• Susanne (9/5): Schönes Appartement in guter Lage , wenn man nicht direkt in Miami downtown sein möchte - Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem die Putzfrauen und an der Rezeption. Eine Dame am Pool hat teilweise die Preise gemacht, wie es ihr gefiel. Leider weiß ich nicht mehr ihren Namen.

No complimentary water in bldg 6. If you want free water you have to walk all the way to the lobby which was a little bit far from where we stayed.

The rooms were well organized, with amenities like television and washer/dryer units. The kitchen was also well-equipped. The Internet TV was pretty limiting. Would have liked more variety of streaming services. Also would have liked the option to screen share with my device.

• K8644MQtracyb (8/5): Charming Hotel - We loved the vibe at this property! Although the hotel is not new it is maintained with care by a wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by fun activities by the pool (bingo, beer bong, owners welcome cocktails). Not close to the beach and surrounded by golf resorts, this is not a quick trip to South Beach as the hotel advertises. However, there are many wonderful restaurants in the newly created downtown of Doral, a melting pot of South American cultures. We had a 2 bedroom villa overlooking the pool with a terrace. The room looked to have a soft renovation recently, no visible wear but not new. The terrace was very nice, but was big enough to have a comfortable chaise lounge but only had a small table and dining chairs. We thought this hotel charming, both the employees, the building and the grounds. But likely will not return as the location is not ideal if you are not golfing.

• constance (9/5): Overall was great. Would definitely recommend or stay again, just could use a new activity director. - The property was clean and gated. The villas were perfect and well maintained. They however could pay more attention to the activities area of the property I didn’t like that this is a family type resort for family vacations and everything closes at 7pm on the property.

• mjO2608UQ (10/5): A bit dated but comfortable, clean, and friendly - It is a bit dated, but we liked it. All of the villas are 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The colors are cheery, even though the sofa could use cleaning. We did use the washer/dryer, and they worked well. Yes, the airplanes do go DIRECTLY overhead, but we didn't hear them at night; so the noise abatement efforts appear to be working. The fountains are nice, the staff is friendly and helpful -- thank you Desi, Kyle, and Jose. I know some people don't like the first floor, but we requested a low floor and accepted a handicapped accessible room in order to get the first floor. The Latin dancer was nice. I finally did a few steps with her as no one else would...maybe the men were afraid. It is right next door to Trump National, and guests at Doral are allowed on that property. There is a shuttle, but we walked over, and we enjoyed a very nice lunch there. Shopping is close by, as are grocery stores. The Villas does run a shuttle to some of these places.

We went during the slow season so there weren’t a lot of people at the resort. The staff did a great job with daily activities that kept guests entertained. Ice cream socials, music bingo, aqua fit classes, margarita making classes….. some of these were a nominal fee and some were free. The staff are friendly and very helpful with local information. Pros: villas are large and have plenty of room with full size kitchens Great staff Clean grounds Shuttle to adjacent Trump National resort where you can use their pools and they will also take you downtown Cons: our room was ground floor and you can not keep curtains open unless you want passers by to see right in. Check out is 10am, which seems fairly early

• 734ellisc (10/5): 5 star, no complaints! - 5 star, no complaints! We stayed at this resort for 1 week in a 2 bedroom villa. The villa was a great size, very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. The pool area was spotless and we had no problems getting a bed. All in all, a great place to stay as a base to explore Miami and surrounding areas. We will be back!

It's poorly cleaned, the air conditioning is in poor condition, and there's noise from repairs on Friday nights, until 11:00 pm, etc. I don't think we'll return.

• dyan (4/5): - When I arrived, their check-in system was down, and no one could be checked in. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally received my keys, but the system continued to go down intermittently for the next two days. My room had multiple issues: the toilet bowl had dried feces on it. I complained, and although someone came to clean it, it was still not fully done—I had to complain again for it to be addressed. Under the sink was in terrible condition, looking like it had flooded before, with dirt and grime around the base. The door latch was installed upside down, and even the toilet handle was upside down, which was just bizarre. After all of this, the only adjustment they offered was waiving the parking fee, which I felt was unacceptable given the experience.

• 740cherryt (8/5): Good stay, friendly/hospitable staff - Not much going on in the property. But enjoyed the pool, gym & jacuzzi. It is close to Downtown Doral which is really nice. We definitely enjoyed it better than Downtown Miami. The best part of our stay is Carla G.’s hospitality. Very helpful and replied to my texts, emails very promptly! Best treatment we have had as MVC member. How I wish all check-in experience in MVC properties are like hers! And oh, it’s check in with Prosecco!!!
