• Clarissa (7/5): In Ordnung, aber nicht noch einmal. - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, es roch gut! Die Mitarbeiter waren ohne Ausnahme zuvorkommend, freundlich und unglaublich nett. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Das Hotel ist doch recht in die Jahre gekommen, es blättert Farbe ab, Nachttisch mehr als wackelig. Silikonfugen in der Dusche, Wände in der Toilette und Dusche wurden einfach schwarz überstrichen - Designelement oder Notwendigkeit? Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock zur Straße hin, nachts und am frühen Morgen war es entsprechend laut. Sehr störend war, dass wann immer jemand im Haus über uns die Toilette betätigt hat, ein lauten Spülgeräusch durch unsere Toilette /Dusche rauschte. Für leichte Schläfer keine Option. Die Mitarbeiter und die Sauberkeit haben viel wett gemacht, aber ich würde aufgrund der genannten Punke nicht noch einmal hier schlafen.

• James (10/5): I'll go back to this hotel on the next Paris visit. - Staff were so very friendly, helpful and really wonderful. Breakfast was a treat with lots of choices and the staff making sure there were adequate amounts of all the foods offered. Quick elevator. Coffee anytime with expresso and other choices. Ice on request and quickly delivered. Restaurant recommendation in both French and English I liked everything. No dislikes at all.

• Sharlene (10/5): Nice hotel, friendly staff - My husband and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel Palais De Chaillot. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—the gentleman at reception kindly allowed us to check in early in the morning, which made our trip so much more comfortable. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent—very close to Trocadéro, the metro, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops, which made getting around and finding places to eat very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting the area. None

L'emplacement est idéal à proximité de lieux touristiques dans une rue calme. Chambre impeccable, propre et bien entretenue avec tout le confort nécessaire. • Lindzie (4/5): The location of this hotel is excellent, however, some of the staff is less than satisfactory. - The location was absolutely amazing. We were walking distance to many great spots, which we appreciated. Our staff upon arrival was very kind, attentive, at the desk when we needed in, etc. A male staff member the last night of our stay was incredibly rude, aggressive, and lazy. After going out, we stood outside the hotel door for 10 minutes ringing the bell, waiting to be let in, in the cold, etc. while he was in the back presumably sleeping. After 10 minutes spent outside, of a hotel we paid hundreds of dollars to stay inside of, we let ourselves in. He then aggressively approaches us from the back yelling at us, scolding us, and telling us that we are to wait outside (of the hotel we paid for) until he feels like coming to let us in. Dissatisfactory to say the least.

Arrivés avant l'heure d'enregistrement, nous avons été installés plus tôt et on nous a proposé une autre chambre avec une salle de bain plus spacieuse. On nous a également recommandé des restaurants à proximité, où nous avons passé une excellente soirée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques de Paris. À proximité également : métro, commerces, pharmacie et toutes les commodités nécessaires. La chambre, bien que petite, est très confortable et agréablement parfumée. La décoration est soignée, l'éclairage est bon, le lit est confortable et de bonne qualité, les oreillers aussi, et la chambre est impeccable. Chose inattendue pour un 3 étoiles : une machine à café avec capsules, crème et thé sont à disposition. La salle de bain est parfaitement équipée, avec même de la crème pour le corps. L'hôtel dispose d'un ascenseur, un atout non négligeable si vous avez des bagages. Bon petit-déjeuner et excellent café. Lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris, je reviendrai sans hésiter au Palais de Chaillot. Mon fiancé et moi avons passé deux jours et une nuit inoubliables. Un grand merci !

• tunneller1971 (10/5): Fantastic and comfortable. - I was in Paris for one night. Business trip, with a friend. Brilliant value for money for central Paris. Absolutely great and very understanding receptionist on duty. Needed to use an iron, needed to store luggage the day of my departure. Nothing was a problem. If I was there on a short stay, id use this place without a worry. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Restaurant Poincarre most recommended.

• Paulette Lyn (10/5): Highly Recommended Stay at Hôtel Palais de Chaillot - We had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Palais de Chaillot and would highly recommend it. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. A special mention goes to Charlotte at the reception, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She truly went above and beyond by patiently teaching us the directions on how to get around, explaining clearly how to go out and come back to the hotel. Her helpful attitude and warm personality made us feel very welcome. While the room is not very spacious, it was just right for our needs since we spent most of our time out on tours exploring the city. The room was cozy, practical, and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and okay—not extravagant, but sufficient to start the day. Overall, the hotel offers great value, a convenient location, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located hotel.

Complimentary tea/coffee in small sitting area throughout the day. Communal sitting area/lounge was very small and sometimes not always an available seat but having a communal lounge at all with complimentary tea/coffee was a bonus for us.

• Patricia (10/5): Perfect location for sightseeing and visiting Paris - Fabulous assortment of food choices for breakfast, including bread, croissants, cereals, fruit salad, cheeses, meats like ham and salami, hard-boiled eggs, eggs and fixings for a make-your-own omelette, waffles, jams, a coffee-making machine that made reasonable coffees and hot chocolate, teas. The only thing missing for me was some yoghurt! The bed was comfortable. Room was small but adequate, though a squeeze at times for 2 people. The lift worked well and stairs are v accessible. Staff are always interacting with you to make sure you are happy. They are pleasant and friendly. The front desk is staffed 24h. Nothing!

• RUBELIA (6/5): - The hotel location is near the Eiffel Tower, you can can walk easy . There are a lot of stores, restaurants and even small groceries nearby. WIFI is good. The breakfast is simple, cold cuts, pastries, hot and cold beverages and you cook your own hard or soft boiled eggs. The bedroom and bathroom are small in size but clean. The staff are nice.

The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds. The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!
