Ein großes Lob an alle, sei es an der Rezeption, das fleißige Personal in und vor der Küche , einfach alle sichtbaren und für uns unsichtbare guten "Geister " ! Besonders möchte ich mich bei Dorka von der Rezeption für die immer schnelle Antworten auf meine Mails, bei Günter für die Organisation und bei Zoran für die Ausführung hinsichtlich des heutigen Geburtstages meines Mannes nochmals auf das allerherzlichste bedanken :-) ! Zoran: ich werde bei nächster Gelegenheit das heute besprochene ausprobieren :-) Nur noch ein Tipp am Rande was uns aufgefallen ist aber wir nicht angesprochen, da für uns nicht sooo wichtig war: in unserem Zimmer 462 war statt Shampoo und Duschgel ein Seifenspender ;-) Es gibt absolut nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Gabriele D. (9/5): - L'hotel si trova vicinissimo all'arena dove abbiamo visto l'Eurovision. Pulito, arredamento artistico, colazione con panorama. A rispettato le nostre aspettative. Nulla da segnalare.
• Didi (7/5): Good breakfast and reasonably priced parking, but the rooms need renovation. - On the positive side, the hotel location is decent — about a 30-minute walk to Mariahilfer Straße. The breakfast itself was good and varied, and I think everyone can find something they like. The garage is also reasonably priced compared to typical parking costs in Vienna. The rooms are outdated and definitely in need of renovation, especially considering the value for money. What disappointed me the most was the breakfast situation. On Booking.com I specifically selected accommodations with breakfast included, but breakfast was not included in the final price. Nobody informed us about this — neither at reception during check-in nor when we arrived for breakfast. This should have been communicated clearly in advance.

• Nina (5/5): - Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Lage sehr gut. Das Matratze vom Bett ist sehr hart. Leider gab es keinen Topper an der Rezeption, weshalb ich dann auf dem Sofa im Zimmer geschlafen habe, weil das etwas weicher war. In der Früh wird es hell, es gibt nur einen dünnen Vorhang, der kaum Helligkeit abblockt. Allgemein ist es sehr hellhörig. Ich habe meinen Nachbarn schnarchen gehört, die Bewohner über mir haben oft die Möbel verschoben, weshalb ich bereits sehr früh aufgewacht bin und spätestens wenn Zimmer in der Früh im Umkreis geputzt werden, wacht man endgültig auf.

• Gertraud (9/5): Am liebsten bald wieder - Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen und es war optimal ausgestattet, vor allem gab es genug Ablagemöglichkeiten, einen riesigen Schrank, drei Sitzmöbel, einen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffeezubehör. Auch die Deko war stilvoll! Da fällt mir gerade nichts ein!

• Monica (7/5): Good choice for a city break - Location (very close to subway, bus, tram) and breakfast The family room to which we were first taken did not have a door or curtain for the shower place. That is inappropriate for a family or even for couples in my opinion. The next family room that we received had a door for the shower/bathroom but it was outdated (not recently renovated).

Very cheap room. Bartender completely ignored us, we just decided to get coffee elsewhere after a while. There were some really loud and drunk guests shouting all through the night, not the hotels fault but I assume it was with how cheap the rooms are. Bit of a walk from the centre
