude women are still here and treating everyone really bad, not doing their jobs properly, yelling at you and even lying. I don't know how the owners are comfortable keeping those ladies here since they are responsible for the bad reputation of this place, you can see that nobody here cares about the guest experience. Don't bother coming here thinking that the price is good because, as I said, you're not paying for the rooms in the pictures and if you have a problem, nobody will help you, they will be super rude instead. When I checked in, my husband was standing right next to me, he even paid for the room, I just took care of the papers and the manager was too lazy to register him at our room so he didn't get the key. He left him locked out, told him that she won't do anything to help him since he's not registered, even though she's the one not doing her job properly and yelled at him for nothing. When I went to ask for another key to the front desk lady she told me that she won't give the key because my husband is not registered in the room, I explained to her that it's not our fault but theirs because the manager doesn't even want to work properly and she told me that I was the one supposed to ask her to register him even thought he was standing right next to me and using his car to pay for the room. In what world are we supposed to tell people to do their jobs and get yelled at when they don't?

I had to buy a comforter from walmart.I also picked up Home defense.for the bugs.They had business come in after I reported it and sprayed the room.I personaly think.If they put a door sweep on the bottom of the entrance door to the room. There is a a gap of about 1inch under door. This would keep bugs and leaves out.Bring you own broom,trash bags,Toilet paper,pillow, laundry soap.,ect,No thrills. low price.

The address was on Presidents Dr and there was NO SIGN FOR THEIR ENTRANCE. After trying several lanes in the dark, I found the place. No sign to office. Got to main entrance and IT WAS LOCKED AND CLOSED!! YOU MUST GO TO THE BOTTOM OF HOTELS.COM description to see that CHECK IN is ONLY from 3:00-7:00PM. Lesson learned. With young people hanging outside at 2PM, I did not feel safe. Parking was jammed so if the guests had friends over, good luck on finding a place to park. All in all, with what I saw..... I'd never have booked there.

Dena (2/5): Hotel Requies a MAJOR Renovation - Friendly staff that did the best they could but the property NEEDS a major renovation. The room was clean but the carpeting is old, bathroom tissue holder broken, peeling paint on the door and sink required to be fixed. Stayed one night only because this hotel had electricity after hurricane Irma while most in the area did not. I would NOT bring my family here.

MORO (2/5): Deplorable Condition - The exterior of the building and its surrounding look ok, but the room I stayed in was in a deplorable condition. The floor carpet had an awful smell which was unbearable. Alot of roaches kept running all over the place including the kitchen, cupboard and bathroom. The couch was so dirty. I didn't even sit on it for a second. This was highly unsanitary. The window curtains weren't properly attached as a number of rod are missing. I almost leave before the expiration of my time. This was a very bad eperience for me. There's a lot of room for improvement.

It is an older, extremely used extended stay/residential property which advertises "complete kitchens," but doesn't include any cookware or silverware. Housekeeping is limited to once a week, and if you leave anything personal on any item that would normally be tidied, like the bed, that item will not be touched. The towels provided are of the type used at car washes, and no hair dryers are available, so remember yours or purchase some before you stay. Onsite staff is limited and only available during limited hours, so if you have problems with the room outside of these hours, you will most likely wait quite a while before anything will get done. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind not having any conveniences, then this place will work for you. If you live for conveniences, you'd do better to find an established hotel chain.

Some of the people staying there are very disruptive, there was a couple who would fight loudly and sometimes violently every.single. day. It made me very uncomfortable. Its ok for someone on a short vacation, but for anyone staying longer for work, I would not recommend this extended stay, there are others in the area that are much nicer, without screaming people.
MIcheal (4/5): If money is the only object......... - Caveat emptor, this is a low, low budget extended stay, not really a hotel (and frankly it's not that low cost when all things are factored in). Very limited front desk hours for check in (and out), only weekly housekeeping (and none the first week, so I checked in on a Friday but housekeeping was only on Tuesday which meant I got no fresh towels or room vacuumed for the 8 days I was there and wouldn't have for another 2 days if I'd stayed.), and if you have any issues or problems the answer is always: "This is an extended stay. That's just the way it is." No pillows for the pullout? "This iis extended stay. Go buy some". No plates, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, or any kitchen wares at all (Why advertise a kitchen but not loan or rent the tools to use it!!!)? "This is extended stay, go buy some." Couch is so lumpy it is impossible to sit on (the couch was so bad I'm sure it would not even be picked up by anyone if left curbside. Charities wouldn't take it, and homeless people would lie down next to it, not on it. I'm not joking.)? "This is extended stay". Bugs in the bathroom? "This is extended stay, I'll have someone check it out next week." I have stayed in cleaner hostels in third world countries. Staff is very nice, but obviously instructed to play off any concerns with the extended stay line, so it's a pretty low stress job since they don't actually have to worry about customer service! If money is paramount and you don't require clean, this is an option.
Verified traveler (2/5): In the middle of an office park, unsafe, not clean - To be honest, you get what you pay for. This is a low-budget extended-stay motel located in a questionable area of town and there are some serious health and safety issues present. I was in town for a brief stay; though I was not comfortable with the lodgings, I did have to stay there for one night. I went to Walmart and bought a blanket (given the holes and stains on the coverlet and walls), but I still woke up with a rash all over. There were roaches and ants in the bathroom and people sitting/laying in the halls. Some of the electrical outlets didn't have covers, which is unsafe. Some people are housing animals there; laws don't specify that they be identified as service companions--I understand and appreciate the reasons behind this, but in the end the uncertainty raises questions in this close environment, even for someone like me who has worked with many animal shelters and rescues. The staff was helpful and friendly, but only available between 11 AM-7 PM. In the end, I appreciate the kindness and courtesy of the staff; even when I was very shaken up by the situation after leaving, they were patient and as helpful as they could be. There is a shopping center with a Walmart and many other stores just nearby. Perhaps this isn't the best place for a vacation/short stay location, but it may meet the needs of extended-stay residents in the Orlando area who are on a tight budget getting to know the city and finding a permanent place to live.

The bathroom light did not work, the wall around the AC unit was crumbled, the room was in dirty condition in the bathroom and kitchen. The overall condition of this property was dirty and poorly maintained. There was a lot of evening activity in the parking lot as well. If you can pay more to stay in another hotel, I would. I did not even stay the second night of my reservation. I drove 45 minutes to stay in a different hotel.

But the things become worst and bad for me when I called them on the day when I have to the checkin, I got an answer from the hotel manager that the hotel is overbooked and we can not allot a room which you reserved. So at last moment I have to rebooked the new reservation at different hotel with higher rate. What the used of advanced booking with this hotel. Also the front desk is generally closes around me 4 pm. Strange....
