• Kirill Dorozhkin (6/5): - The hotel is set in a truly fabulous location. I was kindly offered an upgrade, and my room had a remarkable view of the Arc de Triomphe. The room itself was excellent: elegant in style, beautifully lit, with a very comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and all the amenities, including the television, exactly as one would hope. The air conditioning was not working, that was hot days in town, so even in the evening it was uncomfortable. The breakfast was a bit simple, so if you prefer fresh fruits it's a season of strawberries in France. Look for breakfast outside the hotel.

The AC didn’t work properly but they tried to rectify it when we asked. The property promotes a wonderful view but you have to turn your head out the window to see it. unfortunately there was scaffolding at the time next door, so couldn’t see the view we hoped.

Alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados: ar condicionado não gela, a iluminação do quarto não é muito boa e o room service deixou a desejar. Pedimos um café da manhã pelo tablet do próprio quarto 1 hora e 20 min antes de sair para o nosso compromisso, ligamos para confirmar e simplesmente não veio! Saímos sem tomar café.

Seul point négatif, le petit déjeuner ! Le prix est totalement excessif par rapport au service proposé. Certains hôtels de gamme moins élevée proposent un meilleur rapport qualité prix. (Quelques viennoiseries, quelques fruits, du pain et deux sortes de charcuterie ainsi que des céréales). Pas d’œufs ou autres sans supplément pour un prix déjà élevé.

• Laila (10/5): Short but pleasant - I only stayed one night to attend a stand-up comedy show, but I really enjoyed my time here. The location is great, the staff were friendly, and I even got a room upgrade! The bed was super comfortable, and they offered breakfast in the room, which was a nice touch. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris, the room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious. Overall, a short but very pleasant stay! The staff were friendly, though at times a bit too inquisitive — they asked quite a few personal questions, which felt slightly intrusive.
