• Leticia Mariana (7/5): Rescato la atención para resolver un inconveniente - La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene! A 1 cuadra de la plaza de la Republica. Y a 200 metros del duomo. Te permite ver todo el casco antiguo caminando. Tiene un rooftop excelente con vistas a la cúpula de la Catedral. La atencion de algunos empleados fue muy buena. Hilary fue una de ellas que ha resuelto un inconveniente y muy buena predisposicion. La primera experiencia e.impresión fue mala. Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que era solo la recepcion y que tenian a 5 cuadras. Con maletas y todo!!! Cuando llegué era un departamento en mal estado. Escalera solamente. Y con un calefon roto en la habitacion. Por lo cual me fui a quejar y me dieron la habitacion de.hotel en ese mismo lugar de la recepcion. En el 5to piso. Pero tuvimos que utilizar el dia siguiente tiempo de nuestra estadia. Cargando valijas y tener que hacer apuradas una visita al museo por este inconveniente. Lo demas luego fue una experiencia agradable.
• Ivaylo (1/5): Potential scam warning. - Only the location, because it is in the centre, but the cathedral bells are quite loud. Upon arrival, after we had already paid the city tax, meaning we were financially committed, staff informed us that our actual room was a 10-minute walk away through the cobbled streets of Florence, with our luggage. No mention of this was made at any point during the booking process. When we reached the location of this "room," it turned out to be an old, private apartment of the Airbnb variety, not a hotel room in any sense. The space was visibly worn, poorly maintained, and had a strong unpleasant odour. It did not match any of the photos or descriptions on the listing we booked. Advertising a professional hotel and delivering a run-down off-site flat is, in my view, a deceptive practice that should be illegal. We returned to the hotel to refuse the room and request a refund. The owner instead offered us a room within the actual hotel building, which we accepted. However, on the first night we discovered that the window could not be closed, and the outdoor temperature was 7°C. The room quickly became freezing. The receptionist confirmed the issue and said nothing could be done until the following day. We slept the entire night at near-outdoor temperatures. By morning, both my fiancée and I had stiff muscles and sore throats. The next day we approached a different receptionist about the repair. She pretended to have no knowledge of the previous night's complaint, sent a housekeeper to check whether we simply did not know how to close a window, and forced me to re-explain the entire situation multiple times. After wasting a significant amount of our time, she acknowledged that "yes, that window doesn't close", as if this were the most normal thing ever, and stared blankly, offering no solution. Only I specifically asked for a portable heater did she agree to provide one. We spent our second night sleeping with an open window and a heater, essentially camping indoors in winter temperatures.
• Timothy (5/5): adequate, authentic, great location and served a purpose for two nights. - Excellent central location with a very comfortable bed and clean room. The décor had an authentic charm, and the rooftop bar was a great bonus. Reception staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room had four beds, which was fine for the two of us, but it would have felt very cramped with three or four people. The windows didn’t open, and the external shutters were fixed almost closed, making the room dark, stuffy, and lacking fresh air. The rooftop bar was quite expensive, although that was somewhat expected. Accessing our room on the fourth floor was also difficult, as there is only one very small lift that is constantly in use by guests heading to the rooftop bar. While the reception staff were acceptable, other members of staff were not particularly friendly and came across as rather terse.
• Jorge Fabian (7/5): Buena ubicación pero acceso muy incómodo - Sin Duda la Ubicación y el personal son sus puntos fuertes El hotel cuenta con un Roof top y el acceso al mismo es por la única entrada y usando el único ascensor con el que cuenta el hotel. Por lo que para ingresar a las habitaciones habia q hacer colas para poder usar el ascensor. Realmente eso es muy incomodo y limitante ya que cada vez que se quiere ingresar a la habitación hay q contar con bastante tiempo de espera en un lugar muy reducido que es la recepción.

• Celine (8/5): Hôtel idéal pour découvrir Florence - Accueil très agréable, ouvert 24h/24, chambre confortable et propre. Nous étions 3 et nous avons pu bénéficier de 3 lits singles à notre demande. Situation géographique excellente. Vue du roof top à couper le souffle ! Le quartier est très bruyant, de jour comme de nuit. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir : être dans l'hyper-centre, avec tout à 10 min, et être au calme. Un seul ascenseur pour desservir les 6 étages de l'hôtel, dont les clients du roof top.

• Flamur (1/5): Finestra praticamente inesistente in una delle zone più rumorose della città - Oltre che soldi sprecati ho passato tutta la notte in bianco ascoltando i turisti sotto la finestra e le macchine delle pulizie perché la finestra oltre che molto vecchia non si chiudeva. E' un furto vendere la camera con la finestra in quella situazione nella zona più rumorosa della città. Il bagno troppo piccolo e sporco, cerano peli sul pavimento. Doccia minuscola.

Además tiene un Rooftop en el último piso desde donde se ve la cúpula de Brunelleschi por lo que de 11 am a 11 pm ingresa gente constantemente obstruyendo la circulación de los huéspedes. El ascesor es el mismo para todos por lo que su uso queda restringido por la larga espera que implica. Se nota que priorizan el bar antes que a los huéspedes del hotel. Por otra parte, el bar del Rooftop es muy caro y de pésima atención. Como si fuera poco, en el hotel se alojan contigentes de grupos escolares y el caos aumenta. Demasiadas desventajas para lo poco y caro que ofrece el hotel. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

• Gudrun (7/5): Altes Hotel mit sauberem Charakter - Die Lage ist einmalig. Um die Ecke der Duomu.Alles kann man zu Fuß machen. Das Zimmer war renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war alt aber die Betten sehr bequem. Gute Matratzen. Unser Auto wurde mit Service in einer Garage geparkt Das Bad war winzig kaum Bewegungsfreiheit, das Klo war etwas undicht. Es stand etwas Wasser rund um die Schüssel, wurde dann repariert ohne dass wir uns beschwerten Der Duschkopf war etwas alt und die Dusche winzig. Die Fahrer von d. GARAGE ließen ihre Abfäalltüte im Auto.

La habitación, el baño sin protección para la ducha (sin mampara, sin cortina) se mojaba todo el piso y paredes al bañarse, el ascensor los botones no funcionan adecuadamente, si suben personas que van a pisos diferentes cuando presionas el botón de un piso se borra el del piso anterior.

You’ll have to get out of the shower to retrieve it. Not much they can do about it in a small building, I suppose.

• Minh (6/5): Good location but noisy - Good location and friendly staff. Good views of the cathedral if your room is on the 5th floor and facing the cathedral. No AC. Noisy, windows doors cannot be closed completely, allowing mosquitoes to fly in. My daughter got 13 mosquito bites. The bar is on the top floor. Loud music won't stop until midnight. Since windows and doors cannot be completely closed, you can hear people on the street laughing and talking until 4am.

• Cristina (7/5): Volvería y lo recomiendo! - La ubicación es excepcional. Está en pleno centro y llegas andando a todos los sitios. Para hacer turismo es inigualable. La habitación es antigua y pequeña pero la cama es muy cómoda y te da justo lo que necesitas para un viaje de turismo. Volvería y lo recomendaría. Además el personal es muy muy agradable. Las toallas aunque fuesen de algodón parecían papel y podrían poner nuevas toallas en general. Aunque es un detalle mínimo. También sería un detalle que en la azotea a los huéspedes les hicieran un descuento por quedarse en ese hotel.

Nos toco habitación en el primer piso así que no teníamos vistas al Duomo pero estaban renovadas hace poco y se notaba porque estaban divinas las habitaciones El ascensor solía demorar por la gente subiendo al rooftop del piso 6 pero no tuvimos tanto problema al estar en el piso 1 y no me parecía nada grave. Al hacer el check in no tuvimos problema en subir, el tema se complica desde las 17 en adelante hasta las 23 que esta abierto el rooftop

• anne (3/5): Nefasta experiencia - La situación Nos dieron vista al duomo y eso incluye estar debajo de la terraza con jaleo constante fiesta, las hab tienen balcón sin separación con lo cual tuvimos huelga de los vecinos delante de nuestra puerta ventana. La recepción es abierta para la calle para que los turistas suban a ver la terraza aunque no estén alojados una romería constante. El ascensor no funciona por defecto va donde quiere estuvimos 6 días y lo mismo lo usan para bajar cajas basuras etc… el secador peor que un juguete, en la quinta planta el agua caliente llega con pena, las toallas son trozos de tela como sábana no secan. La señora de la cafetería maleducada montando pollo delante de los clientes sin cortarse. En recepción salvo la joven de rasgo indio y el chico joven de esta mañana los demás misma tónica malhumor y pocas ganas de ayudar envíe mis sugerencias antes de escribir a Booking con mis quejas y ni contestaron sólo lo han hecho ahora porque he escrito la queja. No es la imagen de un hotel es una romería donde todo el mundo se puede colar, el de la calle en cualquier planta no hay control y hay un cartel que indica que puede subir al roof. Conclusión la ubicación es perfecta el resto nefasto. Una lástima no es ni mucho menos nuestro primer viaje a Italia y nunca nos vamos con esa imagen.

La terraza tiene LAS VISTAS, pero 5 euros un cafe normale que tampoco esta tan rico. Aunque seas huesped, si la terraza la usa otros turistas, te jodes. Ubicacion excelente. Me parecio sobre evaluado, ducha no sale bien, tarda en calentar y sale un chorro incomodo, tampoco ciierrra la mampara del box doccia. Our room had a stunning view of the duomo and the Campanille de Giotto and the staff was - It was very clean, the lift was a bit strange giving priority to the 6th floor (rooftop bar), so in order to land on your floor you find yourself going there first. And the balconies were share with other rooms that was even more strange. The staff was very nice and helpful, specially Tiara, she was a ray of sunshine. The location and the staff

• Anneriek (7/5): Eenvoudig maar prima, vooral vanwege de locatie. - Midden in het centrum, dicht bij alle toeristische hotspots. Hotelkamer is schoon en werd iedere dag even nagekeken. Hotelkamer was wel gehorig, je hoort de stad, ook 's nachts.
• Ander (4/5): Mucho que mejorar - Lo único bueno que tiene es que está muy céntrico y que la cama es cómoda Habitación muy amplia pero sin hueco para poder dejar tus cosas, faltan armarios, falta un espejo de pie... baño muy pequeño y la ducha pésima, no hay ni alcachofa con manguera, no hay sitio para nada. Al margen de todo eso se escucha todo lo de la calle. Mucho por mejorar, necesita una reforma casi completa.

• Merwan (9/5): - Une vue exceptionnelle sur le Duomo ! L'hôtel se situe en plein cœur de la ville, ce qui permet de rejoindre tous les principaux musées à pied. Le personnel est sympathique et les chambres très propres. Ce fut un séjour agréable. Le cadre est cependant un peu bruyant (présence de groupes de jeunes). Par ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus.

• Teresa (7/5): - Posizione ottima, buonissima la pulizia del bagno e della camera. Per chi non ha pretese elevate, è un buonissimo alloggio. Purtroppo si sentono molto i rumori esterni(traffico o eventuali lavori) ed interni(clienti non rispettosi degli altri ospiti e quindi schiamazzi di notte), ma provvedendo con dei tappi, si riesce a dormire bene.
• Guest (10/5): - Hotel jednoduše zařízen. Velmi pohodlná postel a velká koupelna s wc a bidetem. Sprchový kout jen pro hubené. Hotel je úplně v centru, všude je blízko a pěšky. Na střeše je veřejný bar s úžasným výhledem. A toto oboje znamená hluk. Do půlnoci hluk od návštěvníků baru a neukázněných sousedů a od cca 5h hluk od svozu popelnic a jiného venku úklidu. A také hluk zvuk kostelních zvonů. Kdo preferuje ticho a klid, měl by rezervovat za branami mimo historické centrum. Pro nás byl pobyt super a úplně TOP! Byli jsme tu 24.4.-27.4.2026

• Sandra (8/5): Un hotel simpe, propre, sympathique et central. - Un petit hôtel simple avec un personnel accueillant, situé à 10mn à pied la la gare de Florence. Les chambres sont basiques, mais très propres. La terrasse du rooftop offre une vue imprenable sur le Duomo: un plus indéniable! Pas de PD servis, mais le café d'à côté est parfait pour prendre une "colazione"! L'isolation phonique des fenêtres peut-être? Les boules quies sont recommandées lorsqu'il y a de l'animation dans les rues.

• Mariana (4/5): Decepcionante - Escolhemos o hotel pela localização, porém ao fazermos check-in, fomos informados que ficaríamos em um apartamento em outro prédio há 400m de distância. O endereço passado dava em uma loja e tivemos que descobrir que existe o mesmo número na mesma rua para comércio e casa. Fomos até o local e nenhum apartamento tinha o nome que constava na chave, tivemos que retornar para perguntar, pois não haviam informado. Como fomos colocados em outro prédio, não possuía as comodidades que constam no anúncio, prédio sem elevador, sem terraço, sem cafeteria e sem recepção.

• Shiv (9/5): Great if you plan to be out all day and just use it to sleep ! - Great location and good value for money with the best rooftop view in all Florence Elevator was broken so had to climb floors and rooms are very outdated

• Luann (7/5): - This hotel is all about location, easily the best I've experienced to orient yourself in Florence. The staff were great, rooms accessible by elevator even the cleaning staff were welcoming. The busy rooftop bar has a magnificent view. This place is what I would call cheap and cheerful, it has a vaguely upmarket backpacker vibe. The room was clean though and the bathroom excellent. You do get a lot of street noise to be expected in this location. The bed was so hard and could do with an update.
• JitkaH (7/5): - Hotel je hned v centru, pokoj je velký. K hotelu patří bar s vyhlidkou přímo na Duomo. Nešly pořádně zavřít velké dveře na balkon, ranní hluk ze silnice nás vzbudil velmi brzy.
• William (7/5): - I would not recommend this hotel. Wait time in lifts due to roof top bar on level 6 at time was around 5-8 minutes. Very noisy with a rubbish collection point outside hotel. Bathroom hard to use, not a lot of space - towels more like Frabic sheets. Overall- would not recommend to friends and family.
