• Viktoriya (2/5): I would not stay even free of charge - The only quote positive thing is the location All, starting from the accessibility, finishing with the room/ accommodation. It’s a whole quest just to get into the room: go there, press this, then go somewhere else, something pops up, press that too. Then go to the third floor, from the third floor go down to the second, open a drawer, take a key, find room 34 — except room 34 doesn’t even exist. Not all the doors even have numbers on them. How am I supposed to figure this out? And you can’t reach the operator right away either. If you arrive late and exhausted, having to go through all of this is really frustrating. And the room, it’s awful, I have attached photos, it does not correspond at all to the pictures on the site. Besides all it smells everywhere.

O quarto não era como em nenhuma foto do booking, era bem mais simples. Não tinha banheira nem chaleira como anunciado. Box muito pequeno, quase impossível de usar.

• Maria Giovanna (9/5): Un piacevole soggiorno - Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questa struttura, ha un’ottima posizione a meno 5 minuti piedi da Piazza di Spagna e soprattutto è possibile raggiungere moltissimi servizi in poco tempo. Le stanze sono comode e pulite, c’è tutto il necessario, il personale gentile e disponibile. È presente anche la colazione in camera. Uniche note negative la mancanza di un piano d’appoggio in bagno, degli appendi teli doccia e di un supporto per la valigia all’interno della stanza.

• serena (8/5): Visitare Roma da un luogo magico e strategico - Situata all’interno di un palazzo storico di grande fascino, sembra di entrare in un appartamento lussuoso e accogliente, a cominciare dall’ingresso per proseguire in un elegante salone con mobili d’epoca attorno al quale sono collocate le camere dallo stile che ricorda il primo ‘900. Raggiungere le camere è stata una specie di caccia al tesoro data la complessità della struttura ma le indicazioni erano estremamente precise. Un ascensore esterno situato all’interno di un cortile pittoresco consente di raggiungere le camere se non si vogliono prendere le scale. La colazione disponibile in camera era piuttosto varia rispetto ad altre strutture simili. Qualsiasi richiesta pratica o suggerimenti utili arrivavano in tempo reale su whatsapp. La posizione ti consente di raggiungere a piedi tutte le mete più importanti, dal Vaticano al Colosseo e i Fori. Tornerò sicuramente Non lo consiglio a chi necessita della presenza di uno staff in struttura
• Giovanni (5/5): Un po delusi - Posizione centrale, strategica per la visita delle principali attrazioni della città. Buona la pulizia della stanza e il supporto telefonico per check-in e check-out. Per quanto riguarda la nostra esperienza, la camera ha decisamente deluso le nostre aspettative rassicurate da foto che non rispecchiano la realtà! La camera 45, situata al terzo piano è decisamente molto datata, piccola, sprovvista persino di un armadio, illuminazione piuttosto scarsa, accusticamente poco isolata, con un climatizzatore mal/non funzionante, letto piccolo e scomodo. Tutt'altra "attenzione" si respira e si vive al secondo piano, dove anche gli ambienti condivisi appaiono ben curati e decisamente più accoglienti. Dispiace dover fare una simile recensione, ma in questi 4 giorni (seppur in fase di prenotazione non venissero distinte le tipologie di camere se non per numero di letti) abbiamo percepito di essere stati accolti in una camera "di ripiego" senza (almeno apparentemente) alcuna motivazione, visto che la prenotazione è stata programmata mesi prima e il pagamento è stato ampiamente anticipato tempo prima dell'arrivo.

• Yosi (8/5): דירה במיקום מנצח,צוות שזמין בוואצאפ,יש דברים לשפר אבל סך הכל היה אחלה. - דבר ראשון המיקום מושלם ! אזור מרכזי רחוב שחוצה את ויה של קורסו,5 דק הליכה מהמדרגות הספרדיות 8 דק הליכה למזרקות טרווי,יש לא מעט מסעדות ובתי קפה ממש מתחת לדירה וגם התחבורה הציבורית במרחק 5 דק,מנקים את החדר ומחליפים מגבות כל יום,יש מזגן מכונת קפה כספת מקרר וכיבוד,אין דלפק צ׳ק אין ולהשיג את המפתח קצת מורכב בפעם הראשונה (נותנים הוראות מפורטות בוואצאפ) אבל אחרי זה הרבה יותר פשוט. הגענו בלילה והיה כמעט בלתי אפשרי להתקלח,בקושי היו מים חמים ולקח למים החמים זמן להגיע והזרם היה חלש שאפילו לא הוריד את הסבון מהגוף,שלחתי הודעה בוקר למחרת ואמרו שיעבירו לטיפול,בערב ראיתי שזה נשאר כמו שזה ובבוקר שאחרי שלחתי שוב הודעה הציעו לתקן או להחליף חדר,העדפתי להישאר ואכן הבעיה טופלה היו מים רותחים וזרם חזק,בחדר אין מקלחון אלא אמבטיה והדופן שלה גבוה מאוד עלול להיות בעייתי למי שמוגבל/מבוגר,יכלו לנקות את האמבטיה עצמה טוב יותר,בתמונות הדירה נראית ״זוהרת״ יותר בפועל היא יותר פשוטה.

Şubat ayında Roma seyahatimizi arkadaşlarımızla aynı otelde farklı odaları tutarak gerçekleştirdik. Ancak Residenza Frattina'daki tüm odalarda sıcak suya erişim kısıtlı neredeyse yoktu. Üstüne ilk gece konakladığımız odada klimada çalışmıyordu. Onlar yüzünden tatil dönüşü feci şekilde hasta oldum. İlk gece olan şikayetlerimizi çözmeye çalıştılar bizi farklı bir odaya aldılar bu kez klima çalışıyordu fakat sıcak su yine yoktu. Soğuk suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık. Saç kurutucular antik romadan kalmış olabilir saçlarımızı kurutma konusunda çok zorlandık. Kesinlikle burada kalmayın.

The location is unbeatable: situated in a very quiet neighborhood, yet just a short stroll from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. ​The host was amazing! They were always available to answer our messages instantly and guided us with great tips. We also truly appreciated the flexibility with our arrival; since we arrived early, they kindly allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. A flawless experience that I highly recommend!

• ΕΛΕΝΗ (8/5): Worth it - Τοποθεσία τοπ! Παρά πολύ κοντά σε όλα και η πιο βολική θα έλεγα. Καθαριότητα , άνετο κρεβάτι μαξιλάρια. Θα το πρότεινα σε όλους αλλά με το μόνο μείον ότι δεν έχει παράθυρο και ως επακόλουθο αυτού κάποιες φορές μύριζε το μπάνιο επειδή δεν αεριζόταν το δωμάτιο κατά τα άλλα δεν έχω να πω κάτι αρνητικό ήταν τοπ. Κάθε μέρα το καθάριζαν άλλαζαν σεντόνια πετσέτες, είχε κάψουλες για καφέ τσάι κρουασάν είχε κλιματισμό και αρκετά καλή θερμοκρασία. Ότι δεν είχε παράθυρο και ως επακόλουθο κάποιες φορές μύριζε το μπάνιο. Ακόμα ότι δεν γνωρίσαμε κανέναν από το κατάλυμα ούτε στο check in ούτε κατά την διάρκεια ούτε στο check out ήταν απρόσωπο. Και τέλος το νερό στο μπάνιο χρειαζόταν τρέχει κανά 5λεπτό για να ζεσταθεί :/ .

Μικρό ψυγειακι για κάποια αναγκαία πράγματα, μπάνιο ανακαινισμένο και κανονικών διαστάσεων και πολύ καθαρό όπως και όλο το δωμάτιο. Θέρμανση με air condition η οποία ήταν ικανοποιητική αν και πήγαμε τέλη Ιανουαρίου. Όλα καλά, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Ίσως το μόνο μελανό σημείο, λόγω τοποθεσίας, λίγη φασαρία που ξεκινούσε κάποιες φορές νωρίς το πρωί.. πάντως ανεκτή σε σχέση με τα οφέλη της διαμονής
