Rogério (9/5): Três meses de pesquisa para definir este local como o melhor em Atenas! - Apartamento perfeito para curtas e médias estadias em Atenas. A localização é incrível, fizemos tudo a pé na cidade e o local está rodeado de bares, restaurantes, mercados, cafés, lojas de vinhos e tudo o que um turista precisa. Dez a quinze minutos caminhando até Plaka. Elevador suporta apenas 2 pessoas com uma mala cada um por vez ou então 3 malas. Para ganhar tempo e não ficar esperando muito tempo, usávamos a escada. Nosso apartamento era no quarto andar.
Herman (8/5): Zeer prettig app. op prima lokatie - Prima lokatie, schoon en ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt in een appartement. Goede aandacht voor schoonmaak, fles water was aanwezig, kortom allemaal erg prettig. Douche is wat aan de kleine kant en op het balkon kan je niet echt lekker zitten. Het is gehorig in het gebouw. Buiten ook veel geluid maar met ramen dicht is het stil.

Daria (1/5): SKANDAL! Zostawili nas na lodzie w środku nocy! - KOD DO DRZWI APARTAMENTU NIE DZIAŁAŁ! O 23 nie byłyśmy w stanie wejść do mieszkania. Wielokrotnie próbowałyśmy skontaktować się wszelkimi drogami z właścicielami. Wiele telefonów i smsów- Bez skutku. Nikt nie obsługuje telefonu w nocy. Spędziłyśmy kilka godzin na klatce schodowej. Przy kontakcie bezpośrednio z infolinią bookingu nasza rezerwacja została anulowana i o 3 w nocy na własną rękę musiałyśmy szukać innego Noclegu. Właściciele apartamentu nie wyjaśnili problemów z mieszkaniem ani nie poczuwali się do jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty. Odradzamy wynajmowanie! Poziom obsługi na uwłaczającym poziomie!

Da ich Mitte März dort war und es relativ kalt war (tw. 6 Grad nachts), war mir die Decke zu dünn, eine Zusatzdecke wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Chengguang (5/5): Great location, good value for money (terrible lock system of the door, need 20 tries to get inside) - Great location in the popular Plaka area, relatively close to the Acropolis and Emou street, nice restaurants nearby, good value for money, reasonably responsible hosts Entry to the apartment was very stressful, because the lock system of the door on the 4th floor did not work with the pin/ code provided! I arrived late at night, so no one was there to pick up my call, and after typing in the pin number over 20 times (literally), I finally managed to get inside the room. Thus, everyone: If you can hear the lock system moving, but the door does not open and you cannot reach anyone by phone, keep trying! You may need 20-30 attempts, but DO NOT GIVE UP!

There are plenty beautiful apartments to choose from in that area, so don't make the same mistake that I did. An empty apartment.... poor furnishings and decorations. Exhausting lighting. Air-conditioning not functioning properly. A very dangerous elevator. Totally overrated. I made a terrible choice but you don't have to. Just choose wisely.

Main amenities (soap etc) provided which is a nice touch. Responsive and friendly agent. Kitchen tools could be revisited - eg only 2 forks provided, no kitchen towel present… First aid items expired in 2022. Building manager who occasionally sits by the entrance not very polite to temporary guests.

How - • Very close to the old city center – just a few minutes to Plaka Old Town and the Acropolis • Nice restaurants nearby, especially on Nikis Street • Toilet \ Bath Room was smelly! • Not enough toilet paper for 8 days – we had to buy our own • Traffic noise at night (motorcycles, etc.) • Some mold in the bathroom (on the silicone) • The elevator is very old and can only handle one person with one suitcase at a time – there’s even a note warning not to overload it. We have also been warned by s.o. in the house that there is risk to got stuck if overload. If you have a lot of luggage or are elderly, you’ll need to go up and down several times.

Kitchen has 3 coffee pot options (no k-cup brewer). These are the reasons to pick this place. A/C is weak, cramped and unstocked kitchen, E-Lock on front door isn't installed correctly (you cannot lock anyone out once inside, anyone with code can enter and maintenance guy did while we were there). Three laundry pods and 2 rolls of TP for 1-week. The "building" is frightening.

Le seul petit point négatif a été les erreurs de code d’accès à l’immeuble et à l’appartement au début. Mais en appelant Upstreet, ceci a été vite réparé. Cela peut arriver … Et le reste du séjour a été parfait.
William (8/5): - The location was excellent. Close to everything you want to see, lots of food choices. The entrance to apartments does not look like one in pictures. Threw me back a bit but apartments are nice.

Verified traveler (8/5): Great stay - The room was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It's close to the city center, so there's hardly any need to use public transportation. A few small tips for improvement: adding screens to the windows and doors due to the presence of mosquitoes, and providing more towels.

Amy (7/5): Perfect location for Athens exploring, clean and modern. - The location is great, as it is walking distance to many of the attractions, restaurants, shops and the metro and bus lines. Being in Plaka but so close to Syntagma is ideal. We could walk to the national gardens and parliament in 3 minutes. We walked to it from the metro station and there’s a good few cafes near by for frappés and pastries on the go in the morning. It was clean, modern and the hosts very responsive. It was very noisy on an evening, I was travelling with my noise sensitive daughter so this was quite hard for her. It is probably somewhere I would feel happier staying with another adult rather than my daughter as it’s a less busier part of Plaka so seems a bit lonely when you’re going back to it on an evening. However it was a very safe neighbourhood and I would choose around that location again. The pictures of the overall properties suggested it had a balcony you could sit out on, as did the balcony icon next to the property listing. However on arrival we discovered that the apartment we chose did not have that kind of balcony, but had ledges with railings. We did contact the owner about this and they were very polite but they could not move us because they had no other availability. If a balcony is important to you I’d double check this before booking.
Carol (10/5): - Loved this apartment. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Just a few minutes' walk from bus stops and Metro station at Syntagma Square, and lots of restaurants in the area. The huge balcony was such a bonus. Thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Felix (5/5): Passable - We stayed in the apartment for ten days. The problem is that you get a small number of towels. If you want more you have to pay. For ten days they do not come to clean. If you want you have to pay. Nowhere else does the method to launder money exist. It's a shame.

Jeremy (3/5): Poor - Ok apartments, newly renovated 1. Terrible check in process - given wrong instructions once the online form was filled out. No staff there to great. Apartment not clearly marked so had to try the door code on every apartment door until the fourth floor 2. Staff unwilling to help with storage of baggage or early check in 3. Staff unwilling to offer any additional essentials like shampoo or conditioner for a family of 5 staying 5 nights, given 2 travel sized products for the whole stay 4. Tissue paper curtains to get let the light in the morning Won't be staying here again Keep your money and go to a hotel

K (8/5): Very good - Big apartment with plenty of room for a family in a great location. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook your own meals. Washing machine big bonus. Internet did not work. Sofa bed advertised does not pull out, it's just a sofa. Broken toilet seat.
Kayla (7/5): Great location. Not working wifi. Bad communication. - Cute apartment, very spacious. Great location. But just didn’t hit the mark. First off, we had many issues with communication. I had asked questions about checking in early, or where to store our bags if we arrived early. I would receive answers saying to “go to link” but “link was removed”. Directions on how to get into apartment were confusing. The apartment was not ready at checkin time (3pm). We were made to wait 10 min outside of apartment while they finished cleaning it. The wifi did NOT work! When I asked for help to fix it, no action was provided. I would get responses to my messages without any help. This apartment has the potential to be a wonderful stay, but is falling short.
Joanne (9/5): Superb - Location was great, we were able to walk to any of the major sites we wanted to visit. The apartment was well maintained, spacious and decor was simple and tasteful. The 'host' was good with communication. The wifi was not good. My partner was unable to connect and I found wifi very patchy. The TV took some time to connect to Netflix as previous guests had signed in on their own accounts. The 'host' was helpful with resetting the TV and Netflix.
Jagadish (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent Location - Market area is walkable Checkin - We had requested for early checkin - Actual checkin time is 3PM - which is not feasible for any one visiting Athens - We waited outside the building for 5 hours, the key code was exactly shared at 3 pm - even thought earlier guest check-out and cleaning was completed well before. We only requested for leaving the luggage and not fully checkin. We are aware of this as we were waiting just outside. Poor Customer service as the only reply they gave to my messages is 3p checkin time. With All the luggages we were just waiting outside. then just checkin time we received a message that Technician will come to fix the WiFi - and again we had to wait to go out as the technicians were working - They could have fixed the issue before our checkin as the house was empty. If you are planning for earlier checkin - just don't waste your time.

Traveler (7/5): Well located, big size apartment - The location is great. The apartment was easy to find and check in was smooth. Don't book it for the balcony! It was very narrow, dirty, and without furniture. I specifically asked the host about the balcony and they confirmed it, however, it could not be used (unlike what the pictures might suggest).
Robyn (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice apartment very close to all major attractions in Athens. So many restaurants and markets within walking distance. No need for a car! Would stay here again if I come back to Athens. Thankyou for providing a spacious, clean apartment. Door lock a little tricky to get the hang of at start but good once you figure it out. All instructions were clear and easy to follow but perhaps an extra instruction about waiting for the second lot of noise until trying to open the door. Other than that, all perfect and only a tiny thing but good to know. Nothing, lots to love!

Rabbitoldeye (8/5): Great location great for a 1 night stay - Location, size of the rooms, washing machine was great. The fact that 3pm is too late a check in, especially in hot Athens weather one had to pay for luggage storage for the day and transport to and from this to the room was annoying. I phoned to see if I could check in earlier (or even just 1 hour earlier and was flatly told no) I would have even paid a pro rata amount for the convenience. The phone staff when I spoke to them were not friendly and really put a bad taste in my mouth prior to arriving.

Sherry (10/5): - The location was great for easy access to shops and restaurants. Taking the M3 train from and to the airport was very convenient, it was a just a few blocks walking to property. The D4 apartment door was difficult to open. You would have to time it right and use enough force to push it open.
