- Angela (10/5): This hotel is fabulous!! We loved it! - This hotel was beautiful! Our room overlooked the Arno and we could see Ponte Vecchio as well as Piazza Michelangelo. We were close to everything, but not in the middle of one of the big piazza's. We had a beautiful fruit and cookie platter in the room when we arrived, which was a surprise. The hotel buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and the servers were very attentive. This hotel is more than some, but I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. We did taxi from the train station to the hotel - seemed like a long walk with luggage over cobblestones and through people, but the taxi price was not much.

- Maria (8/5): Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt, Florenz schnell kennenzulernen - Die Nähe zu den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizien, Dom, Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti). Zudem (romantischer) Blick auf den Arno und viele Brücken. Das Zimmer ist für Aktiv-Rollstuhlfahrer ausreichend groß. Für Rollstuhlfahrer: kleine Stufe am Nebeneingang (musste immer "für mich" geöffnet werden). Kleiner Aufzug (für Aktiv-Rollstuhl und 2. Person sehr eng). Barrierefreies Zimmer direkt über der Bar und zur Straße -> nächtliche Geräusche möglich.

У нас был вид на реку - берите и будете наблюдать шикарными рассветами. Идеальная чистота в номере, очень дружелюбный персоноал. Вечером можно посидеть в баре гостиницы. Хорошие полноценные завтраки. С удовольствием вернусь снова В один из завтраков мясная гастрономия была с "душком". Мы сказали официантам и тут же все заменили.

- Kent (10/5): Beautiful hotel romantically overlooking the river - The hotel is right along a bus stop - so it was easy to arrive from the train station. We were early and the staff was happy to hold our bags until our room was ready. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the Arno river and it was very romantic! This location was perfectly situated between all the sites we wanted to explore. Breakfast was excellent!

- Sandro (10/5): - Struttura molto bella, a pochi passi da ponte vecchio e da tutto il centro, facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. Ottima accoglienza, colazione super, camere molto belle e funzionali. Unica cosa negativa è il costo del parcheggio , ma non è un problema dell hotel ma di Firenze in generale e delle grandi città. Comunque, anche in questo, il servizio dell hotel è stato impeccabile: lasci la macchina al loro personale e te la riconsegnano alla partenza.

- Floepsie1 (9/5): hotel is een aanrader voor bezoek aan Firenze - hotel heeft een ideale ligging aan de Arno en met zicht op Ponte Vecchio.. alle bezienswaardigheden vlakbij ( Uffizi en Palazzo Vecchio op 5 min. stappen van hotel ) Vriendelijk personeel deftige kamer met mooi uitzicht ( geen straatlawaai of geluid van andere kamers ) op ontbijt valt ook niet veel op te merken alles was ok

We are celebrating our honeymoon and there was a nice bottle of prosecco waiting. Would for sure come again. Valeting the car was quick, easy and a must do with Florence None identified on this trip

- Robert (8/5): While not luxurious a pleasant and well run hotel in a prime location. - Great location, pleasant room with modern bathroom and comfortable bed but best of all is the view of the Arno and the hills above the river to the south. Everything was fine but beware parking is charged at €50 per day. The hotel suffers from a faint smell of sewage which they need to address - particularly in the main reception. Otherwise as usual a pleasant and convenient stay.

Our stay was excellent and although the location was slightly less centrally located, access to the city center on foot was easy (10-15 min walk), and we appreciated that the location was quiet and uncrowded for resting after a long day of sightseeing. The room could use more storage space for luggage and closet space for clothing, as well as space in the bathroom for toiletries and to hang wet towels, but the room overall was lovely, modern, and comfortable with great views of the river and Ponte Vecchio.

- wiktor (8/5): Serata in relax - Ottima struttura in buonissima posizione , peccato i lavori esterni di manutenzione del lungo Arno ( ovviamente non è colpa della struttura) , buona colazione , camera molto pulita e personale professione e gentile. Il lounge bar ottimo. Unica segnalazione negativa é che la camera all arrivo era fredda 19 gradi ( periodo soggiorno dicembre) , pur avendo alzato il termostato a 21 gradi la camera ci ha impiegato molto a prendere temperatura , alla mattina i vetri della finestra avevo la condensa . Ne ha ripagato però la vista sull Arno alla mattina

- Timothy (8/5): Great location with wonderful views across the river. - Breakfast was quite good though with a somewhat limited selection of main dishes (basically scrambled eggs). Some of the bathrooms have a large tub with a high side which is very difficult to get in and out of especially since there are no safety bars to hold onto. And you need to enter the tub to take a shower.

- Sarah (10/5): I felt pampered at this beautiful hotel. - The hotel was beautiful. The location was near many important sites. Our view of the river was amazing. The room was spacious and kept neat and clean, with turn down service. The breakfast was very nice and all the staff were friendly. The concierge was very helpful at directing us to great restaurants. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
