• Chiara (6/5): Good for one night, not so suitable for babies and toddler - Perfect location The toilet in the lobby was out of order, the toilet in the room was clogged and very slow. There was no high chair for the breakfast.

• Santiago Milán (7/5): - Buena ubicación en pleno Sunset Blvd y check-in las 24 horas rápido. Tiene ascensor muy espacioso para subir las maletas. Por el precio que pagas tampoco puedes esperar un sitio lujoso pero está correcto para quedarte un par de noches y la habitación es MUY espaciosa con unas camas grandes y además teníamos buenas vistas a la calle. Tiene Wi-Fi gratis y Parking (aunque cuesta 10$ por día). Incluye toallas y shampoo para la ducha. Incluye un desayuno simple que consta de bagels, café, pancakes y zumo. Empleados agradables que hablan tanto inglés como español. La silicona del lavabo del baño estaba un poco sucia y de la alcachofa de la ducha salía un poco mal el agua. Los enchufes para cargar estaban lejos de la cama.

• Teruyuki (10/5): ドジャースタジアムに歩いて行けます。 - ドジャースタジアムに歩いていけるのが良いですね。 試合後は大渋滞を横目にホテルまで歩いて帰れました。 目の前にバス停があって、ルートを事前に調べておけば、色々と観光できそうです。道路の坂を下ったところにちょっとしたスーパーなのかドラッグストアがありますが品揃えは少ないです。電話番号かEmailアドレスの登録が必要なようで会員制（無料）のようでした。 朝食は期待してはいけません。 ベーグルとマフィン、自分で作るワッフル、ヨーグルト、コーヒー、ジュースくらいです。 ヨーグルトとベーグル用のチーズは美味しかったです。 あと「don't disturb」の札を出しているのに、掃除に入ってました。ゴミの処理や消耗品の補充は助かりますが、部屋に入ってちょっとびっくりしました。不明品はありませんでした。 ルームキー（カード）は、毎日リセットが必要なようで、フロントでリセットしてくれます。

• C7696SBdavidm (2/5): Gave Away My Reservation to A Higher Bidder - I can't say anything about the property, because the hotel gave away my reservation despite the fact that I am a Wyndham Diamond Member (Super 8 is a Wyndham property) and despite the fact that my reservation was PREPAID with Wyndham points. Though the check-in clerk was very nice, the hotel sold my room to a higher bidder before I could check in. The hotel claimed my credit card was declined, but I booked through the Wyndham app using Wyndham points and no credit card was requested nor supplied. The GM will not return my calls.

• Makoto (10/5): とても良かったです。 - 目の前にバス停があり頻繁に運行されているため、移動は便利です。また、ドジャーススタジアムまでは(上り坂ですが)徒歩圏内なので、スタジアムツアーに行くときも徒歩で行くことができました。 また、Waymoのサービス圏内(2026/03時点)でもあるので、Waymoを呼んで目的地まで行き来することも可能です。 2ベッドの部屋に泊まりましたが、ベッドも大きく清潔で、部屋も広く快適でした。また、徒歩圏内にスーパーもあるので買い出しにも便利です。
• Blanca (7/5): Ok. - It’s close distance to Dodger stadium. The website offered an add on of early check in at 11am for $40. I requested the add on and never received a reply. In the morning I called the front desk the lady said the earliest I could check in was at 10:00am for $65 that 11am was not available. Okay. I arrived at 10:00 am I checked in paid the additional $65 for the early check in. I went upstairs the room wasn’t ready until past 10:30. I was charged $65 for getting a room at almost 11:00 am.

• Katy (3/5): - Arrived to check in and was told my booking had been cancelled as the card I provided on booking.com couldn’t be accepted (I used the same card at another hotel three nights before and it worked fine). My only choice was to rebook on booking.com or with the hotel directly, both of which were almost double the price I originally booked for. I rebooked with the hotel, using the card they tried to tell me didn’t work, and then the couple checking in after me had the same problem, and a woman checking in the next day. Seems like their way of getting more money out of you

• Emma (5/5): Jeden Tag dreckige Bettwäsche bekommen. Klospülung funktionierte kaum. Eintöniges Frühstück, nichtmal Wasser gab es. Hal - Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Betten waren bequem Wir hatten JEDEN Tag Flecken im Bett auch nach dem Saubermachen, an einem Tag hatten wir sogar einen Pfotenabdruck von einem Hund im Bett, nachdem das Bett „frisch“ bezogen wurde. Eines Nachts hat plötzlich jemand um 3 Uhr versucht mit Gewalt ins Zimmer zu kommen! Wurde am nächsten Morgen nicht ernst genommen. Die Klospülung funktionierte kaum. Das Frühstück war absolut eintönig und Nichts frisches. Es gab nichtmal Wasser. Außerdem hat man sich beim Frühstück extrem unwohl gefühlt, wir wurden die ganze Zeit böse von der zuständigen Frau angesehen.

Room attendants were very helpful and attentive. Maintenance personnel were very good, always cleaning the facilities. Breakfast lacked bananas, but apple was good. Only coffee was available, no Hot Chocolate. Room above us had guest who stayed up late and moved about quite alot, heavily throughout the night.

When my employee showed up they requested that she pay an increased deposit of $500 when the hold should only reflect $100, the hold was larger than the booking ? How is that reasonable., so my employee was turned away , when she returned the following day , she was told that the reservation was cancelled and there was no availability. Had they only honored the reservation I would have even paid the night she didnt stay however she was turned away. When i asked for a refund ( as I did not cancel the reservation the hotel did ) We have been getting the run around. • Robin (7/5): Great location in LA - Location is fantastic, especially for the price. Good size room, clean. Bed was generally comfortable. Hotel is definitely showing its age. The building is cut up weird and our particular room was directly under the hallway above and next to the primary housekeeping room so it was very noisy. I recommend asking for a top floor room.

Loved that there was a blow dryer, lots of towels, iron and iron board. I also loved that room service came by to restock on towels. I couldn't leave my windows open because there was apartments right there.

• bryangR4523KV (2/5): WORST HOTEL IN LOS ANGELES EVER - I stayed at this hotel from Feb 27th to March 3rd. My main complaint is that after our stay, the receptionist refused to return my $100 cash deposit, claiming our room smelled like weed and threatening to charge an additional $150 to my card. At no time did we smoke inside the room—my girlfriend and I always smoked outside in the balcony hallways, as did other guests. When my girlfriend tried to check out, the receptionist delayed the process, saying we needed to return the key cards and wait for the person who booked the room. When I arrived for the deposit, I was confronted about the alleged smell. I denied smoking inside, but the receptionist accused me of being abusive to my girlfriend, which both of us said was untrue. She threatened to call the police but never did, so I called them myself. The officers later told me there might be a $150 charge due to the smell, but I still never got my $100 deposit back. This delay caused me to miss my flight, forcing me to wait at the airport all day for a new flight. I want to emphasize that, aside from this incident, the rest of the staff—especially Rocio from housekeeping—was great. However, this experience left a negative impression. Being accused without evidence and losing my deposit ruined what had otherwise been a good stay, and I would not return to this hotel or recommend Los Angeles based on this experience.
