- Simran (7/5): A good little hotel - We had two rooms booked and one of the rooms was a great size! Quite modern hotel, the bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Got bus 14A from Florence train station and it took us very near the hotel, the closest bus station is a couple of minutes walk which was very handy. The fan in our bathroom wasn't working, which meant after a shower it'd get really steamy, so I couldn't use the mirror to get ready. Also the fridge wasn't working in our room.

- Jelena (8/5): Tutto bene, tranne la colazione molto deludente. - La sig.ra Elena cameriera in sala colazione. Ci ha portato subito la tisana perché non ce n'era a disposizione vicino al samovar. Era molto simpatica e disponibile n generale. La colazione non vale neanche lontanamente €12,50 a persona. Solo pane affettato a lunga durata che non mangiamo, brioches non buone, biscotti da inzuppare non freschi e troppo dolci, cappuccino con retrogusto di latte in polvere (anche se fatto dal cameriere al momento), niente tisane (poi la cameriera ci ha procurato 2 bustine purtroppo solo camomilla che non ci piace, ma l'abbiamo bevuta in mancanza di altra scelta), poca frutta, niente yugurt bianco non dolcificato. Alla fine quel poco che abbiamo mangiato l'abbiamo gustato poco. Per un albergo a 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più. Potreste prendere spunto da BB Hotels a 3 stelle.

The location was lovely if you want a more quiet hotel away from the historic city centre but the bus links to and from the hotel are very good and regular Being really picky, the mirrors weren't clean, there were a few splash marks on them when we arrived, the soap in the dispenser wasn't full and the AC wasn't working properly

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro con bus .economico con taxi. Comodo per concerti al forum Mandela Un fastidioso rumore che nn ha mai cessato sembrava venisse dal quadro elettrico (.stanza n 5).

- Henrique (9/5): Bom hotel, atendeu bem às expectativas - Bom hotel, atendeu bem às expectativas, bom café da manhã, bom staff, etc. O sabonete do meu quarto havia acabado e pedi para encherem o pote. Minha expectativa era que fossem encher no dia seguinte, quando não houvesse ninguém no quarto. Mas aconteceu uma falha de comunicação, e acabaram entrando no quarto enquanto estávamos lá. Isso não foi nada muito grave, mas não é o ideal.
- Paul (9/5): Hidden luxury - The hotel seemed a bit fancier than I realized, as we were simply looking for a place in that immediate area and did not look into the amenities. Parking is available on site with reservation (I believe for €25/day), although we parked in the garage down the street at piazza Alberti (€15/day). There is a nice little jazz bar just next door that offers a discount to guests. We had a nice little breakfast with them. Access to the center was convenient on bus 14, which runs on a street just about one block south. You can pay on the bus with a card, or tickets can be arranged at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was pretty expensive for what I knew we would eat, hence breakfast at the jazz bar.

- Julia (9/5): Adoramos nosso tempo no hotel, muito bonito, funcionários prestativos e atenciosos e quarto bem organizado, limpo e conf - Quarto organizado, limpo e confortável. Gostamos muito do ambiente. Apenas a televisão não tinha muitos canais acessíveis e nem aplicativos de streaming.

- Luke (9/5): - The spa and wellness area was absolutely fantastic. I'd highly recommend this. The only slight downside was a lack of cutlery/cups laid out at breakgast.
- Alan (10/5): - Really loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we received a great welcome. The hotel is clean and bright and with great facilities. We were only there for one night so didn't have the opportunity to use all of the facilities, but a nice breakfast room and good choice available. Location is a little away from the city centre (about 35 min walk, 20 min bus ride or 15/20 min taxi which costs about 20/25 Euros). There is a lovely restaurant next door, which also provides the hotel room service menu. Would happily return on a future visit Nothing.

Staff were super accommodating and couldn’t have done anymore for us. The breakfast was slightly limited but still amazing and so tasty!

- Maier (10/5): Top Hotel mit perfekten Personal - Top Lage, gleich an einer Bushaltestelle, wo man 10 Minuten in die Stadtmitte braucht. (Tickets gibts im Hotel zum kaufen) Top Personal, die mir glutenfreies Gebäck serviert haben und da wir durch einen Ausflug das Frühstück nicht wahrnehmen konnten wurden uns Lunchpakete vorbereitet. (Einmal normal und einmal glutenfrei) Taxis wurden auf Wunsch gebucht und auf jede Frage gab es eine Antwort. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Würde ich wieder nach Florenz kommen würde ich wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Alles gut. Den Spabereich haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt.
