• NEZHDA FEIM (7/5): - Otelin konumu Duomo Katedraline 10 dk, yürümesi keyifli bir güzergah. Diğer gezilecek yerlere/turistik mekanlara da yürüyerek ulaşılabilecek bir konumda. Aynı zamanda çok yakının da market olması da güzel. Biz 3 kişi konakladık, ek yatakta tuhaf bir sarımsak, turşu kokusu vardı. Bu nedenle bu koku odayı da kokuyordu. Bu kokunun olması çok rahatsız ediciydi. Ek olarak kahvaltı f/p değildi. Yüksek bir fiyatlı bir kahvaltıydı ancak seçenek olarak daha fazla olmasını beklerdim.

• Peder (8/5): Fint hotel med god beliggenhed - Personalet var rigtig søde og imødekommende, og havde gode råd til transsport og gode restauranter. Hotellets beliggenhed er fantastisk med sporvognsstation lige udenfor døren, og Metro stationer til flere linjer indenfor 500 meter. Morgenmaden var fin, med et godt udvalg af forskellige produkter, croissanterne var rigtig gode, og der var forskellige søde sager til at afslutte morgenmaden. Brusekabinen var lidt lille.

• Lang (5/5): Not good value - Very walkable and central location Not 4 star as advertised. 3 star at best. Parking garage is 10 min walk away and to drive back to hotel not convenient.

My only complaint is that the plates were ice cold, which ruined the hot options, especially the eggs. The eggs by the way seemed to be the powdered kind, so a bit disappointing. The closet/storage situation was a bit odd, but made sense for the age of building.

TV system can be upgraded to allow streaming from phone, instead of Roku.

Then they told me it will be retuned at the time of check out ; at check out they refused and told me it will take three working days . Now I get a mail it will take 10 WORKING DAYs? I wonder why it would take so long ! I find the whole experience really bad !

• Guest (8/5): - Při příjezdu se nám dostalo poměrně rázného vysvětlení, co vše jsem měli udělat předem online, protože mnohé hotely tohoto řetězce jsou již jen online. Tento (zatím) není, nicméně je zřejmé, že 4hvězdičkové hotely se zkrátka postupně mění v 3hvězdičkové, což je tento případ. Hotel byl ale skvěle čistý, má perfektní polohu - 5 minut na hlavní náměstí, supermarket hned za rohem.

• Guest (10/5): Great place to stay while in Milan, I would definitely recommend it. - The location is great, close to all main city attractions, the rooms are spacious and modern, beds are comfortable, sheets are clean, there is coffee, tea and complimentary water as well as a welcome handwritten note in the room. Very nice, we would definitely come back, very nice hotel in a quite neighborhood. It is a bit far from the airport, but there are metro stations close by and the train station is not too far either.
• Bedri (2/5): - Location was good , near Duomo . Pictures of property look quite good reality diffrent . Small rooms with minimum light in them , noisy all night especially in mornings .
• Cosimo (2/5): Enttäuschend, Preis- Leistung in kein Verhältnis. Würde nicht mehr gehen. - Die Lage war super. Bett war okay. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster nach draussen, sondern direkt ins „Restaurant“ bzw. Frühstück-Raum. Somit kein Tageslicht. Die Vorhänge mussten komplett geschlossen bleiben, damit man von draussen nicht nach innen sah. Die Dusche war kaputt, Silikon hängte runter und die Duschtüre klemmte, auch gefährlich wegen dem Gefälle. Lavabo gespalten und von den Spiegeln reden wir schon gar nicht. Ganz klar kein 4-Sterne Hotel.

• Lynette (4/5): - Good location and staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was not well lit. No thermostat or phone. Had cold showers as the pressure dropped at a warmer setting.. Although the staff made it seem like they were addressing my concerns, ,these issues were reported by guests last year. It would be interesting to know if the interior designer and manager tried to use the bathroom. The bathroom mirrors were challenging being at an angle to the sink. Definitely not typical Marriott standards.

• nrm77 (8/5): Great location - I recently returned from a one night stay at the Missori Hotel Piazza Missori, Sonder in Milano. I was here visiting with my family. The stay was largely comfortable. The location of the property is perfect. It is within walking distance to Duomo and it is very close to the Missori metro stop. The bed in the room was quite comfortable. It was a comfortable stay for a night.

Em particular, no dia que cheguei, solicitei um cubo de gelo na recepção. Fui informado que não poderiam me fornecer o gelo. Apesar de haver ao lado da recepção um balcão de bar onde providenciavam coquetéis. O café da manha era bom, mas aquém das minhas expectativas. Idem para as dependências do quarto.

Llegamos con antelación y se nos permitió entrar a la habitación. Esto se agradece mucho Quizás se tendría que revisar el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. No fue fácil configurarlo. En el baño había algo de moho en unas esquinas. No es importante, sin embargo.

• Megan (10/5): - It was a very modern, clean hotel with very nice employees. We arrived early and since our room was ready, they let us in early. We also overslept and checked out 30 minutes late and they didn’t give us a hard time. Very nice!

• A D (4/5): - Only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s a 3 star at best, priced at 4 stars. Way too expensive for what it offers. Do not get fooled by the photos (like we did!). Rooms are tired, walls and furniture are dirty and over used, bathrooms have mould. Would not recommend staying here unless you desperately need to be close to the Duomo and can’t afford a bit more for a better hotel. Will not be staying again.

• Rosa (6/5): - Staff and cleanliness got 5 Star but the room was much smaller than advertised and it was next to the buffet which was a problem early in the morning. Easily hear voices, children and staff. Also, bathroom was small and mirror positioned on an angle which made it difficult to see oneself.
