- Cynthia (10/5): - They let me check in a day early. 3rd floor had a odor
- Keyarie (10/5): -
- Verniya (6/5): I never payed to stay with roaches I could’ve stayed home for this !! Requested a new room bout none was available 🙄 - Location and quick access to where I need to go ROACHES
- Sonya Kay (3/5): - Nothing…it was a crap hole Stunk and rundown
- Andres (10/5): -
- Allen Fritzie (7/5): Good for an overnight stay - I like that it is conveniently located between the Orlando Sanford Airport and Disney World.
I highly appreciate the honesty of their staff, especially the person who cleaned our room. We accidentally left my daughter’s iPad behind, and we were able to get it back. Thank you! The room that was assigned to us needs repair. The shower tub was clogged, and there was a weird smell when we entered the room.
- Katharine (4/5): - I like the easy access to route 4. I did not like the smell in the room. Was in room 339 and there was an odor. At night time little bugs came out only sore one road but there's other bugs. Outdated.
- Wilson (10/5): -
- Ashley (1/5): - Pull out couch was stuck in air. Only one towel, no blankets for couch bed. Dirty bathroom. Lady at front desk was rud and said she could not do anything about ir.
- Ella (1/5): Terrible - nothing Tub drips and mold everywhere so we didn’t even take a shower floors were sticky all over even on the carpet and the toilet was cracked and there was stains on the toilet seat which we bought our own cleaner to clean and it actually cleaned off so no one cleaned the room also strong pot smell from staff and guest
- Brandon (4/5): -
- Angela (10/5): -
- Musall (9/5): -
- Neal (8/5): Nice and quiet. Good staff and breakfast. - Good location, quiet. Nothing. It was all good.
- Kevin (9/5): I’ll stay here anytime. Just not on the hey side of the building - The girl at the counter when I checked out was fantastic, very professional. The room they put me in was to the hwy and I can hear every vehicle passing. This is not their fault but the person about me was very noisy
- Aleida (6/5): It’s was an ok stay - Pillows the area and the room was nice No breakfast although advertised
- Peñafiel (3/5): -

- Cameron-Cunningham (2/5): - It was a means to an end. We saw the photos online and thought that it was a good choice to rest for the night because we took our son to a soccer tournament and it ended pretty late so we didn't want to drive back to Miami that late so we figured we'd get a room and leave in the morning. We arrived around 10pm and left at 6am. The entire place smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. It's in the sheets, the carpet it even seemed like it was coming through the vents. It was so overwhelming and very uncomfortable.
The walls needs a good cleaning. The floor tiles of the elevator was cracked and dirty.
It literally was terrible and I would not recommend nor return.
- Marcos M. (10/5): -
- FranQ (10/5): -
- Labell (10/5): - I like everything, everything was perfect
- Evans (10/5): - Great
- Scott (4/5): -
- Joel (8/5): - The room size. The kind of people who lived there.
- Stover (10/5): -
- Gibson (5/5): The location was convenient. - I was accommodated with late check-in. That was much appreciated. I asked about complimentary breakfast and was told only coffee was offered in the morning for a certain time. Asked for bottled water and was told that bottled water was only offered to members. I was shocked because, first of all, it was just me and I only needed a bottle; and second of all, I did not need to know that you only offered water to members. I wasn't asking for wine. Just water. I must say that the attendant did in the end offered me two bottles, which I greatly appreciated. The room was cleaned for the most part, but it could certainly use a redo, an upgrade, or updating.
- Samantha (8/5): -
- Karla (5/5): It's ok but will not stay again - Location This is not for vacation. People live there, it's pet friendly and when dogs are left alone in the room all they do is bark.
- Marco (9/5): -
- Alicia (2/5): So bad I went somewhere else - Was in a no smoking room that was on a smoking floor? I was specifically on the third floor, and they made it a point to tell me when I was checking in that. It was a no smoking room however, there was a very strong smoking odor that seemed to have gotten worse at certain periods of time, which means someone was consistently smoking. It was so bad that I requested a room change however they could not provide set a room change even after they promised three different times. would recommend anyone going somewhere else to stay.
- Bertha (6/5): - It was a well kept beautiful room. Staff was helpful and friendly the bed felt like concrete. Beautiful room no sleep. Beds
- Walsh (8/5): -
- Kwaniqua (1/5): - Madison Jamerson the General Manager at the Altamonte location did not let me extend my stay because I told her the carpet was dirty. They make you give back your dirty towels in order to get new ones. And she tried to charge me $25 for a dirty towel that was only dirty because I spilled water on the carpet and used the towel to clean it up and the dirt from that was on the towel. She may not have liked that and put in that I couldn’t extend but didn’t give a reason
- Lisa (6/5): It was close to where I needed to go and - The stay was good.. the staff was great! Dogs barking in the rooms all night.. kids screaming and running up and down the hallway.. there were no pots or pans in the rooms..
- Connor (1/5): Awful experience, I was very disappointed. - Nothing, the room was filthy, the person who was there before looked like they had just left. There was food and towels spread out everywhere. The bath tub was filled with water, the bed was unmade. It was just very gross. - Kayamone (10/5): Would return for another stay! - It was very clean. I loved that there were dishes and silverware already stocked in the cabinets. The staff was exceptionally friendly and check in only took 3 minutes from the moment I walked through the door to the time I got my key. The only bad thing is that they could have had a more functional coffee pot in my room.
- Barbara (10/5): -
- Chelsy (7/5): - We liked the location due to visiting a friend in Longwood. We also liked the price. The traffic sounds at night were pretty loud. The AC worked but it was either freezing in the room or so hot. There was no comfort temperature.
- Bradley (8/5): -
- Darielys (10/5): - The property was clean and beautiful no complaints!! I showed up freezing because of the weather and they gave me a pipping hot cup of tea to warm up and my room also wasp ready on time so one of the girls gave me another room and the view was BEAUTIFUL!!! I will becoming back!
- James (1/5): -
- Adam (2/5): Amazing reception staff but was unacceptably unclean. - Reception staff were the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered It was so unclean, the bath faucet was falling off the wall, there was mould in the vent and the carpet smelt. The smell in the corridor made us choke. Checked out early.
- Marta (8/5): UbytovánĂ splnilo oÄŤekávánĂ - Zde se nepodává snĂdanÄ›
- Maria (4/5): -
- FranQ (7/5): -
- Jamie (1/5): -
- Felix (10/5): -
- Keyanta (1/5): Nasty - Nothing was liked about the hotel The hotel had roaches , the towel and rags was stilll dirty . The tub was dirty . They have undercover police staying in the rooms and set ppl up , Shut this hotel down now.
- Michel (1/5): Worst experience - Nothing Dirty room, guests need to do a deep cleaning in the rooms and kitchen utensils because it's disgusting to use the bathroom so dirty and the same things. The leisure area can't get dirty either, the pool can't either, in addiment of dirty with dead animals around and finally misleading advertising about breakfast
- Susan (8/5): My stay was very good and I would definitely use this facility again - My room was very clean comfortable roomy better than I expected. The staff at the front was extremely nice. The handicap room the bathtub is not accessible for someone who has mobility issues. And the handicap parking is very limited and not near the front door of the building
- Olivia (1/5): -
- Matthew (8/5): -
- James (5/5): - Advertising said continental breakfast, but there was only freeze dried coffee…. So I didn’t like that I don’t like freeze dried coffee
- Wilcox (7/5): - Decent room with kitchenette Smelling cannabis, dog poop on the sidewalks, breakfast had only coffee.
- Ismael (8/5): Thumbs up - Clean All good
- ladyV821 (9/5): -
- Willie (10/5): Comfy. - All was great Breakfast could have been just a little better
- Lazo (10/5): Excelente me gustó mucho - El personal y que se acepten animalitos que forman parte de nuestra familia La basura de afuera de la entradadel hotel la área de donde llevamos los animales
- Luangaphay (7/5): -
- Igor Do PatrocĂnio (1/5): -
- Renata (1/5): - Nada Tudo ruim
- Sandra (5/5): - Solo es por sugerencia , Huele a humedad, hay cucarachas. Se deberĂa trabajar en ello
- KH (7/5): - I liked that the room was clean and had kitchenette in it and the bed was comfortable. I did see a few small roaches and there was no complimentary breakfast and it did have a sewer smell in the bathroom and no toilet paper or garbage cans. Hallway smelled like dogs and outside smelled like weed, the pool needed to be cleaned. The work out room had a moldy smell to it.
- Shalisha (1/5): Unprofessional, Untimely, and Misleading. Do not book if you are going on vacation. - There was nothing to like about this location. The seating area was cramped with residents that actually live at the hotel. It is not designed for vacationers at all. I had to wait hours to access my room which was not the room i initially booked. Additionally, the room I was given had cheap spring mattresses with blankets that had urine and dried semen stains on it. The skirt of the bed was ripped and tattered. The walls had strange substances as did the floor. When I went into the bathroom there was mold in the tub and the housekeeper did not try to clean anything. Instead she put one blanket on one bed and left as fast as she could. I am still waiting for my full refund. My trip was ruined.
- Tay (2/5): Dirty - Room was big and lots of amenities VERY dirty. The whole hotel has a nasty smell. Stains all over the carpets, wall falling apart drywall on the ground, walked into the room and had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. No toilet paper in the bathroom so had to go down to the counter and get it.
- Boyd (8/5): Everything was great for the price - The whole experience to where you could have even cooked in there if you needed to The toilet head issues we have to go down twice to get the plunger they said they was going to send somebody up like Friday Sunday when we were about to be checking out they said the plumber was coming so that makes it bad
- Hayes (10/5): -
- Marisol (3/5): Not recommended - The 3rd floor smells like cigarettes and weed and dog all combined. The bathroom was not really clean. I juat bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. The coffee pot still had coffee in it from previous guest.
- Cynthia (1/5): -
- Gorbachev (8/5): ok - good location The smell of dogs in the hallways is too strong.
- Quaneka (1/5): -
- Diego (2/5): We did not like our stay at all - Location only No hoy water pressure, bad odor everywhere, specially room, toilet lid broken, no clean up every morning, missing towels
- Louis (6/5): Need to work on the wifi. - Very close to my work. Less than 2 minles. Parking is bad, but that has nothing to do what the stay. I have a lot of medical equipment to transfer to the room and I ask for a room a head of time on the first floor near the entrance and they never accommodate.
- Pixley (10/5): - Price was affordable No breakfast but the coffee was good and you can make your own breakfast
- Amanda (10/5): This hotel is very amazing very clean. Staff was very helpful. - Everything was amazing from this property. The staff was very helpful. Nothing.
- Miller (4/5): - Location The smell
- Michael E (1/5): Absolutely sucked very uncomfortable done - Nothing to like about this place they put me and my family in a room that is along the I-4 road and the noise of the cars was unbearable which made trying to get some sleep after. Driving 2-1/2 hours to the location was very hard for all of us to get sleep, the next morning I went to the front desk and asked the young lady how many rooms do you have here Stephanie? could not give me an answer because she had no clue on how many rooms she had and I asked if there was any way that she could move me to a different room an her comment to me was sorry we are all over booked and you’ll have to tough it out one more night with her answer. Well that did not sit well with me so then I called Booking.com made a formal complaint and then was told 48 hours from now I would get an answer for a lot of good that does when you’re only staying for two nights. Being on the first floor soon as you round the lobby to your room, all you smell was weed and I even asked Stephanie is weed smoking aloud in this property and yet again with a silly grin and smirk on her face I don’t know what you’re talking about, sir OK well sweetheart if you get your butt up out of the chair and walk around the front of the hallway, you can smell it all the way down the hallway. How do you really think this Property is acceptable for this kind of odor in your hallway with kids asking you all kinds of questions on what’s that smell? It stinks and you try to shrug it off and that was the end of our conversation. They didn’t make this one complaint to Booking.com. came back from a softball tournament that my daughter was having my granddaughter and there was a car parked in the handicap with no placard and no license plate with a handicap on it. I am handicapped when and when in complained about it and she says oh I’ll try to find out who belongs to and try to get it moved and I said that’s great because you know I had to park six cars down and had to walk an with the spinal injury. It makes it very difficult for me to walk long distance with No association mobility scooter came out the next morning car still sitting they’re just going to show you how you’re Orlando Police Department doesn’t make patrols through the complex.
- Marcel Vannevel (8/5): Interesting - Dated, furniture is older , worn kitchen was good , except no oven , but manageable. They had laundry machines on 1st floor. And a pool and exercise room too Found some bugs, dealt with them and they never came back. Was a very long walk to the only elevator.
- janet (3/5): Would choose a different location next time. - Friendly staff. My dog kept sniffing under the bed. There were old shoes, napkins and other trash under bed. Microwave was broken when opening door top piece falls off. No ice bucket, no paper cups, only metal silverware ( not very sanitary). Outdoor area with litter surrounding the building. Looks like spot for homeless in area to walk dog. My room was across from laundry very noisy, would recommend closing laundry and locking area at 9 pm .

- Emily (10/5): -
- ROBERT (8/5): -
- sedley (4/5): I didn’t even stay!!!!! - Front desk staff was very helpful and understanding. The front of the hotel was dirty. The walkways were stained with liquid that someone may have spilled could be coffee or soda, so it had the sticky black residue all over the walkway. And the hotel hallways smelled like cigarettes, so I never even went to the room I immediately canceled my reservations and went elsewhere.
- Utile (10/5): -
- Selina (8/5): Great - All the staff I are super friendly, helpful and polite.
Maddison, Tiffany, Jasmine and Frankie y’all are an amazing team. You made my stay a wonderful experience in very tough times
- Denise (10/5): -
- Littles (10/5): - . .
- Rebecca Turner (10/5): - The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable location was good. The elevator wasn't working and was told it would be fixed the next day but it wasn't unfortunately. The microwave in my room didn't work.
- Kenny (3/5): - nothing Hotel said it wasn’t pet friendly on booking.com come to find out that it was full of dogs that barked all night. The hotel was very unsanitary and nasty, the room smelt very musty and moldy, the stairs smelt like dog pee. My room key stopped working twice in the three days I stayed there. Definitely one of my worst hotel experiences and I won’t be back.
