Excellent service from all staff - I can only remember Salvatore but they were all wonderful. Comfy beds, super quiet, shower was great. Decent breakfast. Great view from the roof. Also their airport shuttle is almost the same price as a regular taxi definitely do it if you're in a group. The toilet was a bit temperamental

• Jukka (10/5): Excellent stay in heart of Milan - recommendation - Location is perfect, although at the time of our visit May 2026, there was a tram line construction work going on Via Torino, but when it’s done ready, will be more perfect. We booked the balony room and couldn’t ask for more “luxury “stay over the roof of central Milan, had stunning views toward Duomo, and even Alps in the horizon. Room wasnt too large but ok for a couple for 3 nights stay. Very little space to unpack if lots of clothes etc. Bathroom excellent and the balcony with sliding doors, great blackout curtains. Staff was very friendly and helpful at reception (a shout out to Christian, grazie mille). Breakfast was great with lots of options. Breakfast room might get a bit busy at high season, but now was ok. Can highly recommend Ariston Hotel in every way. Only thing that comes to mind is a personal preference : to our liking bed was too hard

• SUSANA (8/5): MUY BUENA OPCION DE ALOJAMIENTO EN MILAN - Está bien ubicado, caminando unos 10' llegás al Duomo. Cerca tiene varios restaurantes y en la esquina un McDonald's y a unas dos cuadras un Carrefour Express. La habitación era un Doble Superior, muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario, tenía una máquina para café (dejan capsulas de café y té todos los días + unas masitas), el baño era cómodo, con calefacción. El desayuno era variado y completo, el lugar es chico pero siempre funcionó bien, no tuvimos que esperar para ingresar, muy cordial el personal que atiende ese sector especialmente un señor filipino del que lamentablemente no tengo su nombre pero fue super amable con nosotras. Nada en especial

I felt the advertising was misleading. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because it advertised having a shuttle service to the airport. It turned out that this was them arranging a private car and driver to take you to the airport for 135 Euro. I could have arranged something like this myself. I assumed it was a bus service at a considerably cheaper cost.

• Sharmine (5/5): Location was decent - It was in the heart of the city The room was very out dated and the edge of bathrooms needs to be fixed. I have never seen a single bed so small as a sofa. I was very disappointed seeing the room.
• Joseph (7/5): - Die Lage, Service, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter Ganz schlecht. Die Air Condition lief in der Nacht durch und war nicht abzustellen. Das machte Geräusche, für mich war Schlafen, nach einem kurzen Einschlafen wegen Übermüdung, nicht mehr möglich. Schade.
• Fernando (7/5): - El hotel está muy céntrico. El comedor para el desayuno es muy pequeño, depende de a qué hora ibas había que hacer cola. Además, cuando llegamos la zona estaba en obras, era imposible llegar al hotel en coche, y aunque avisamos de que llegaríamos conduciendo y pedimos instrucciones para aparcar, no nos avisaron de nada de esto, y fue un poco caos llevar las maletas.
• Tomás (7/5): - Hay que destacar la ubicación del hotel: a menos de 10 min del Duomo y alrededores. La habitación muy limpia, con un olor muy agradable y la ropa de cama y aseo impecables. El personal amable. El desayuno correcto. Habitación pequeña El cuarto de baño que era diminuto y las piezas muy pequeñas e incómodas: el water pegado a la pared, la ducha de media luna de 80 cm. No tenía espejo supletorio (de aumento) y resultaba muy incomodo maquillarse en el principal. El precio: me parece abusivo que el precio de los hoteles varíe tanto de una semana a otra según los eventos en la ciudad. Creo que un hotel tendría que tener un precio según su categoría, pero no que de un fin de semana a otro pudiera costar el doble.

• Egon (1/5): - Location under construction. Least I would expect from the management is that the entrance and parking to enter to the hotel is easy to find. If this option was not possible to arrange I would appreciate to be informed. So, I cyrcled three times around the hotel and as I was unable to find the reception and the parking was 100 m distant at 4,5 eur/hour with the entrance width of 2 metres, I simply returned back home. So, I had a nice 830 km drive in vain. Not to mention, that I missed my appointment in Milan. Really, a first class hotel choice. Anything

• Mathilde (10/5): Hôtel idéalement situé et confortable - Emplacement idéal, entre Navigli et le centre-ville, à 15 minutes à pied de tous les points d'interets majeurs. Equipe aimable, service de qualité, très bel hôtel. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient géniales!
• Rudolf (5/5): Mässig und sehr teuer Gute Lage zum Dom und scala - Frühstück war gut Personal am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich. Es waren 2 Leute da, als wir ankamen. Aber wir waren Luft . Als ich mich nach 2-3 Minuten räusperte hörte ich von einem ein Moment.
