- Extraordinary19067 (10/5): The most memorable week in the most gorgeous Parisian Boutique style hotel. - Today we leave this beautiful hotel after our 5 day stay to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and also renew our wedding vows. The help and assistance before we even arrived was amazing! So friendly and informative. Jules was so welcoming on our arrival and made our check in seamless. However, Nayara in particular was the most helpful person I could have wished for. She went above and beyond to help make our special ceremony day one to remember and organised a very talented lady Luiza to come to the hotel to do both makeup and hair for me, it was wonderful. I was so grateful! Nayara continued to help us throughout our stay with anything we required. We chose room 602, 6th floor with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower through our window which had a Juliette balcony, it was perfect! The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and was exactly the Parisian boutique style I had imagined. Overall, we were so delighted with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for style, location, friendliness and more.

Upon our arrival the concierge Nayara was so friendly and helpful greeting us with her beautiful smile. She was patient and informative and helped us navigate around Paris. She gave us ideas of where to go and an incredible restaurant we went to upon her suggestion called Camila. Our breakfast was delicious with the best scrambled eggs made by a lovely woman. I was new to the 7th- it’s an excellent neighborhood, the staff was amazing, a special shout out to Jules and Frank who spent extra time and energy making our trip special and especially love Anne-Marie, who works so hard and is so very kind and generous, and she makes the best scrambled eggs in Paris! 🥂

Need directions for the in-room coffee maker. When figured out, the coffee wasn’t replaced the next day, nor was the in-room water. They may need a checklist for that kind of thing. Expensive, so value is not why we stayed- it was location.

I planned this in Paris for a family event and we have come back highly satisfied. From the booking process to stay and service it is managed very well. The location near Eiffel is great, rooms are good, breakfast is upto the mark for Paris but the icing on the cake is the wonderful and always ready to help staff. Monica as the manager was great in helping me book, front office team of Joules, Neda, Cedric were ready to help always with a smile. Special mention for the breakfast team esp Ann Marie who fed you like her own family. Keep up the great work
- Expertrecensent (10/5): Excellent Service & Perfect Location! - Reception: Wonderful reception! We were greeted by Jules when we arrived in the morning and even Naraya in the afternoon. Jules and his assistant made sure that our room would be ready earlier and stored our luggages while we had lunch. When we came back from lunch, our luggages and coats were already in our room. Great first impression of the hotel! Room 401: The room, bed, linens, bathroom, towels were clean. Dust free! Bathrobes and slippers were provided. Bathroom: The bathroom was very clean and shiny. However, it was slippery after a shower. It would be safe to install a handle on the side and even beside the shower door. Shampoo/Conditioner/Wash soap: A suggestion would be to change them into something fresh smelling. Breakfast: This is more personal depending on what you want for breakfast. Breakfast was ok. However, when it comes to breakfast, our favorite remains the Hilton hotel/Shangrila hotel breakfast when it comes to variety of choices (fresh orange juice, freshly baked croissant, freshly made sunny side up eggs etc.) and presentation. However, as mentioned earlier, the taste and preference is individual. Service: Excellent service with wonderful staff that greeted us with a beautiful smile every morning! Location: It is near the Eiffel Tower, attractions, restaurants/cafes, pharmacies, transportation and Carrefour is just across the street. Overall: We would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, perfect location, very clean room and bathroom!

Overall, we had a nice short 2 day weekend trip. Plus Anne Marie’s omelette for breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend you try her breakfast during the stay.

- Daniela (10/5): Our First Paris Love Story – Made Perfect by Hôtel Le Walt - Paris was already a dream for us — our first time in the city, just me and Maria — but Hôtel Le Walt made it feel like something out of a romantic film. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We came early, tired and excited, the team kindly took care of our luggage with the warmest smiles. Nothing was too much trouble. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. On Monday, 23rd February, there were two wonderful ladies at the front desk (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names!) — you were incredible. Your kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay. You didn’t just check us in… you made us feel at home in a new city. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located. The metro is right across the street, a supermarket is just opposite, and the cafés and restaurants nearby are absolutely amazing. Everything felt effortless — which meant we could just focus on enjoying each other and the magic of Paris. This trip will always be special to us, and Hôtel Le Walt will forever be part of that memory. If you’re going to Paris — especially for something meaningful — this is where you should stay. The beautiful art theme adds to its charm. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. Our breakfast hostess, Aimie was welcoming and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. She made the most delicious eggs in the form of fried or scrambled or omelette. The breakfast was delicious and a good range of choice is offered. - Nancy Lee (10/5): LOVED Hotel Le Walt, 7th Arrondisement in Paris - Hotel Le Walt is truly a wonderful "boutique" holiday located in the 7th Arrondisement in Paris with only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Prior to arriving in Paris, I had emailed the hotel to request a room on a higher floor with a small view of the Eiffel Tower. Upon checking in, both of those items I requested were fulfilled. The rooms are very artistic, with a large painting on the wall over the bed. Yet, the room is so quaint and cozy. Italian marble tile in the bathrooms gave it a modern feel. Windows open up so you have a view of the streets & City of Paris around you. While European hotel rooms tend to be on the smaller side, I found our room had plenty of space for 2 people. The reception desk personnel were all outstanding in service. First, we were greeted by " Jad" who assisted us with checking in. We arrived at the hotel early that morning from our flight into Paris. So, our room was not ready when we got there. They stored all our luggage and we left to go out and explore Paris. When we returned, Jad was very helpful in assisting us to communicate with the tour operator we had booked The Lourve, which ended up closing that day due to the recent robbery that had occurred and Jad assisted us in getting a refund and trying to rebook The Lourve for a different day later in the week, which we did in fact do. Nayara was also extremely helpful in her recommendations for great restaurants and we were looking for a nearby market where we could shop for some French chocolates and cheese to bring back home with us, and Nayara pointed us in the right direction on where to go. You were always greeted upon entering the hotel with a "Bonjour'" or "Bonsoir" and a smiling face. The hotel is located is a great spot - close to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants all around and the Metro right outside the front door of the hotel. They also assisted us a few times in calling us a taxi. I had absolutely no complaints during my stay at Hotel Le Walt.

Je nach dem welches Zimmer man bewohnt, kann es sein, das die Betriebsgeräusche vom Aufzug und vom Zimmerservice, einen während dem aufenthalt ständig begleiten und teilweise störend auffallen.

The location/neighborhood, quick access to the 8 line metro, and walking distance to many sites make this an easy choice. It’s also lovely that this small, charming, well-appointed hotel has a warm, helpful, smart staff that always make you feel welcomed. Whether it was Vladimir at the front desk or the Great Lady Anne Marie and her delicious eggs, we always felt we were staying in the right place in Paris.

- anjalic663 (2/5): Worst customer service I’ve experienced from a hotel - Things were fine until an issue came up—then the hotel simply vanished. Once they had the payment, communication dropped to zero. Emails went unanswered, follow-ups ignored, and there was absolutely no effort to resolve the situation. What’s frustrating is that this wasn’t a complicated request. It just required someone to respond and honor what was already agreed to. Instead, it felt like the hotel was deliberately waiting it out, hoping the guest would give up. A hotel’s true quality shows when something goes wrong. In this case, the response was silence, avoidance, and total lack of professionalism. Plenty of better-run hotels in Paris—this isn’t one of them.
- Connector63925866957 (2/5): Extremely disappointing experience and unprofessional behavior. - I had a confirmed booking with Hotel Le Walt but was unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances. The hotel explicitly agreed in writing to change my dates. However, once I followed up with the new dates, they completely stopped responding and never actually processed the change. Multiple follow-ups were ignored. No explanation. No accountability. Just silence. If a hotel agrees to a resolution and then ghosts a paying customer, that says everything about how they operate. Mistakes happen—but ignoring guests after taking their money is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone booking here: do not rely on their word, and don’t expect professionalism when issues arise.

Our room was beautiful and absolutely immaculate. Not to mention the location: beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, and five minute walk to the champ de mars. 10/10 would stay again! Literally nothing, it was all fabulous

- jzR3850BX (10/5): Anne Marie Made My Stay Special - The bed was comfortable and the staff were courteous and helpful. I visited the lobby minibar for coffee three days in a row, and Anne Marie, who works there, treated me with great kindness and warmth.
- joelcastrodad (10/5): A wonderful stay! - We just returned from a week in Paris staying at the Le Walt. The entire staff was very welcoming, attentive to our requests and friendly. A special mention goes to Anne Marie and Nayara who both were excellent in taking good care of us. Anne Marie’s breakfast every morning set us up for a great day in Paris. A HUGE plus for this hotel is that is has a Metro Station right in front (Ecole Militaire station) where the #8 line makes a stop which takes you everywhere in central Paris directly or with just one connection. Also, a Carrefour supermarket right across the street. Great restaurants, beauty salons, a pharmacy are all within a 5 minute walk from the Le Walt. The surrounding area is beautiful for a walk and many important landmarks are within walking distance (Eiffel Tower, Ecole Militaire, Invalides, Musee Rodin, etc.) All in all, it was a wonderful stay at the Le Walt greatly enhanced by a committed staff to make one’s stay an enjoyable and memorable experience.

I was celebrating my birthday and Nayara from the front desk helped me plan a beautiful dinner in the Eiffel Tower. It was such a great event! Can’t thank her enough. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh squeezed orange juice was so good. The hotel is close to great restaurants and a beauty and nail salon.

Breakfast was a highlight! Anne-Marie, who runs the breakfast area, makes the best eggs and hot chocolate and is such a delight. This hotel made our Paris trip even more special — highly recommend!

We couldn't have been more pleased with this wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. This was our fifth trip to Paris, and the Le Walt was by far our best hotel experience. The staff were fantastic in making dinner reservations for us, arranging transportation to the airport, and helping us with the necessary app installations to travel on the Metro and use the G7 taxi app. Particularly helpful were Nayara, Jad, and Monica. We also loved the location, with the Ecole Militaire Metro stop steps away.
- nancygW5746DE (10/5): We LOVED "Hotel Le Walt" - 7th Arrondisement in Paris - Hotel Le Walt is truly a wonderful "boutique" holiday located in the 7th Arrondisement in Paris with only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Prior to arriving in Paris, I had emailed the hotel to request a room on a higher floor with a small view of the Eiffel Tower. Upon checking in, both of those items I requested were fulfilled. The rooms are very artistic, with a large painting on the wall over the bed. Yet, the room is so quaint and cozy. Italian marble tile in the bathrooms gave it a modern feel. Windows open up so you have a view of the streets & City of Paris around you. While European hotel rooms tend to be on the smaller side, I found our room had plenty of space for 2 people. The reception desk personnel were all outstanding in service. First, we were greeted by " Jad" who assisted us with checking in. We arrived at the hotel early that morning from our flight into Paris. So, our room was not ready when we got there. They stored all our luggage and we left to go out and explore Paris. When we returned, Jad was very helpful in assisting us to communicate with the tour operator we had booked The Lourve, which ended up closing that day due to the recent robbery that had occurred and Jad assisted us in getting a refund and trying to rebook The Lourve for a different day later in the week, which we did in fact do. Nayara was also extremely helpful in her recommendations for great restaurants and we were looking for a nearby market where we could shop for some French chocolates and cheese to bring back home with us, and Nayara pointed us in the right direction on where to go. You were always greeted upon entering the hotel with a "Bonjour'" or "Bonsoir" and a smiling face. The hotel is located is a great spot - close to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants all around and the Metro right outside the front door of the hotel. They also assisted us a few times in calling us a taxi. I would not hesitate in booking Hotel Le Walt again should I ever return to Paris. They excel in all that they do to make sure their guests are happy and comfortable while visiting Paris. You will not be disappointed in choosing Hotel Le Walt for your vacation to Paris. If you don't want a big volume hotel feel, choose Hotel Le Walt!

- U2483OBkatherinea (4/5): Too expensive for a dangerous room - 20 OCT 2025 The staff was excellent -- kind, present, helpful. The location is wonderful. I stayed in the most expensive, biggest room $1,899 for 3 nights ($633/night). The most important problems were (a) no handle of any type in a slippery tub/shower; (b) very high sides on the shower, making exit and entry difficult; (c) a very slippery bottom to the shower with no texture of any type; (d) a constant roar 24 hours/day from a blower (from the restaurant next door I think); (e) a primitive cutesy telephone that is hard to use (you dial "9" to reach the front desk); (f) no instructions for the internet; (g) a small room with only 1 chair for a small desk; (h) no comfortable chair to relax in.

Cedric at the reception was very professional and took great care of us, accommodating our special requests and making our stay very comfortable. Anne Marie at breakfast was really kind and made us delicious omelettes we loved our morning chat with her. The room itself was spacious and very nice, especially considering its location in the city centre. It’s also conveniently close to many attractions. Overall a very memorable stay.
