• Paola (9/5): Una bella scoperta in una posizione strategica. - La posizione strategica e lo staff sempre molto disponibile e cordiale. La camera un po’ piccola forse anche in ragione del fatto che avessimo valigie molto grandi.
• Vanessa (5/5): In Ordnung - 24h Rezeption, nettes Personal Ich wüde das Hotel eher als „in Ordnung“ beschreiben.. es wirkt teilweise sehr abgewohnt und zwar sauber aber nicht übermäßig ordentlich.. das Badezimmer war grenzwertig und das kleine Zimmer ist wirklich sehr klein also mit einem Handgepäckkoffer wurde es schon eng. Leider hört man auch alles was auf dem Flur passiert, die Straße allerdings wirklich nur bei offenen Fenster. Die Lage ist gut aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier einfach nicht und für längeren Aufenthalt nichz zu empfehlen.

• Steven David (9/5): Will return to Hotel San Sylvestre! - Great location! Just a few minutes from Trevi fountain and a short walk to Spanish steps, Piazza Navona and Campo del Fiore. Also, the location is just behind great shopping on Via del Corso. Roberto and Marco at front desk were so friendly, attentive and kind. They really made us feel welcomed! I’m claustrophobic so the only negative was the small elevator. My husband was fine with it and I was good taking the stairs.

The room was very clean, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
• 968gabbieb (10/5): Marco is AMAZING! - This was our first time out of the country so we were a bit nervous but the staff at this hotel were some of the kindest people we have ever met! Marco was EXCEPTIONAL! He went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we were going at all times and gave us some wonderful recommendations. The bed was very comfortable and the staff made sure we had clean towels and water to drink everyday. The hotel was also in walking distance to almost everything that we visited. Even though the streets were sometimes noisy at nighttime we did not have any issues with noise in our room while trying to sleep. Hotel San Silvestro is the place to stay if you are visiting Rome!

They Truly got the Art of "Customer Service" down to a Polished Science. Location was perfect, as almost all of the sites were within a 15 minute walk. Also, no shortage of very good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again, this place is a Gem! Highly Recommended!!!

I enjoy a good boutique hotel that meets my needs.
• jasongY2792AW (10/5): Wonderful hotel - My wife and I stayed here 4 nights. The staff was amazing even helping us to take luggage across the square to the taxi. This hotel is centrally located. We were within a 15 minute walk from the Trevi fountain, the Spanish Steps & the Pantheon.. all of which we just stumbled across out on an evening walk. There is a pharmacy a few doors down and you are surrounded by authentic restaurants. Absolutely amazing time in Rome!

• F (8/5): BUENA UBICACIÓN , ascensor no llega a última planta, (desayuno en última planta+habitaciones). - El personal era maravilloso. Siempre hemos tenido buenas experiencias en los hoteles de Roma, pero Roberto y Marco han sido de lo mejor, unos recepcionistas amables y atentos a cualquier duda o incomodidad. Las limpiadoras agradables y atentas. Una botella de agua cada día de cortesía, un desayuno un poquito escaso quizás pero había para todos los gustos. Una ubicación buena, en una zona muy tranquila, no había ruidos de coches ni gritos nocturnos. Como en muchos hoteles, el ascensor era muy pequeño, y solo llegaba hasta la segunda planta. A la tercera subimos las maletas a pulso. Aparte el desayuno era en la tercera planta, así que sí o sí, empezabas la mañana subiendo las escaleras empinadas. La verdad había cancelado otro hotel por lo del ascensor y en este nadie avisaba. En la zona del desayuno te dabas con la cabeza en las vigas de madera excepto en tres mesas. Nuestro vater perdía agua, pero no podían arreglarlo hasta después de concluir nuestra estancia, como es normal.

• Schwartz (9/5): כיף גדול! מומלץ לחופשה קצרה, מיקום מושלם - המיקום מנצח. הצוות מקסים ובמיוחד ראוי לציין את מארקו שמופיע בעוד המלצות - איש מקסים, סופר חברותי, יודע לתת המלצות ומאוד קשוב לצרכים ולבקשות. החדרים מאוד נקיים (לא מפנקים - ידענו מראש). בחרנו באפשרות ללא ארוחת בוקר - המלון נמצא במיקום מרכזי וזה כיף לבחור בכל יום מה אוכלים ואיפה. הקירות לא אטומים... שומעים את השכנים, במקלחות יש סבונים עם ריחות חזקים - מומלץ להביא מהבית... ידענו שהחדרים קטנים - אז אנחנו לא התאכזבנו. מי שבונה על שהות בחדר לאורך היום - זה יכול להיות קצת קלסטרופובי

It was though he could pre empt our needs before we did. The rooms were large enough for our needs and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative we had was we would have liked some hooks to hang up our coats and perhaps a bigger wardrobe. But a minor detail like this, didn't affect our stay

• Anna (9/5): - A beautiful and very clean hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always eager to assist. Markos at the reception seemed to anticipate our questions before we even asked. Ευχαριστούμε Μάρκο! Asma was always cheerful and kind; we saw her every morning at breakfast, and she genuinely lifted our mood. The location was amazing—we were able to explore everything on foot.

Biz daha önce de burada rahat ettiğimiz için aynı otelde 2. kalışımız. Bir daha gelirsek yine burada kalırız. Kahvaltı biraz vasat ama yine de yiyecek birçok şey var. kahvaltı biraz daha iyi olabilir
• Josip (9/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Herren an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer könnte ein bisschen größer sein und die Kopfpolster komfortabler (könnte man erneuern).
