Always check bed, when checking mattress found bug on it. Information and was the upgrade to another room. That room was dirty behind dresser and TV cabinet. No microwave. Bathroom had mold. No hanger to hang clothing. Flooring was damaged Breakfast was only pastry,juice,coffee and tea. Not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel.

Le quartier assez mal fréquenté, quelques personnes de petite vertue le premier soir aux portes de l'hotel... Le personnel absolument pas souriant, limite on les dérange. Le bruit de l'ascenseur. La chambre qui donne sur la route et le bruit extérieur. Le petit déjeuner... rien de rien... les confitures n'étaient pas rechargées de la veille. Le présentoir, le pain était rechargé au bon vouloir de la personne en charge du petit déjeuner.... coin petit déjeuner pas très propre. (Et l'hôtel était loin d'être complet)

Theres a club downstairs and we can hear the music. And we can't sleep properly. The staff at the front desk is not answering the phone every time we're calling the front desk. Though he's nice.

• Rowela (1/5): Worst hotel ever! - None WORST HOTEL EVER! They will take a deposit from your bank card and will take forever to return it! I’ve been waiting for almost two months now! Plus when you inform them that you’ll take legal actions against them for making it hard for you too get your deposit back, they will be extremely rude and impolite! Very unprofessional!

Parking spots were very narrow, almost cannot open doors to get in and out. Worse, hotel guests don't know how to park properly, However, can't complain much considering the hotel offers free parking.

• Chelsea (4/5): Disappointing - The bed and linens were clean. Free parking with surveillance in a sketch area with homeless wandering through I could hear every creak in the building. I could easily hear others in hall or above or around a couple doors down. Not a safe area at all especially for kids. We were followed and yelled at by homeless people on both occasions of walking for a few blocks. I was told by staff to just ignore them and to take the metro for travel but it just didn't feel safe with me being a woman travelling alone with a kid. The building itself is OLD and outdated. For the price we paid I don't think it was worth it at all. Ended up not even mattering the location because I had to go pay for parking elsewhere adding more cost for me. The breakfast shouldn't be able to be called that, it was toast and juice.

• Guest (10/5): Wonderful! - That was my 3rd time staying at the hotel and it was great as always. The room was clean and had a wonderful view. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also decent, very good for a complimentary one. Coffee was delicious. Location is perfect. Will surely visit again. Everything was amazing.

Its even worse than our previous visit to a Wyndham hotel in LA in other location. Expect breakfast, others are fine. Breakfast. The security received USD 200 have not yet returned to my credit card. • Angel (3/5): Disappointing, did not sleep much and the hotel was dirty . - I did not like the accommodations ; The people above our room were walking and moving chairs all night long . They offer red to move us to another room but we paid for a king bed and they had no other king beds . 2nd night they started doing the same thing, we had enough and checked out at 1:30 am to go home. There is a lot of drug use in that area , it is Hollywood after all . The staff tried their best but the people messed it up . Parking is a nightmare on the weekend , had to park my truck around the corner as parking is free but not guaranteed. Breakfast included, it’s a continental breakfast , bread , coffee , juice is all you get . You get what you pay for , we spent 385 for 3 nights , should have spent a few dollars more for a nicer hotel . Do your research before you book a room . You get what you pay for , I would not recommend this place to stay .
