• Michelle (4/5): - The safe in my room did not work on one of the two nights of my stay. It was around 25°C in Rome, yet the hotel chose not to turn on the air conditioning. Instead, guests were told to open their windows. However, just two meters from the street, there is a major renovation of a large building currently underway. The construction work starts at 6:00 AM, creating significant noise. The hotel claimed that it is a rule in Rome that air conditioning cannot be turned on, which I find questionable, as I have visited Rome many times and never experienced this before. In addition, the sound insulation is very poor, especially from the corridor. If you are looking for a place to sleep well or relax, this hotel is unfortunately not suitable for a good night’s rest.

Non ho usufruito di altri servizi della struttura Camera piccola (nonostante avessi una superior) e poco luminosa. Vista nella corte della struttura pessima, ma purtroppo dipende da come strutturalmente è fatto l'hotel. Alcune aree comuni vecchie e che richiederebbero più manutenzione (ascensone, ingresso)

• Grazia (4/5): MOLTO DELUDENTE - Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile! Peccato avere uno staff così - che vale - in un hotel che purtroppo delude. Non un 4 stelle, ma un 3! Struttura internamente fatiscente. Si vede che è un hotel che non è mai stato rinnovato come si deve. Di certo non può essere un 4 stelle. Al prezzo di 320€ , abbiamo avuto una camera che non ci valeva affatto! (2 adulti ed una neonata) Come da foto, i bordi della culla della bambina erano sfilacciati . I bordi del letto erano sradicati ; Piumone con macchia gialla anomala. Insomma tutto tranne che accogliente! La sera non mi è venuta voglia di tornare in hotel. Le foto che propongono sulla loro pagina Booking, non sono rappresentative, di quelle che invece sono le stanze.

• macman2 (8/5): Good hotel for sightseeing - Hotel located within ten minutes of the Spanish Steps up a hill. Its location made it within walking distance of some attractions and four blocks from bus or metro lines. Public transport is inexpensive, good and we used the bus to get around. The room was average size, clean with separate bathroom and full shower, toilet and bidet. Room has mini fridge and safe. Bed was firm but comfortable. They offered daily room service. Breakfast was pretty good with eggs, cakes and pies, cold cuts, yogurt, juice and of course coffee and tea. We thought the room prices were high but maybe standard for Rome. There were good nearby restaurants. Airlines use this hotel for their staff which is a vote of confidence.

• roas2017 (2/5): WARNING: Unsafe and unsanitary – Black/green mold and broken door - Our experience at Ludovisi Palace was a nightmare and a serious risk to our health and safety. This is by no means a 4-star hotel. - Health Hazards: The bathroom was in a disgusting state. There was black mold in the shower and, even worse, green mold growing on the floor next to the toilet. As a family, we found this level of neglect completely unacceptable and hazardous. - Security Issues: The main entrance door to our room was broken at the frame. While it could be pulled shut, it was clearly compromised, and we felt unsafe throughout our stay. - Hostile Management: When we confronted the staff with these issues, they showed no empathy. Instead of apologizing and fixing the situation, they tried to charge us extra to move to another room. They refused any form of refund on-site - No support from Hotels.com: Even with clear photo evidence of the mold and the broken door, Hotels.com has refused to take responsibility.

• 987conradl (10/5): Exceptional Service, Great Location! - Enjoyed my 10 nights at the Ludovisi Palace. Hotel is in a perfect area of Rome where you can walk to mostly any area you want to visit. The room was perfect , bed comfortable and bathroom very spacious. It does get hot so bring a fan!! The staff is very welcoming and extremely gracious and helpful. Would stay again when I come back to Rome.

Regarding the human resources, David and Lorenzo at the reception will really take care of you, not fake. They will help you with suggestions for coffee, shops, activities in the center of Rome and much more. They deserve many congratulations for their attitude.

I recommend that they put big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that is refillable and permanently attached on the wall. Rather than those small plastics and at the same time you will save a lot of money and plastics for the environments.
• Gregory (8/5): - Property was Great. Cots were a little uncomfortable for the kids but doable. Refrigerator was very small and limited, very hard to add own stuff inside. Only 2 small complimentary water for a family of 4, was directed to a vending machine for more. thought that was a little cheap.

• Emmaouil (8/5): Not worth the money. Too expensive for such small room - Breakfast was okay, the lady with dark hair that is always at the breakfast is wonderful, always smiling and happy. The location was also nice just 15 minutes by the center Room was too small, doesn’t even worth the money we payed. No iron, we had to ask for it every time and also it was broken. Would not recommend paying so much money for such small room. With the same price you can find something better

• bhargav (2/5): - This hotel rooms are completely different than what I saw on Expedia pics when we stayed. Rooms are in terrible condition. Wall colors were off at certain patches of the wall. Towel holders fall off. The hotel staff was rude. Do not recommend to book this hotel. STAY AWAY!!!

• Erica (10/5): - This was a wonderful hotel—we arrived from a cruise very early in the morning. Not only did they get us into our rooms way before standard check in, but invited us to enjoy a snack or cappuccino from the breakfast area. They helped us arrange a transport to the airport and were just generally helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, new and spacious. Breakfast was very nice also!
