- Carolin (5/5): War in Ordnung - Die Lage vom Hotel wirklich super Teilweise dreckig, die Duschwand war (vor allem von außen) voller Sprenkler. Alles im Bad war nicht sehr sauber. Alles in allem von der Sauberkeit nicht gut, aber auch keine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Das Bett war z.B. sauber.

- Carla Patrícia Rosa (9/5): AMEI❤️ - Sinceramente, não houve nada, mas mesmo nada que não gostasse. Aliás, não entendi algumas críticas relativamente ao estado de conservação das instalações. Ou, o meu quarto tinha sido muito recentemente renovado ou estava, principalmente a casa d banho, com aspecto de muito novo. O quarto era super grande, com janelões fantásticos para a rua a deixar entrar luz, mas com cortinas black out que funcionam na perfeição. Gostei imenso da decoração, do tema, das cores, do estilo moderno, dos vários focos de luz artificial. Cama confortável, almofadas que apesar de parecem altas não foram para mim o problema do costume. Vista para a frente, para uma rua que deve ser bem movimentada, mas que por sorte estava cortada parcialmente ao trânsito e nenhum barulho vinha de fora. Mas, sinceramente, nem mesmo de dentro nos podemos queixar de barulho. Limpeza impecável! E todas as comodidades à nossa disposição, desde o secador, ao ferro e tábua de engomar, chinelos, chás, cafés, leite em pó e até leite com chocolate em pó.Tudo! Localização ótima, com transporte à porta e com restaurantes e supermercado mesmo ao lado. Staff, principalmente da área de refeições, super atentos e simpáticos. Pequeno almoço com imensa variedade e tudo muito fresco. Eu que não gostava de iogurte, aqui passei a gostar 😅 Fiquei encantada! Se voltar, que vou voltar, vou voltar a ficar no Park Plaza Hotel😍 Gostei de tudo! Nada, mas absolutamente nada me desagradou!

- niels (4/5): Geen 4 sterren waard - De locatie is prima De faciliteiten zijn verouderd. In de kamer zie je aan de tafelrand dat er hoekjes zijn afgebroken. In het restaurant zijn stoelen stuk waardoor het zitvlak loshangt. Het ontbijtbuffet a 18euro is zeker niet de moeite waard. Hotelkamers worden slecht schoongemaakt en kussens zijn zeer oncomfortabel. Navraag bij de receptie; "we zullen zien wat we kunnen doen", bij terugkomst waren er 2 nieuwe kussens gebracht. Niet perse heel veel beter. Bedlakens lijken niet de maat van het bed te hebben, dus gebruiken ze twee lakens die ze half over elkaar heen gebruiken. Dit heb ik echt nog nooit meegemaakt. De kamers zijn donker, savonds ontbreekt het aan verlichting. In het algemeen, die 4 sterren maken ze zeker niet waar. De jongen die de checkin deed was heel vriendelijk.

- Daria (1/5): Ужасно ! Персонал воры ! - Это худший опыт проживания в отеле за многие годы путешествий. Да, у отеля хорошее расположение и нормальный завтрак. Но какое это имеет значение, если гостей здесь просто обворовывают? В нашем номере не работал сейф. После уборки у нас пропала крупная сумма денег. Деньги не лежали на виду — кто-то целенаправленно рылся в личных вещах, открывал сумки и искал ценности. Это уже не «случайная пропажа», а настоящее воровство. Самое шокирующее — реакция администрации. Никакой помощи, никакого расследования, никакой ответственности. Нам просто сказали идти в полицию. При этом выяснилось, что уборкой занимается сторонняя компания, за действия которой отель якобы «не отвечает». То есть безопасность гостей здесь никого не интересует. Мы чувствовали себя не гостями, а людьми, которых просто бросили один на один с преступлением. В отеле отсутствует нормальная служба безопасности, а руководство, похоже, больше переживает за репутацию, чем за безопасность клиентов. Если вам дороги ваши вещи, деньги и чувство безопасности — держитесь подальше от этого места.

- EIRINI (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία πολυ καλή. Υπήρχε διαφορα για να φτιαξεις καφέ. Τα κορίτσια στην υποδοχή πρόσχαρα και ευγενικά. Εντυπωσιαστηκα που ειχε σίδερο και σιδερώστρα Μικρό δωματιο, δεν μας καθαριζαν έστω τα σκουπίδια απ το δωματιο αν δεν το ζητούσαμε. Μια φορά Ζητήσαμε να μας γεμίσουν το αφρόλουτρο και να μας καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο και ενω καθαρισαν το δωματιο αυτη τη μια φορα που ζητηθηκε, δεν το γεμισαν ποτέ το αφρόλουτρο και ήμασταν 3 μερες χωρίς αφρόλουτρο.

- Marjo (9/5): Goede uitvalsbasis in Berlijn - We kregen upgrade naar een suite. Geweldige kamer met heel veel ruimte! Lekker ontbijt. Tuin achter het hotel waar je even buiten kunt zitten zonder een hoop lawaai. Het aantal tafels bij het ontbijt was beperkt, daardoor moesten we wachten. Er werd wel een alternatief aangeboden.

In de ontbijtzaal werd er steeds op tijd van alles aangevuld en ook daar was de bediening supervriendelijk. Niets viel tegen. Het was prima in orde zo!

Bij aankomst bleek dat niet mogelijk en waren er alleen kamers met tweepersoonsbedden beschikbaar. Als ‘vergoeding’ kregen we één drankje aan de bar.

- Rasner (7/5): Matig - Bed oncomfortabel, erg hard. Beetje gedateerd, allemaal, douche gaat van koud naar heet, toilet spoelt slecht door. Slechte ventilatie in de badkamer waardoor schimmel vorming op plafond, klimaatregeling in de kamer slecht. Een renovatie/update kan geen kwaad naar mijn inziens.
- Esther (4/5): Veel te warm! - De locatie van het hotel was prima, dichtbij de Kurfurstendamm en allerlei OV. Het was ongelooflijk warm op de kamer, meer dan 25 graden, en daar was niets aan te doen. Na het direct gemeld te hebben bij de receptie, zou er na twee (!!) dagen iemand komen om te kijken naar de airco. Maar die is nooit geweest. Voor mijn gevoel hebben we 3 nachten in een sauna geslapen, niet te doen.
