• Shannon (6/5): - This hotel is mostly just convenient for travelers. The area is not nice, but it is close to the airport. The room was fine. The breakfast was fine. It was as I expected for the price and the location. I would stay here again if I needed quick access to the airport.

However it was advertised as a 13min walk to the airport but it’s not really possible as you have to cross a major highway. Even though it is a 5-8min drive to the airport, the cab is still about €26.

• Mai (6/5): Easy stay - The first floor was a little noisy and we had a couple of mosquitoe bites when we woke up. However, the breakfast was good and the mini refrigerator work good. A little far from the train stations.

And my daughter got stock in the bathroom because the door lock got stock,...tthe guy at te frontdesk came to help open the door that was great...but about the bad smelling he appologized and told me he could not do nothing to help me because no other room was avaible I but paper in the pipe of the toilet to content the bad smell....

• Diane (6/5): - The staff was excellent, check in easy with a recommendation for a great restaurant in walking distance. The location is also excellent with a less than 5-minute drive to airport. However, the room was dimly lit, A/C didn’t cool the small room, bed linens just okay.. We had an early checkout and had been told breakfast wouldn’t be open, but the kind man made us cappuccinos and warmed up croissants. He also called our taxi.

We were on the 5th floor and the air conditioning definitely could have worked better. We were definitely warm and wished for a fan. Otherwise, it was walkable from the rental car place to the hotel and seemed safe. And the front desk helped us arrange for a taxi to the airport, which was a quick and easy ride.

• michelle (8/5): - I needed a cheap clean hotel by the airport as I was flying out early and this met the requirements on paper. However, there was a big one it didn’t meet. I think it was well priced fantastic free breakfast. Everybody was nice. It was clean. It was a little noisy and the window was open, so there where a couple of mosquitos trapped in room where i got bit. Overall fine room I got a hotel close to the airport. Map said 1 mile away looks like I could even walk it. The hotel did not have a shuttle. Florence has the tiniest airport and little parking lot so I thought it would be a super cheap for a minute cab ride. Unfortunately it wasn’t. The cab ride did take around five minutes, but they charge me $30. This is not the hotel‘s fault at all, but knowing this, I wish I would’ve stayed in a nicer hotel in the city on my last night with things to do around if I were going to have to pay for a $30 cab ride anyhow.

• James (10/5): - Wonderful stay at this very convenient hotel. It is very close to the Florence airport. Walking there is a little tricky because you have to cross several very busy roadways. I managed it, but only with some anxiety. Even though it's very close to the airport, you may want to take a taxi. But for me, I just couldn't pass up a 14 minute walk after a nine hour flight. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom quite modern. The free breakfast was really nice and set me up for a great day. I had a lovely morning run at the park that is very close by. There are some wonderful trails along the Arno river. I would definitely stay again, especially if wanting to be close to the airport and not the centro storico. But one could stay here and take a bus in and out of the historic center.

• James (2/5): - It would have been great if they warned us that there was a full blown Football (soccer) match literally 5 feet outside my 1st floor window. I had to get up at 3 am to catch a flight and the game was going on until after 10 pm. It was like I was front row. also it is a discount travel hotel, so it's going to be basic , but the bed was 2 horrible foam mattresses pushed together. So I got almost zero sleep, and then, had to do a 20 hour juggernaut flight back to Florida. So I was up for about 35-40 hours because of the football game and horrible bed. But the staff was very cool and nice, and the room was clean, but the toilet was the tallest in hight I've ever seen. very difficult to use and the seat was falling off. The neighborhood was sketchy to say the least, and I didn't want to walk around at night, and nothing close food wise, so I had to order overpriced delivery. Don't' stay here if you have to get rest and leave very early.

O ar condicionado não funcionava então tivemos que abrir a janela. Muito barulho incluso com a janela fechada. Tem estacionamento pago. Tem café da manhã mas não tomamos devido ao horário do voo. Não ficaria novamente. O quarto é espaçoso. Este é o ponto positivo.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Fine - The room itself was fine - comfortable, clean, all I need for one night as a solo traveler. I had two issues - 1) They say they have A/C, and they do, but it is only turned on at certain times of the year. I tried to turn on the A/C in my room and it actually turned on the heat, which made my room absolutely miserable. When I asked, they said it was set to only heat for the time of year. 2) A huge group of teenagers checked into my floor around 10:30pm and were incredibly loud. When I called the front desk and asked them to say something, they said "It's only 11, they will probably calm down soon." They did not get quiet until after midnight and I had to get up at 4am for my flight, so this was rather frustrating.
