- GIORGIA (10/5): Se dovessimo tornare a Firenze, torneremmo all’hotel Ariele - Struttura in una posizione strategica per spostarsi a piedi, infatti è a 10’ dalla stazione di Firenze SMN, vicino al teatro del Maggio ma allo stesso tempo a 15’ dal centro. Siamo stati accolti da Irina, molto gentile e professionale, ci ha fatti accomodare in stanza nonostante fossero le 12:00 e il check in è solitamente previsto per le 14:00. La camera è molto accogliente, soprattutto molto pulita, a disposizione lasciano una bottiglia di acqua, ben fornito di asciugamani/accappatoi/ciabatte. Per preferenza personale, non abbiamo amato il fatto che fossero due materassi ravvicinati piuttosto che uno. Insonorizzazione non eccellente, ma siamo comunque stati molto bene.

- Mirjam (8/5): Gute Lage für Personen, die gut zu Fuss sind - Die ruhige Lage- allerdings dauert es 15 Minuten zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum. Zimmer mit hohen Decken, wirken dadurch sehr luftig. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Trotz der soliden Gebäudesubstanz (sieht man v.a im Treppenhaus), war die Ausstattung eher preiswert: Waschbecken und Badewanne waren nicht aus Keramik, sondern aus Plastik. Für ein 4Sterne Hotel etwas schade.

Breakfast in the morning was excellent lots of choices cooked breakfast as well. Slick operation help yourself. All in house or outside weather permitting. Dont have any negative comments to make. The Hotel is in an excellent condition. Really enjoyed our stay.

The manager Irina is outstanding in making us comfortable at arrival and through out our stay. Room was large and very clean. The breakfast is outstanding and so convenient allowing you to start the day right from the hotel and not having to look for a breakfast spot. The hotel is convenient to walk to the train station and is located in a great location to the heavy tourist areas but not in the middle of the tourist crowds. Safe neighborhood. This is our second time staying here because the value is very high for our needs. We did two separate day trips from the train station during our stay and walked back and forth to the train station each time. It's an easy 15 min walk to train station or into the activity Florence has to offer. It is a modern feel but you still have the lovely feeling of Florence while staying here. Nothing really...any request was answered with a smile!

The location of the hotel is good, but not super close to Ponte Vecchio which seems like the center. The air conditioning was not cold enough at night. When you shower some water flows to the floor of the bathroom, but housekeeping mops it up, so it wasn't an issue.

The location is close to the train station (15min walk, 10min taxi) and it was a nice ~20-30min walk along the Arno to get to the main areas we wanted to see. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful with recommendations and getting around. The back garden area was a great spot to meet other travelers and relax at the end of the day. Would stay here again.

No dia em que não poderíamos tomar café da manhã no hotel por causa de um passeio cedo de manhã, o hotel prontamente e pró-ativamente separou para nós um café para levar. Claro, foi um passeio agendado no hotel, por isso eles sabiam, mas ainda assim, esse foi um gesto que nos surpreendeu positivamente. A localização também é muito boa. Não é na parte mais movimentada da cidade, é um lugar mais calmo, e é perto o suficiente dos principais pontos turísticos (Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza del Duomo, etc.) para ir a pé.

The sheets and towels were renewed each day without consultation and the cups in the room were disposable cardboard. What’s wrong with china which can be washed and reused?

- Viktória (9/5): Worth the price - The hotel is located in a more quiet area, around 15 minutes walk from the old town and the train station. The room is spaciuos, very clean, the bathroom is perfect. The breakfast was exquisite, they offered a very good selection of pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, etc. The bed was slightly soft, and there was only one big duvet for the double bed, covered in two sheets, not in a proper duvet cover.

The Air conditioning took a LONG time to cool off the room, and PLEASE get some 100% cotton Turkish towels . The Bath towels were not very good quality, and the Hand towels were like napkins Horrible. The Air conditioning took a long time to cool the room. Also the towels were not good quality. The Hand towels were thin and horrible like napkins. The Hotel should upgrade the towels all the way around.

A very pleasant 1km walk to the centre of Florence, and only 0.5km or so from the station. Very comfortable large room with patio in garden. Helpful staff. Good to excellent breakfast Note that the AC is not turned on until May ... which can a little inconvenient for those from northern climes - a warm night means an open window (no noise) but mosquitoes! The hotel did provide a fan, and a lovely bottle of Chianti as compensation

The staff at reception were very kind and helpful - one lady at reception printed a train timetable for us and when our flight was cancelled, another staff member was kind and accommodated us staying one more night. Unklarheiten bezüglich Auto-Unterbringung extern mit separaten Kosten obwohl Parkplatz in den Hotelausstattungen steht. Vorsicht Mautpflichtige Straßen teilweise um das Hotel mit horrenden Strafen beim Befahren ohne Erlaubnis!

Increíblemente encantadores Híper limpio, camas comodisimas, desayuno espectacular. Sin duda repetiré! Nada! Todo perfecto! Quizá se siente algo de inseguridad en las calles próximas al hotel

Nice clean rooms No USB plug sockets. We heard a running water noise frequently. The hotel could benefit from a bat, additional seating area
