We did, we agree with the price and the taxi driver charged a higher fee. When I told him that the hotel had told me a different ammount, his reply was the hotel can tell whatever they want. So, book direct with the taxi people.

Wir gingen dann an den Empfangsbereich und haben einen Aperol bestellt. Dieser kam in einem Cocktailglas und nur mit Aperol und Sekt. Er meinte er habe keine Gläser mehr und auch keine Sessel. Sylke (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Perfekte Lage! Man kommt zu Fuss gut zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Rialto ist die Vaporetto-Station. Campo Santa Marina ist recht ruhig aber zentral. Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Coop gleich gegenüber. Sehr freundliches Personal, hauptsächlich beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig. Kaffee, Saft und Ei wird an den Tisch gebracht. Ansonsten gutes Buffet. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut beheizt (im März!). Eigentlich war alles toll! Wir hatten die Suite. Vielleicht kleine Kritik, dass es keine Möglichkeit zum Kaffee/Tee machen auf dem Zimmer gab.

Brunhilde (9/5): Schönes Hotel mitten in Venedig - Das Frühstücks-Angebot war überraschend vielfältig und sehr gut. Auf Wunsch werden frisch Eier oder Pancakes zubereitet. Die Polster wurden jeden Tag frisch überzogen, die Betten haben uns sehr gut gepasst, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht. Eines davon hatte ein Bad, dem eine kleine Renovierung gut täte. Beim TV gab es keine englischen (oder deutschen) Programme.

Anderson (10/5): Chick and special. Lovely! - Very very chick and old fahsioned hotel. Decoration is fantastic. Well located. Silence. Staff super gentle. Cozy. Clean. Perfect. I would stay days there. No negative comments. As everything in Veneza you hve to walk a lot to get to your hotel, so it is not about the hotel it is more about the geographical disposition of the land itself.

R. N. R (9/5): Buen hotel cerca de todo - La ubicación,cerca de todo. La habitación era super grande y tenía todo tipo de accesorios de baño. El desayuno es muy rico y variado,merece la pena cogerlo. En hora punta el buffet se queda falto de mesas y tardan en servirte el café.
R. N. R (9/5): Buena ubicación y buen tamaño de habitación - La ubicación, está cerca tanto de la plaza San Marcos como de la zona de Rialto. A la estación de tren se tarda unos 20 minutos andando. La decoración es muy veneciana (colorida y recargada). El desayuno estaba rico y tenían de todo. Las camas cómodas y el baño con muchos amenities. Ver una maquina de café de autoservicio. En hora punta tardan en servirte el café en mesa.
Andy (7/5): Lovely stay but accommodation was a little underwhelming for what we paid/expected - Excellent location. Staff, at breakfast and bar in particular, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was over-managed, junior suite was poorly laid out and uncomfortable, pillows were very poor.

Lorraine (7/5): Enjoy our stay, the staff were lovely and helpful - Location of this hotel was good. 10mins away from main attractions our room was over the kitchen - so we could smell the cooking of breakfast. It was an early wake up call.

The entire stay was of exceptionally high quality, including breakfast, tranquility, relaxation opportunities, and location. The staff is professional and the cleanliness is outstanding. I will choose this accommodation again for our next trip. Nem volt ilyen. It was not like that.

Virgilio (10/5): Hotel in perfetto stile veneziano - posizione strategica a pochi passi da Rialto, cortesia del personale, colazione eccellente (per qualità e varietà dell’offerta). Molto apprezzata anche la presenza di biscotteria tipica veneziana e di croissant salati. Pulizia impeccabile, temperatura del riscaldamento costante. Non era la prima volta che soggiornavamo in questa struttura e, ovviamente, torneremo presto.

Miho (9/5): Alles bestens! - Hotel hat eine schöne Inneneinrichtung. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Minibar im Zimmer mit akzeptablen Preisen. Direkt gegenüber des Hotels gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Bar. Die Lage ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig an einem kleinen Platz gelegen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
