No variety from day to day. -central air conditioning. When being turned on it made some noise, but it didn't feel like the temperature was changing in the room. -a lot of mosquitoes (in mid. May) -a bit too much noise in the late evening from the rooftop bar (chairs moving) and throughout the day from the conditioners of nearby buildings.

The bed is comfortable, and their toiletries smell great, too. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is close to the train station and all the sights. The lift is too small and too slow, but this is normal in Italy, I guess.

- ANDREA (5/5): - Posizione centrale, personale gentile La camera di per sé non male anche se la struttura è datata, il bagno della camera dove ho dormito vecchio. Gli infissi di carta. La camera rumorosa, potevo sentire il vociare dalla strada e i rumori del camion addetto alla pulizia. Era come averli in camera, impossibile dormire. Alla reception mi hanno detto che c'era stata una manutenzione straordinaria in strada di cui non erano al corrente. Quindi non so se sono stata solo sfortunata. Ma comunque non ci tornerei.

- Rossana (9/5): Días en Florencia - Tenía reservado una habitación Standard para 2 y desayuno incluido. Y nos dieron una habitación con terraza y vistas todo un detalle. La habitación amplia, cama grande colchón y almohadas perfectas para nosotros, sufro de lumbago y dormí estupendamente. El desayuno estaba bien correcto, faltaba variedad, era repetitivo los días que estuvimos. El hotel estaba en un lugar céntrico, buena ubicación , que se podía llegar a todos los lugares de interés y a la estación de María Novella. Tienen una terraza bonita que tienen vistas a la ciudad y al Duomo , que se puede beber o comer algo en el bar. La atención de recepción y del personal, estupenda, siempre atentos en todo momento. Gran detalle de cortesía dejarnos 2 botellas de agua en la habitación, ya que es importante, estás llegando de viaje y no tienes tiempo de comprar en el camino, En otros hoteles y hasta los de 4 estrellas no te dejan botellas de agua. Lo que no nos gustó es que cuando llegamos a la habitación después de estar fuera y cansados y queríamos descansar, pasada las 23:00 por las noches, hacían mucho ruido arriba en la terraza moviendo o arrastrando las sillas y mesas y supongo barriles de cerveza etc, algo así sentía, y también las máquinas sonaban fuerte no se si eran neveras . El baño era pequeño, pero limpio.

- Teddy (10/5): Perfekt läge, god service och brilliant rum med bästa utsikten från vår balkong. - Läget mitt i Florens är perfekt och även kort gångväg från tågstationen. Vi hade ett fantastiskt rum med stor balkong med utsikt mot domkyrkan. Vi hade även en egen bubbelpool så svårslaget att hitta bättre.

Un endroit où il est difficile de se reposer après des grosses journées de visites touristiques bien fatigantes. - Július (4/5): - Poloha hotela Veľmi zlý hotel po stránke večerného kľudu. Nesúvisí to síce s vonkajším prostredím, ale vnútornou stavbou hotela. V noci sa nedá späť, nakoľko hotel nemá “dostatočne hrubé steny” a všetko enormne počuť z vedľajších izieb, ako aj s vonkajšieho prostredia cez vôbec netesné okná. Jednoducho sa človek ale vôbec nevyspí.

Mein Zimmer mit Balkon war ein echtes Highlight, die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft. Alles war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück habe ich einmal aufs Zimmer bestellt und es war wirklich sehr lecker und von guter Qualität. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Es gibt nichts Negatives, alles war perfekt.

There won't be a king-size bed if you're alone!!! The air conditioning is very bad. The walls are poorly painted! The room smells. This hotel is definitely a 2-star hotel, tops.

- Sarawillis1989 (10/5): Amazing Hotel, Amazing Location! 5* all round - Just returned from a 4 day city break in Florence and this hotel did not disappoint. We booked the terrace room with private jacuzzi and the views were absolutely breathtaking, the hotel is gorgeous, well kept and the staff are some of the most polite and helpful I have come across on a city break. The hotel itself is right in the middle of Florence centre yet once in your room there is no outside noise, minutes walk from the main site seeing attraction, gorgeous Italian bars and restaurants with lots to do and see. The train station is also only a 10 minute walk which is amazing for grabbing a day trip to Pisa ( return ticket € 18.40pp) which takes 50mins if you catch the fast train, once you get to Pisa station the leaning tower is less then a 10 min walk! Could not find any fault with this trip. If you love truffle head to Le Cappelle Medicee for the most delicious spinach and ricotta ravioli in truffle sauce! - Mathilde (6/5): Central avec super rooftop mais insalubre - Pour commencer par les points positifs, le rooftop est clairement le gros atout de cet hôtel. La vue sur Florence est imprenable, le coucher de soleil est incroyable et le service au bar est top. Franchement, c’est l’un des plus beaux rooftops que j’aie vus à Florence jusqu’à présent. L’hôtel est très central et bien situé, proche de la gare. Les rues ne sont pas très calmes, mais l’emplacement est pratique pour tout faire à pied ou pour être à côté de la gare. Ensuite, le personnel est très aimable et réactif, je n’ai rien à redire sur ce point. Malheureusement, c’est l’état général de l’hôtel qui pose problème. À mon arrivée, la porte de ma chambre était cassée et j’ai dû rester sur le rooftop plus d’une heure en attendant qu’on la répare. Le personnel a été très réactif et aimable, ce n'est pas le problème, mais cela reflète l’état général de l’établissement. Malgré la réparation, j'ai bien vu qu'elle ne se claquait pas à 100 % et j'ai de nouveau eu du mal à la fermer avant d'aller me coucher, je ne peux même pas garantir qu'elle était vraiment fermée, honnêtement je ne me sentais pas tranquille, ce qui est un peu dommage quand on paie une chambre d'hôtel plus de 100 euros. Un petit geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu :) Dans la chambre, la douche fuyait, le carrelage s’est retrouvé inondé après seulement cinq minutes. L’isolation phonique est mauvaise, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine. La seule prise disponible dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai donc dû utiliser celle de la salle de bain, ce qui a compliqué mon réveil et le chargement de mon portable. Pour le prix payé, des rafraîchissements seraient mérités, et je reviendrai uniquement pour profiter du rooftop.

- Radu (2/5): Am ramas in mare parte dezamagit de acest sejur. - Locatia a fost buna si amplasarea aproape de punctele de atractie. Camera a fost murdara peste tot, mucegai pe pereti, mucegai in baie, miros dezgustator de mucegai peste tot. Camera nu era curata iar usile erau defecte toate. Dupa avertizare ni s-a dat alta camera un pic mai curata.
