- Daniel (9/5): Großartige Aussicht - Ausgezeichnete Lage für Bahnreisende, wenn Barcelona nur Zwischenstation ist. Aussicht im 7. Stock ist fantastisch. Keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit im Haus. Space Thema im Hotel ist ein bisschen gesucht. WC lässt wenig Intimität zu.

- Juan Carlos (6/5): Muy bonito, bien situado. Personal atento. Mucho diseño y poca comodidad. Seguramente, no volveremos - Desayuno buffet de alta calidad, aunque caro. Instalaciones con un diseño espectacular y muy original. Buena insonorización, buena limpieza y habitaciones muy luminosas. Las opciones de almohadas, muy convenientes. Personal excelente y atento. La situación, si viajas en tren, inmejorable y los enlaces con el transporte público, muy cómodos. Se pasa frío en las habitaciones: aparentemente, el sistema de A.C. sólo tiene las posiciones COOL, DRY y FAN. En ninguna de ellas pudimos calentar la habitación por la noche porque no encontramos una opción para HEAT. El mando de la ducha para elegir ducha de mano o ducha de lluvia desde el techo, estaba atascado y no funcionaba. La cal en el surtidor era muy visible y daba la impresión de descuido en el mantenimiento. La temperatura del agua no se regulaba bien y echamos de menos, en un hotel de esta categoría y precio, un mando termostático que evitara sorpresas desagradables. El colchón tenía mucha altura y era muy mullido, pero el borde es tan blando que hace peligroso sentarse en él. El sillón de diseño es bonito para ser admirado, no para sentarse en él, porque sólo es vistoso pero no funcional. Esto es un hotel, no un museo y agradecería que se hubiera invertido en cosas más orientadas al usuario. El inodoro "casi abierto" a la habitación queda muy bonito en la mesa de dibujo, pero no creo que sea ideal para la estancia. Es posible que la gente "guapa" nunca vaya al aseo. Vivir esta experiencia pagando 300 € por noche, dos personas, desayuno aparte, no se justifica. Por el tipo de público que habitaba el hotel, seguramente el negocio está en los paquetes comerciales con las empresas que organizan eventos o estancias para empleados o invitados. Está claro que manda la ley de la oferta y la demanda. La hora de entrada, 15:00, muy tardía y obliga a un check-in en dos fases muy incómodo cuando llegas cansado de un viaje, tienes que depositar equipaje en consigna y hacer tiempo hasta la hora de entrada. Se podía organizar mejor, sabiendo que muchas habitaciones se liberan muy temprano y están limpias antes de las 10 de la mañana. Esperaba menos inconvenientes por este coste por habitación.

The Hotel is very clean and the Bed was really big , good shower and small toilet , nice TV , so an 9verall decent time . One can hear footfall from room above but , I think I had inconsiderate guests because Slippers are not provided in room so they were wearing shoes , on wooden floors it somehow sounds like a dull thud with each step .

Cet hôtel offre un grand confort, tout en étant situé dans un lieu très stratégique: au-dessus de la gare de Barcelona Sants: un must! Les parois séparant les chambres sont parfois mal isolées et on peu parfois avoir l’impression d’avoir notre voisin de chambre (trop) proche de nous. Le personnel au service du buffet petit-déjeuner ferait parfois excès de zèle en débarrassant les tables... Mais tout ça n’est qu’un détail.

- Natalia (8/5): - I really like the hotel, it has a great location, since I usually travel around Europe by train. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the beds are very convenient. Unfortunately, this time I was placed in a room with a door to the neighboring room. Honestly, I was a bit shocked, as a guest moved into the neighboring room at night and, of course, woke me up; every movement of theirs was audible, every sound. It was as if they were right next to me. Since I needed to wake up in the morning, I then tried to move around the room very carefully, which was very uncomfortable, but I think the 'neighbor' also woke up. Even the sound of closing the suitcase was audible to them. In any case, I really hope I never get such a room again, adjoining another room. It's terrible. This is more suitable for large families, but not for solo guests.

Shortly after I was in my room the duty manager knocked to ask if the room was ok with my disabilities. I was/am so grateful. This is a big busy hotel that has a feel of “boutique” about it. My room was the best Queen I have ever slept in. Thanks to lovely staff who booked me in, and at breakfast… helping me with Spanish and my confusion!

- Freddy (5/5): wel 4* prijs, geen 4* kwaliteit - locatie bed Over de kamer: - wifi is niet stabiel en valt zelfs uit - TV toestel is verouderd, HDMI aansluiting bij TV bronnen was niet te zien - housekeeping knoeit: handdoeken en lakens worden ongevraagd vervangen (zelfs voor de laatste nacht) - housekeeping neemt persoonlijke spullen mee en ruimt anderzijds afval niet op en brengt geen water wat de afspraak was - het douchesysteem is heel ingewikkeld en moeilijk regelbaar - de handgreep in de douche was los - het douchescherm schermt niet de volledige badkuip af, waardoor water in de badkamer - er komt heel veel lawaai van de bovenliggende kamer, door de plankenvloer (hakken, verschuivende meubelen..) - algemeen weinig bergruimte: laden en onvoldoende plaats om 2 koffers te plaatsen - als je op bed tegen de muur leunt verschuift het hele bed (geen stop) - zeep, douchegel, shampoo en bodylotion van inferieure kwaliteit - pompjes in het bad moeilijk te bereiken en niet vastgemaakt in een dispenser aan de muur Over het hotel: - de receptie is moeilijk vindbaar enkel via een trap of lift - de incheckprocedure neemt heel wat tijd in beslag door het invullen van allerhande documenten - ontbijtpersoneel niet engelstalig en geen begroeting Over het ontbijt: - geen appels, bananen, vis - de roereieren zien er vies uit: helemaal uitgekookt - er is geen verse schepyoghurt - geen schapen- of geitenkaas - het aanbod van brood is niet elke dag gelijk ook niet van het glutenvrij aanbod - naambordjes ontbreken, enkel algemeen: kaas of vleeswaar (bijvoorbeeld: is dit kipfilet of kalkoen ?) - geen gesneden komkommer of paprika - teveel (onbeleefd) personeel, waardoor overijverig bij afruimen - de kopjes zijn te klein voor thee en anderzijds te groot voor koffie en nog meer voor espresso

- Fiona (9/5): Great location close to Sants Estación - Location! Being close to Sants Estación made it easy for arrival and departure. Also easy for Metro access. Great glimpse of La Sagrada Familia. Friendly serviceman who replaced our minibar fridge and fixed the AC The minibar fridge was at room temperature, so not acceptable for storing our milk. The AC wasn't working when we arrived. Both, however, got sorted after I contacted reception.

- Alona (10/5): - Everything was great, very convenient location (bus station, rail station and subway - all at Sants station; easy to get to other areas of Barcelona). Cool space design inside. Food at the bar is good. Room is clean and comfortable. View from the room is very nice. There is some construction going on in the area. During the night, many homeless hang out nearby. But it’s somewhat expected due to proximity of the rail station.

- Catherine (9/5): Merci pour l'upgrading dans une superbe suite - Je voyageais en train depuis Saragosse et le lendemain, je continuais jusqu'à Figueres. 1 nuit d'hôtel au-dessus de la gare et c'était idéal pour moi. L'hôtel est vraiment très bien et j'ai eu la chance de loger dans une suite (upgrading) avec la Família Sagrada au loin devant ma fenêtre. Magnifique !

- Hui-Min (7/5): - The hotel is updated. Everything looks bright and new. The view was very good too. It's basically located above the train station, but there's construction going on at the station, we walked a long way to find it. Then, the check-in process was a pain. Many people arrived at about the same time, the line was long, the hotel informed us to fill out information beforehand, it still took so much time to verify. I guess some people might have to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in. The hotel collected our data and had us join their list.
