Guest Reviews
- Liliana (10/5): - Its good
- Michael (2/5): - Horrible prices. They had this crew come in and replace floor boards from 8 am to 10 pm at night both nights. 20 bucks to park per night?! When it’s already 400 for three nights plus the 100 dollar deposit. WORST PROPERTY OF ALL TIME!!! Do no waste your money on this place.
- Jonathan (8/5): - Overall I had a pleasant stay.
- Cliff (10/5): - Clean room and friendly staff
- Teddy (8/5): - Great.
- Jade (2/5): - Horrible
- Dhaval (4/5): - All rooms were badly smelling of weed and cigarettes.
- Jessica (6/5): - Tv only had basic channels, no cable or smart tv. Was not able to connect to wi-fi. One of the beds has a nasty stain in the sheets. Maybe not changed
- Arlene (4/5): - The property and surroundings are not accurately portrayed in the online listing.
- Robert (10/5): - Clean room
- Rawle (8/5): - The room is nice and clean 👌 housekeeper never came for the six days i was there for. Besides that everything was alright
- Patrick (2/5): - Potentially a good site but it was run down and staff had to asked to correct broken and unavailable in the room. One day the room was not made up and we were not told that guests have to ask to make up a room. The telephone was broken and had to be replaced. The location between a freeway and a busy local road on a small parcel of land
Expedia should take responsibility for the dishonesty in the way the hotel was listed. If i had known basic information before booking i would not have booked the hotel.
- Erica (8/5): - It looks poorly maintained in regards to their stairs, pool was not too clean, trash built up like crazy. Imone staff was great the other not so much. Room was clean no complaints there just wish it was betteraintained and cleaned outside too. Also leaving the hotel feels dangerous can't really see other cars coming.
- Mathew (4/5): No good. - The gym was closed down permanently. It advertised free breakfast, that was closed down too “for safety”. There was shotty patch jobs all over the grounds it felt like the hallways were literally falling. Our first room had ants everywhere. Our new room had spider webs hanging in the bathroom and a living spider in the shower. I def didn’t get what we paid for.
- Kelly (4/5): - Charge you an extra $100 when checking in. Was not in my receipt when booking online.
- Mayra (4/5): - Need
- Robert (2/5): - Room outdated. Beds are nice, door handles coming off hinges. Shower dirty. Toilet seat disintegrating. Just disgusting experience overall
- Robert (10/5): - Cozy room, and very comfortable bed. Only thing I'd change is the size of the TV. It's a little small from where the bed is. Otherwise 10/10
- Robert (10/5): - Very comfortable beds! Would recommend for sure
- Lidia (10/5): - Rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable
- Paul (6/5): - It was okay. Not a lot of amenities available.
- Ricardo (10/5): - Very friendly staff
- Marshon (10/5): - Only stayed
- Lorna (4/5): - Some of things broken in the room, the socket in sink not working. It's dirty, has left trash around the refrigerator. But I don't havw time to say anything. Our vacation days so limited. Just wanted to rest right away and got up early.
- April (2/5): - They allowed people to break into our room and acess the roof to shoot us with Radiation
- William (8/5): Ok hotel at a reasonable price - Overall it was an ok experience. Was there for 6 days. The room was clean and in decent condition. Appreciated the fridge, microwave, and coffee in the room. The pool was ok. Felt safe enough on the property. It’s not a new place and the exterior is showing its age and is not the cleanest. There’s no breakfast provided. Keep your expectations low and you’ll find this to be an ok place at a reasonable price.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Wrong place - Cleanliness was average. Shower not working right; first the handle kept coming off and they fixed that the 2nd day; but never able to get hot water, only lukewarm to cool. The bathroom sink is mis-designed so that water keeps going over the countertop. All three nights people smoked smelly marijuana outside our room and the stink came in our room. The bed was too firm but maybe someone likes it that way. One ice machine was on the other side of the hotel.
- Angela (10/5): - Pues es mi primera vez , está muy tranquilo .
- Xiuli (8/5): - The rooms were clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The property needs some TLC. Overall a nice stay. NEEDS TO BEING BACK BREAKFAST.
- Francisco (8/5): - Parking
- Santiago (2/5): - Property need work
- Walter (2/5): - Hard and old pillows, WiFi was terrible, hot water sometimes, the room smells awful when we got there and the room telephone didn’t work to call to the from desk. Never going back
- Reyfus (10/5): - Staff was very kind and helpful
- Daniel (2/5): Pick any other place - The absolute most broken, outdated, dirty hotel i ever visited
All towels and bed sheets had stains on them
No hot water for 2 days, staff just told us to let the water run for 15 minutes and it'll be resolved (it didn't)
The location is terrible and far from everything
- mario cortez (2/5): - FRONT DESK. PERSON IN THE MORNING. SO RACIST
- Tsira (10/5): - good
- Alex (10/5): - Great service.
- Lindsay (4/5): - Sheriffs were out front when we arrived arresting someone!
- Gerardo (8/5): - The shower head has a lot of buildup, The tub needs to be scrubbed not just wiped, And a suggestion it would be nice if the pool was kept open all night, the temperature was at 80 degrees that night and a dip in the pool would had helped.
- Lindsay (4/5): - It’s usually a very clean hotel, but this last visit was horrible. There was old coffee in the coffee pot, with mold!!! Dirty box springs and water bottles left from the previous visitors in the shelf!!! Don’t know if we will be coming back!
- Tovorris (4/5): - The front desk clerk that checked me in was pretty welcoming, inviting. I asked if he could give me the best room and if the best room was the choice that he gave me then that was really sad. The room was OK. I immediately went and bought sandals to wear around the room and in the shower, the showerhead had a lot of lime scale, which was not appealing and the room had a certain old smell or mildew smell.
- Ali (8/5): - Staff was friendly and try to help in every case. However, the rooms, flooring is old style and need to be renewed. Noise from the main roads was terrible. But price is ok.
- Sandie (2/5): Don't stay here. 0/10 do not recommend - If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front desk check-in staff have a bad attitude. The rooms weren't cleaned or restocked during the entire 3 days we were there. Turns out we needed to request that at check-in. The second room we booked in JUNE wasn't ready, and we waited an additional 30 minutes after a 6-hour ride. We will never book a Travelodge again.
- Denise (10/5): - Checking in was nice and easy.
Receptionist was polite and very helpful.
Will definitely be coming back at staying at this location.
- Hannah (6/5): - I love the location very convenient. The bathroom is in need of some work and the rooms need to be clean better, I had coffee spilled on the wall and the front door to my room.
- Michael (2/5): - This place is way over priced for what you get. No breakfast, they closed the gym, and they closed the laundromat. When I booked the room I wasn't told all these things were shut down or I would have booked somewhere else. And they are still charging full price. When you travel with kids breakfast is a huge bonus. My kids work out everyday and not having a gym screwed up there routine. When you stay at a hotel for 7 days with kids laundry is a huge must. Very disappointed with this place and I feel they should refund me a big chunk of the $738 dollars I wasted there. I won't even get into the terrible customer service, all I can say is awful!
- Kasie (4/5): Lots of freeway noises!! - Very very loud at night. Freeway traffic is loud, constant sirens & big rigs & motorcycles. people talking all hours of the night, guy cleaning trash cans at 3 & 4 am using a walkie talkie. Police driving thru alot. Car alarms going off. Very busy & hectic!!! Also hot tub was not warm. Asked if they could turn it up they hung up on me!! Wouldn't stay again
- KATHY (8/5): - The room was clean, nice and in a good size.
- BRIAN (10/5): - Happy with the hotel
- Krishna (8/5): - Fantastic stay.
- HEMANTKUMAR (8/5): - little noisy from road
- Afiya (6/5): - It was in a comparable area for food choices if you have a car. The property itself was not the cleanest and parts of the building were dilapidated. The staff was not that friendly. The maintenance man was excellent.
- Christian (8/5): - After reading some of the reviews, I was prepared for the worst, but this was a generally nice place to stay. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, my son and I enjoyed the pool + hot tub, and the location (while not ideal for anyone without a car), was pretty central with easy access to the I-5. For the price, I don’t think you can do much better.
- Pablo (2/5): - I had called about an early check in, where I was told I could come in an hour early at 2. Me and my girlfriend had been running around the city all day after getting off our flight and having driven all through the night prior. We showed up at 2 to check in and the receptionist, Rosa, very rudely denied us as well as another couple who had been told the same thing. She refused to elaborate or even apologize for the misunderstanding. About 45 minutes later we were told we could check in, after a member of the maintenance staff approached us outside of the hotel and asked if there would be any “issues”. We tried to pay for the room, but unfortunately the chip on my card is sensitive and doesn’t always work. The tap and swipe functions work just fine and I told this to Rosa. She told us that because of policy they only accepted the chip, which is ridiculous because the card reader literally said we could swipe or tap. I ended up having to send money to my girlfriend to use her card, changing the name on the reservation and nearly charging both me and her accounts and causing more stress. The staff here needs to be carefully reevaluated and Rosa most definitely needs to be terminated from her position. We heard another group of people complain about her I’m sure for similar reasons. They also stuck us in a handicap room, with fans and lights out of order, and in the 4 nights we spent there not once did housekeeping even knock.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not recommended - Hotel stated free breakfast and gym available though they said it is unavailable until further notice. Bedroom was dirty, stains on the bed, towels were dirty, the room seemed it hadn’t been cleaned. Front desk was rude.
- Tori (8/5): - Hotel itself is good for the price, not close to downtown so if you don't have a car it's a long bus ride. Provided shampoo and bar soap, which a lot of cheaper hotels don't. The only thing I didn't like was the pool didn't open until 10a, I wanted to go for a dip before I checked out.
- David (2/5): - Sheets had stains on them, the pictures shown through Expedia look nothing like what the actual place looked like in person.
- Lizbeth (8/5): - It was upsetting to see that there was no service for breakfast at the moment.
- Brianna (8/5): - Very loud outside, window screens didnt close all the way, and ac too cold
- Tonisha (2/5): Nothing like the picture on this app - Horrible experience checking in the Charles or Alexis he would not give his real name. He didn’t give his manager real name and advised he didn’t have any but cards even though they were sitting on the counter. The lobby smelled horrible had spiders and Cobb webs on the window seal. The room sheets had stains. Water pressure sucked. The rooms are nothing like the picture. I reserved to rooms he insisted I only booked one. He made me contact hotel.com instead of looking up my itinerary number. He refused to apologize for his error and attitude.
- Jason (4/5): No Shower Handle - One of our rooms was missing a shower handle and it took them 2 days to fix it. Floors were relly dirty to the point our feet were black from dirt.
- Sandra (10/5): - Great budget hotel no complaints. Staff was friendly.
- james (10/5): - Nice property
- Kenneth (6/5): - A/C filters dirty, and the refrigerator had a block of ice in it. Had to be thawed out. The tub drained very slowly.
- Lashanna (6/5): - My room was fine compared to my parents' room
- Diana (8/5): - I did like the beds. They were very comfortable and I liked that there was different areas of the room to sit at. The property on the outside was well kept up. The guy made sure to keep the pool clean and trash in the area up.
Things we disliked was the shower head was dirty and the light in the bathroom there was dust falling out where a fan was suppose to be. There were mold spots in the shower. And the pillows were very thin.
Overall our stay was okay. The front desk was very attentive and nice and the parking was good.
- Dawnyielle (10/5): - I’ll stay again. It was decent.
- annabell (10/5): - Didn’t upset always welcoming
- Jazmin (2/5): - Horrible service, tv didn’t work for the 3 days we were staying, asked for a replacement 3 times and nobody got sent up until the third time.
- Yuliana (2/5): - If you are taking your Family or children this is not the place.
First when I arrived to the property it was near train tracks with homeless camping out in front of this property as well as it looked nothing as in the advertising photos.
Secondly once I received the key to my room and my daughter and I walked in we notice stains all over the bedding.
This was more than enough to have me leave the room and cancel my stay at this place.
I am not the type of person to be scared off easily but I really did not feel safe at this place.
I thank the gentleman at the front desk for understanding after I showed him the photo of the bed.
- Autumn (2/5): - I booked this stay weeks in advance , a guest in room 113, was trying to attack me and assault me. Because I was smoking in an area that only said “no liquor or food” . So as I called the office to help and they proceeded to tell me to call the police. When the police arrived they put me and my guest out of the room at midnight, due to us trying to deescalate the incident. I’m highly upset with this location, today was my 24th birthday. And it was a waste of time and money. The breakfast area has someone grandma living in there why there is no breakfast served, same with the gym. No washer and drying machines , and there I had extremely high hopes for this location. I wish they can do better next time. I took pictures of every sign there were no signs saying no smoking in this area.
- Sophokle (2/5): - There was no breakfast and the rates changed based on the days you were there. The works didn’t want to be there and barely worked and doesn’t look nothing like the pictures for that price I would pick a different hotel, over priced
- RAJITHA (2/5): - Very unhygienic, toilet was clogged and the sheets had some weird stains on them.
- Keyli (4/5): - The rooms had a horrific smell like sewer or dead rat
- natalie (8/5): - Good
- SAMIR MOHAMAD (10/5): - Good for the price paid
- Jolin (4/5): - Staff in front desk/ lobby were friendly and helpful. But there were a lot of ants in the room/ bathroom. Bathroom door paint was peeling from the constant humidity in the bathroom. Ceiling was full of bugs. Pillows were really flat. Soundproofing poor, could hear people going in and out pretty often. When we called maintenance for a plugged toilet, the guy came with a plunger and handed it to us with no other further interaction. Very interesting stay.
- david (10/5): A must stay for a short trip - Lovely room. Great staff.
- Yariel (4/5): - bed sheets had blood stains, hairs on bed. elevators, gym, and breakfast area were all closed due to “safety”. only good thing was the AC which worked perfectly. water was out for a whole day. SO unsatisfied.
- William (6/5): - Noisy, linen and towels old and worn out, continental breakfast not available, room right above noisy pool. Won't be going back.
- Elias (4/5): Could have been a better for the price - Doesnt look like the pictures. Bed had a flat squeaky matress. Toilet seat not fastened at all. Pee stains on bathroom wall. Debris around the toilet. Low water pressure, shower head decorative plate away from wall. Its Basic "somewhere to sleep". Expensive for what it cost. The lady to check me in was really nice though.
- Omar (10/5): - Good place to relax
- Eileen (4/5): - Dirty carpets very sticky definitely need shoes to wall around
- Victor (10/5): - Good
- Angelita (8/5): - Great Budget Hotel, no issues.
- Sandra (4/5): - Was not very clean. Greasy figerprints or spots on headboard. Refrigerator was not cooling very much
- Patty (8/5): - Very nice place but we ask for towels and no one came, we where there 5 days
- Vanessa (8/5): - The bed 🛌 was not supported well.
- Cristoffer (10/5): - Front desk lady was very nice, staff was great!
- Janet (10/5): - Was very happy to stay two nights quiet and peaceful and room was very clean
- John (10/5): - The room was very clean, newly renovated, and really spacious and nice!
- Ana (6/5): - I did not like that the shower knob was hard to open and close.. the hallway floors feels like they are sinking, there is no breakfast.
- Tze Lung (10/5): - good price, good service, clear room
- benjamin (2/5): - We were not allowed to check in so we lost the money we didn’t on the room because they wouldn’t accept s cash deposit for incidentals of the card we have they didn’t accept so we couldnt check in but we got chárged for the room i too of that we ende d up sleeping st the bus stop
- Michael (10/5): - Very fun time
- Klarrissa (10/5): - The rooms have a fridge and microwave, which is nice if you don’t want to eat out your whole stay. Walmart was a close drive, so we stocked up on snacks and drinks.
The property has a pool & hot tub, my kids spent a lot of time at the pool.
The laundry room was out of service during our stay-which was fine since we didn’t need it. But if it’s something you need you should probably call ahead of time to see if it’s working!
Ozzie’s (a true 1950’s diner) is walking distance from the hotel and the food was really good!
The hotel also has ample free parking!
I definitely recommend!
- patrick (8/5): - Very nice tranquil quality place
- Daehyun (2/5): - The front staff is the worst
- Steve (10/5): - Great customer service. I’m a truck driver. Plenty of parking. Great location
- Mae Joy (2/5): - Beddings looked and smelled like they weren’t changed. Pillow smelled so bad! Carpet and a/c smelled bad! Area is not good, there is a bridge next to the hotel and homeless is in and out of the area. Would not recommend to stay here at all! Only reason I’m giving a one star is because the lady at the front was kind and tried her best to accommodate us, like getting new beddings to change what was there.
