• Cyril Obinna (1/5): My worst reservation - It’s close to the city center and has good tram connections. The crepiest apartment we have been to ever. We Booked for 23rd - 30th September 2025 but had to move out on 26th September. Building is very old and the furniture is dusty because room was not cleaned. The floor was very dirty and we could easily see it on my daughter feet as she ran around. There were Cob webs and spiders roam the room. We wake up one night to realize that what appeared to be the lid of an air vent in the bathroom ceiling has opened. It was such a horrible sight. Room could get Extremely cold with slight weather change that you feel you are just outside. I requested for room to be warmed up because of our daughter, but the very unfriendly lady receptionist said it was not possible and she made no effort. They were no sponge so we requested for a sponge to wash the dishes. After about an hour, someone brought us one used, wet sponge, so unhygienic, It could have been pickup from anywhere. The bed was so so uncomfortable. The beddings were old, torn and smelt like it’s been pullout out from an abandoned building. The only window in the room doesn’t have blinds. It gets so bright inside from 06:00uhr. I had to use some towels as curtain. The reservation was a waste of money and I totally regret it. Not recommended at all !!

• Natalia (6/5): Cold room No picture of this kind of room you can get. - Easy check out, clean rooms, and towels. Cold room! I got a room, on the last floor, with a small and tiny window, no day light - there were no pictures of this kind of room you could get. Very cold room, so it was super uncomfortable and unpleasant. This window, no day light and cold! I have been there before and there was no such a "surprise" like this 👎
• jitka (8/5): A comfortable nice apartment in an excellent location, although a bit noisy. - The room was big, all brand new, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Prague Vinohrady, with easy access to public transport. The sound isolation is very bad, so as long as I was alone on the floor, it was great, but when I had neighbors I could hear everything that was happening there…Also, I could hear the cars passing on the street even with windows closed. The staff didn’t speak Czech nor English, only Ukrainian, as I gathered.

• Nacho (3/5): Malo, regulero y barato. - La ubicación y conexión con el resto de la ciudad. El recepcionista era simpático. Toallas rotas, colcha y almohada con manchas de lejía, sillas rotas, pocos cubiertos, 3 platos de los cuales 2 hondos, no había estropajo para fregar los platos, y lo más importante, la puerta no se bloqueaba al cerrarla, podía abrirla cualquiera.

• Kennedy (10/5): Exceptional - Location, the room, and the facilities. I stayed for seven nights, nobody came to clean the room, and changed the bedsheets or cover, and towels the bed cover was torn. One side of the wardrobe is broken, fix it. Apart from the above-mentioned, the hotel was nice, you will love it and I hope you guys will do better in these areas. Note: This is my personal review in my room. It does not imply that other rooms are like that. Thanks.

• Gyumin (9/5): a cost-effective accommodation - It was the best accommodation with all the facilities for the price. I think it is a good accommodation for young people to use, especially alone. Not at all.
• Kyle (7/5): Very comfortable and very welcoming staff will definitely be back again - The bed was amazing, and the location was great The shower needs a little bit of maintenance as the door is broken and leaks slightly and the showerhead also leaks. We also had to provide our own toilet roll and toiletries which is usually standard in most hotels. There was also no kitchen sink so the only one was the bathroom to wash dishes but no washing up liquid provided.

• Iveta (7/5): Good - Location As a women (solo traveler) I didn’t feel comfortable. Main door to the apartment was kind of decrepit and shabby, which didn’t give me a safe feeling especially when other guest were coming back to their apartments during the night probably drunk.

• Lucie (1/5): BAD. I WALKED out of this place the moment I realized it is a SCAM. Pictures are not true. - Absolutely nothing, these guys are crooks. Worst experience ever! I booked an APARTMENT. First surprise/ warning was ... it was in (cheap looking) hotel. Then I saw the room and was shocked ... completely different then in the pictures on Booking website. Cheap, uncomfortable, ran down. First I thought it was honest mistake. So I went to reception and requested to be moved to the room I booked, the room advertised on the Booking website. "Not possible, the pictures are not ours", was the answer. I walked out and went to look for other accommodation. Despite the fact I booked the room for 5 days just an hour before my arrival and did not stay, I got NO MONEY BACK. The property did not reply to Bookings requests. They did not react to my emails. When I PERSONALLY visited the property, I was told they will react but outcome stayed the same. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND FOR NONE OF THE 5 NIGHTS I BOOKED. These guys are crooks. What is in the picture is NOT reality. I wish I would make more pictures to demonstrate... but I walked out of the room in good fate, thinking it was just a honest mix up and they will move me to room I booked. They did NOT. And kept my money. Photo 1 is what they advertise. Photo 2 is reality. Shame.
• Praneeth (8/5): Value for Money - It was located in a convenient location to get to city center. Tram stop is couple of minutes walking distance. Staff is not friendly as you see in other hotels. Cleaning is not happening regularly.
• Mirea (6/5): Nice staff, but absent for the check out - Beautiful room, easy access, quiet place and it’s located in a nice zone. The cleaning wasn’t enough, we find out dirty floor and bed, specifically in the bathroom. The rest was alright

• Gilles (8/5): 70s style hotel modernised with spacious fully equipped studios and apartments. Calm at night and close to the neighborh - Spacious studio. Fully equipped kitchen. Hairdryer and iron. Washing machine included. Helpful staff. No sink in the kitchen but in the bathroom. Noisy and nosy neighbours! (Not the hotel’s fault)

• Ibacka (6/5): Big room, could be nice . No curtains on the windows, worn bed linen, cheap material and a musty smell. - Nice area, close to tram and park. In my room wasn’t clean..The bed linen was dirty ,bad quality and there were many ants on the floor. They also got into the luggage.

• Loukas (6/5): Pleasant - perfect staff. very polite and try to help you, It is an old hotel that is being converted into apartments. The first room I entered was completely outdated—dirty towels, kitchen in bad shape, trash bin full of garbage, torn sheets, the mattress covered in dust and smelling bad, and a dirty toilet. (It seems they had forgotten to clean it for many days.) When I asked to change rooms, the staff immediately found another one for me. They were very polite and extremely helpful. The new room was clearly better. However, the kitchen had no sink—you had to wash the dishes in the bathroom. Also, there was no cleaning or towel change service at all. I had to use the same towel for 5 days. Since there is no such service: • This should be clearly stated on the booking page, and • There should be basic cleaning tools like a dustpan, etc., so guests can clean for themselves. That’s how it works when you rent apartments. This hotel has not yet completed its conversion into apartments. Also, the reception is only open from 9:00 to 16:00. I had to call them if I needed anything. If you arrive for check-in after 16:00, there is an extra charge—again, something that is not mentioned in the terms, and that is illegal. The price is extremely high compared to what is offered. In general, the staff showed exceptional politeness and made a great effort to help. . I’m sorry to leave this review, but people need to know before booking a stay at your place. Also, this feedback will help you improve. Thank you
• Martin (9/5): Convenient and well equipped - Everything that you needed for a visit to Prague. Local restaurants. Easy walk into town.

• Assaf (7/5): A super-practical comfy hotel, close to everything with amazing management! - 1. The practicality of the room. It has all what you need to make your own food - all the utensils, pots, hot plate, toaster, etc (only missing was a dry pad for the wet dishes). 2. Place is renovated. Doesn't feel old, although the bathroom tiles are a bit outdated (but not that annoying) 3. It is a super quiet area, but pretty close to the center. 4. The service was immaculate, every request was fulfilled on the same day (Toaster was broken and replaced, uncomfortable pillow changed, etc). 5. The mattress was new, pretty soft and very comfortable. 6. TV with Netflix/Youtube if you wanna relax a bit :) 1. The curtains do not block all the light, at least 30% of it went through and then you get a lot of light from 6:00 am. As a light sleeper it really disturbed my sleep. I notified the hotel owners, hopefully they will be replaced. Wish I had brought that thing you can put on your eyes to block light for flights... 2. The IKEA pillows were not comfy/too hard, I asked to replace them and got a much better one (not necessarily a more expensive one - but much more softer) 3. Old building problem #1: The building is rumbling every time any idiot walks barefooted on the floor. I understood it happens with old european building. Self awareness could've helped a lot, but for light sleepers that's not good.. 4. Old building problem #2: In the shower, sometimes the water temperature gets extremely hot or cold. You can't control it and I understood it happens in old buildings as well.. pretty annoying. You need to shower when most of the people don't shower, and especially not close to 10:00 which is the checkout time late at night. 5. Checkout time. 10:00 is pretty darn early. 11:00 or 12:00 could've been much nicer

The hotel manager was very nice and accommodating. A lovely place to stay if you are visiting Prague. You can walk to the old town in about 30 minutes or get the trams.
