- Nicole (10/5): - Wunderbares, privat geführtes Hotel mit sehr herzlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Man spürt in vielen liebevollen Details die aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft wie bsw. frische Blumen neben dem Bett, feines Frühstück mit tollem Obst, Marmeladen, frischem Porridge usw. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bad mit großer Dusche, Handbrause und Regendusche sowie grossen kuscheligen Handtüchern runden den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ab. Lage ist perfekt an öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden und dennoch sehr ruhig. Es sind wenige Gehminuten zu Earls Court Station mit zahlreichen Direktverbindungen in die Innenstadt und Richmond/ Kew Gardens. Auch sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Holland Park, Kensington Highstreet. Museen in South Kensington, Hyde Park und Royal Albert Hall sind ebenfalls in angenehmer Laufweite. Freue mich wieder auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

- Bruno (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und zwei U-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe - Das Hotel ist sehr nahe an zwei U-Bahn Stationen (Earl's Court und High Street Kensington) mit denen man sehr schnell im Zentrum von London ist. Das Bett war super zum Schlafen und die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

- Margit (9/5): Für einen London-Besuch sehr zu empfehlen! - In dem gemütlichen Hotel ist alles da, was man so braucht. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist mordernisiert und komfortabel. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist vielfältig. Erfreulich sind auch die frischen Blumen im Zimmer und an weiteren Stellen des Hotels. Die Lage auf ca. halber Strecke zwischen dem Flughafen Heathrow und Covent Garden ist ideal. Eine Steckdose in der Nähe des Nachttisches wäre noch praktisch.

- Sue (10/5): Lovely small hotel - This is a lovely small hotel on a quiet side street. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They had good advice for what Tube to take from Heathrow and the short walk to the hotel. Later, good recommendations for dinner in the area. I had a single room that was comfortable, room for luggage, and a nice bed. The bathroom had a large stall shower. Breakfast was Continental; however, you could add eggs, bacon, etc. All in all a wonderful stay and I highly recommend.

The room was cosy and clean, with the feel of a small boutique hotel in London. Breakfast was tasty, although quite simple — it would be nice to have eggs included and freshly ground coffee from a machine rather than filter coffee. The hotel is close to the Tube, the staff were very friendly, and the room was cleaned daily, which was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay. I would recommend it. I once tried the full English breakfast and that was equally excellent. Everything was okay. Only one small issue: when too many people took a shower at the same time the hot water stopped for a short time.

- Mary (10/5): Great value and wonderful experience! - We enjoyed this historic property in a charming quiet neighborhood. They offered many options for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They did everything to make our visit perfect. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The rooms were clean and the bathroom had been updated. I wish that it had been a little closer to the city center but it was easy to navigate.

- Andrea (4/5): - Personal nett, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und auch zur U Bahn Earls Court war es nicht weit. Von dort aus kann man mit der Picadilly Line direkt und ohne umsteigen zum Heathrow fahren. Das Zimmer war ziemlich abgewohnt und die Einrichtung etwas gammelig. Ausserdem funktionierten die vorhandenen Heizkörper nicht, sondern nur die Klimaanlage. Der Heizkörper im Bad wurde nicht warm, so dass es dort immer kalt war. Ich habe immer dir Tür aufgelassen, die Klimaanlage auf 24 Grad gestellt, so dass es wenigstens etwas warm zum Duschen war. Beim Frühstück gab es keinen Kaffee aus dem Automaten, sondern nur warm gestellten Filterkaffee. Ausserdem musste man eier extra bezahlen ich glaube 4 pfund und auch das englisches Frühstück musste man extra zahlen. Wer also ein gepflegtes Zimmer möchte, kälteempfindlich ist und Wert auf ein gutes Frühstück legt, der sollte sich ein anderes Hotel buchen! Das werde ich beim nächsten Mal auch tun!

- LEE (7/5): 整體環境不錯！夜間行走算滿安全的，廁所浴室也很乾淨 - 離地鐵站約走路5-8分鐘的距離，沿路上也有很多店家、超市不用擔心食物的部分。櫃檯人員也都是很親切的亞洲面孔，因為是農曆新年去還有過年的裝飾，有一秒回到家鄉的感覺。 房間的空間稍微小了點，如果是大行李箱要全開可能有點困難。

- Michael (7/5): Tolle Lage für Londonerkundung, eher B&B als Hotel! - Ein wirklich gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, frische Früchte, anständiger Aufschnitt. Vom "Full English" habn wir Abstadn genommen, kontinental war schon ansprechend genug. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. An de U-Bahn ist mabn in wenigen Minuten, mit der U-Bahn schnell bei allen zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich, die Zimmer ruhig und nett ausgestattet. Ein geschlossener Hotelparkplatz, den man nur in Begleitung einer Mitarbeiterin erreicht, bewahrt das Auto sicher auf. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, das in Abetracht von winziger Lobby und fehlender Bar eher einem B&B gleicht. Und auch wenn die Lage toll ist, muss man doch anmerken, dass man sich im Hotel selber tagsüber eigenrlich kaum aufhaltren kann. Steckdosen an beiden Betten haben wir nicht gefunden und die Idee, einen Hotelparkplatz anzubieten, zu dem man nur in Begleitung gehen kann - auch wenn man noch einmal kurz ans Auto möchte - ist ungewöhnlich.

Lots of nice restaurants in the area on the way to Kensington Street. Near the Design Museum and to visiting Leighton House. Walkable to V&A Museum also.
- Pia (10/5): Gemütliches, persönliches, zentral gelegenes Hotel - Das gesamte Personal (beim Empfang, beim Frühstück, in der Küche) ist sehr freundlich. Kleine Wünsche werden soweit möglich sofort erfüllt. Dir Zimmer sind mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet, es gibt die Möglichkeit, Kaffee und Tee zu kochen und in einem kleinen Kühlschrank eine Mini Bar. Es fehlte eine kostenlose Stornierungsmöglichkeit. Aber alles, was vor Ort geboten wurde war topp!

- Pocketmonkeypip (8/5): Perfect for a less 'business like' stay - character, charm & comfort in the perfect location. - Perfect location just a 5 min walk from Earls Court tube station. Away from the main roads and peaceful (as it gets in Central London) in a lovely typical Kensington residential building with an 'older' English vibe and real comfort. Local back-streets to wander down with lovely pubs, eateries and so on just around the corner. Really lovely, helpful staff. Tea/coffe etc. in the room and a really wonderful breakfast - super value, home-from-home comfort feels, very comfy beds for a solid good night's sleep! Being able to open the window and get real fresh air, light and listen to the coo-ing of pigeons is a further added bonus. Highly recommend. The lovely little bar in the corner of the breakfast room wasn't open for service at all, which was a shame, although the mini-bar in the room was nicely stocked with basics.

Das Gebäude ist natürlich schon etwas älter, es gibt also knarzende Böden und enge Treppenhäuser, aber das gehört zum Flair dazu. Gutes Comtinental Frühstück, das sich auch nach Belieben aufpeppen lässt - lecker. In einem der Zimmer war das Bad etwas altbacken, ein Upgrade lohnt sich 😉
- Isabelle Charron (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour touristique de quelques jours - Situé à 7 minutes du métro Earl's Court (lignes directes vers le centre de Londres) dans joli quartier, rue très calme. Notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière, donc aucun bruit. A notre arrivée, la fenêtre ne pouvait plus ouvrir, donc on nous a proposé de changer de chambre pour la deuxième nuit (merci, nous aimons bien dormir la fenêtre ouverte). Personnel très correct et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner continental est copieux (charcuterie, tranches de fromage, légumes et fruits frais, muesli, pain, yaourt...). Une adresse où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le personnel de l'hotel est très serviable. les chambres sont anciennes et auraient besoin d'un coup de neuf (mobilier ancien et abimé, équipements électriques hors d'usage)
- Dr. Werner (7/5): Ganz in Ordnung für diesen Preis in einem guten Bezirk Londons (Kensington). - Die Lage war ganz gut: in einer ruhigen Gasse, aber nah am Bus 74 und relativ nah zur belebten Earl’s Court Road und zur District Line (U-Bahn) und Piccadilly Line (U-Bahn). Das Personal war extrem nett und das Frühstück wirklich gut, besonders die fürs Müsli frischen, geschnittenen Früchte. Der Kaffee. Das. Zimmer 41 ist doch etwas renovierungsbedürftig, der Lift alt und langsam, die Gänge und auch der Frühstücksraum sehr eng.

The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to Earls Court Station. It’s near shops and restaurants. It’s also very quiet. Overall, would recommend.

With the tube everything close to reach, for example Piccadilly circus station reachable in 25 min. Breakfast was very good! Nothing actually... Maybe a bit smell in the bath room, I think because hotel is older.

- FabPor8 (6/5): Good room, poor service, misleading booking conditions - Almost all was perfect. Except the breakfast. I booked a 3 nights stay with breakfast included for 2 adults. When we got to the hotel, they advise us that only part of the breakfast was included and if we would want to eat eggs, for example, we needed to pay an extra fee (5£ for 2 eggs!!!)
