Персонал був дуже привітним, допомагали у всьому. Сніданок на 5+! Менеджер, який супроводжував сніданки - йому потрібно видати премію! Дуже турботливий чоловік! Все було ідеально.

El restaurante y desayuno excelente, muy variado y delicioso. Recomiendo abrir el servicio antes de las 7:30 am. Para poder salir desayunados a las excursiones por fuera. También hace falta café en la habitación.

The location is spot on, right in the city centre, making it ideal for getting around. The staff were lovely and very helpful throughout. Really appreciated the espresso machine in the room – such a nice touch, and the coffee was excellent. We arrived by car and left the key at reception. The hotel works with a private garage, so a driver collected the car on arrival and brought it back when we checked out – very convenient and well organised. Very happy with the service. We had a great experience. Everything from the location to the service was excellent, and it made for a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

El personal es muy servicial y amable, dispuesto a ayudar y siempre con una sonrisa. La ubicación estratégica cerca de la estación de tren y también del Duomo y la Academia. Hermosa estadía. Todo nos gustó.

The staff was wonderful, very kind and accomodating. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quite spatious and very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and excellent coffee.

• 李少明 (7/5): 地點不錯, 但是有噪音隔壁說話都隱約可以聽到, 樓上走路聲音也聽得很清楚, 早餐還不錯，櫃台接待也很親切。 - 住宿地點不錯, 房間大小適中, 早餐還不錯服務也很到位。 房間裡的設備陽春，樓板薄走路連桌上水瓶裡的水都會震動, 樓上走路也聽得很清楚, 外面施工的噪音也相當的吵, 另外不知是否是季節的關係, 空調沒開雖然四月天氣早晚涼但是室內很悶, 我太太因此皮膚過敏。還有透過其他網站訂房時要注意有的提供飲水僅止於第一天才免費提供, 第二天開始就得付費我住過這麼多飯店這是第一次碰到, 所以住宿前得問清楚以免當冤大頭，浴室洗澡時很容易淹水, 水量大但是洗澡排水地面設計有些問題容易淹水。

• Pablo (9/5): Ha sido una estancia excepcional, repetiríamos seguro - El personal es excepcional, muy serviciales y atentos con cada detalle, ofreciéndose a cualquier cosa para ayudarte. La ubicación es muy buena y la calidad del desayuno también. Es un poco ruidoso, el aislamiento no es de alta calidad pero nada que no haga tu estancia confortable.

The staff went beyond to help with even cutting fruit etc etc. I did not like it that we ONLY got one time 2 small waterbottles complimentary when we arrived. We stayed 4 nights.. it should be offered every night, as if we would have ordered 4 times 1 night we would have gotten this. ALSo.. In the room is no info on how to contact the reception with a question : i had to go downstairs to mention that the toilet paper was not replenished. ( this was actually very inconvenient)

• Angel (9/5): - La ubicación, la limpieza. El hotel está reformado y todo muy nuevo. La cama muy cómoda. Había zapatillas en la habitación, se agradece! También había café y agua. El baño de la habitación era grande. El desayuno es mejorable, especialmente la bollería. Tenía buena pinta, pero no estaba buena. Los huevos revueltos estaban siempre muy hechos, como un bloque.

Bologna havalimanından otobüsle Floransa’ya gelmeyi düşünenler için , otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde 10-15 dakika arası Konunu çok merkezi olmakla beraber bulunduğu sokak çoğunlukla göçmenletin olduğu bir yer. Ters bir olay yaşamadık ama güvensiz hissettiriyor.Bulunduğu muhit ile alakası olmayan bir otel, içeri girince şaşırıyorsunuz

• Laura (10/5): Muy buena opción - Hemos pasado unos días en Florencia y nos hemos alojado en el hotel Flor Boutique. El hotel se merece un 10 en todos los sentidos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, está todo en perfecto estado , la cama muy cómoda y estaba todo súper limpio. La ubicación perfecta, una calle tranquila pero a un paso del centro. El desayuno variado y el personal del hotel muy amable.

• Lucas (10/5): - The hotel is amazing! Perfectly located between the main train station and the historic center. We were able to do most of our sightseeing on foot, with a few instances where we took the bus, which was also very practical for us. The room is very spacious, modern, and has all the amenities one would expect. The breakfast is incredible, with everything you would expect and a bit more! And last but not least, the hotel staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel extremely comfortable during the whole stay. Really, the best hotel experience we had in many years! Absolutely nothing to complain about
