• Victor Alfonso (6/5): - La ubicación el hotel es estrategica, la alcoba es amplia y confortable, buen aire acondicionado y excelente conexión a wifi. La ubicación es buena, pero el tema de tener cerca el aeropuerto hace que se sieta mucho el ruido, el personal es muy serio, no son agradables y ofrecen un servicio de desayuno incluido y son snacks que colocan en una mesa y cafe, eso no cumplio nuestras expectativas.

• Erica (1/5): Don’t go. Save your money - Was picked up by ambulance and was never able to stay at the hotel. Spent my days at Jackson west medical. I spoke to front staff and explained the situation and asked for a refund. They denied my request and said while in the hospital i should have communicated and called. :/ wow The customer service. It wasn’t clean in there also. There is a musty odor in the facilty. Towels are hard.

• patrizia (6/5): - Bella posizione, vicinissima all' aeroporto tanto che si sente il rumore degli aerei che decollano e atterrano. Comodo parcheggio privato disponibile. Stanza comunque pulita. Entrando nella hall ho sentito un odore di vecchio, di muffa. Il divano-letto nella nostra stanza aveva il materasso nella parte sotto arrugginito e sporco. La cucina non era attrezzata con bicchieri, posate, piatti o altro. La colazione è davvero minima: poche cose incartate e alcune bevande.

• Anna (3/5): Would not recommend it to anyone. - Staff was friendly Shower was very dirty as was the floor. I walked on my socks after a shower and when I sat in bed, they were filthy. The room we rented accommodated 5 of us in which one of slept in the pull out sofa. The mattress to the pull out was very very dirty and you could feel the wires while laying on it. Not worth what we paid.

Noise from roads nearby and water pipes in the middle of the night sounded like a dripping tap. The smell from the hallways was very strange.

The sofa bed was in terrible condition, and you could feel the springs; plus, the whole hotel smelled musty. And the complimentary breakfast had very little variety.
• Robin (6/5): Not worth the money. - The location made it easy to get to the cruise port The mattresses were hard, the room had an odd layout (the bed is right inside the door when you open it) and the the bathroom was full of mold. The tub wasn't clean and the ceiling and sides had obvious mold. The sink in the bathroom area did not drain.

• Sean (7/5): Felt like home and great room, just limited breakfast. - It is a lovely property, huge rooms and good bathroom. Really friendly staff, also the area that it is in has some great restaurants and shops. The breakfast is only some nurtigrain bars, porridge packets and filter coffee. But it filled a hole. Additionally it is a long way from Downtown Miami, but you can get an uber to the metro station for a bout $12 and then get the metro in (takes about an hour)

Fiquei apenas um dia durante um final de semana em período de springbreak. Os funcionários da recepção foram bastante atenciosos, check in fácil e rápido. Podia ter mais opções no café da manhã. Sei que o objetivo é apenas uma comida rápida pra hospedagens curtas, mas havia apenas café, barras de cereal e muffins (embalados individualmente "para viagem". Poderia ter pelo menos leite (quente/frio) e cereais, coisas que agregaria valor e não fugiram da proposta do lugar.

• Gonçalo (4/5): Dececionante! - Perto do aeroporto. A maioria dos funcionários foi muito profissional e prestável. Quartos para famílias são pequenos, dormimos 6 pessoas num quarto que até para 4 seria curto. As camas são pequenas, mal dá para estarem duas pessoas deitadas e desconfortáveis. Chegámos ao hotel tarde e ainda tivemos de fazer a cama em um dos quartos quando tínhamos contactado a questionar a distribuição da ocupação no quarto previamente. O nosso quarto tinha um frigorífico que fazia tanto barulho que parecia que estávamos num local de construção. Impossível de descansar. Após sair da unidade, tentei por várias vezes, nas semanas seguintes contactar a mesma para me fornecer a fatura relativa à minha estadia, inclusive tentei até através do suporte da Booking.com e fui/ fomos completamente ignorados. Telefonemas, emails, mensagens através da Booking.com, etc...tentei de tudo e nenhuma resposta me foi dada até hoje. inadmissível não existir qualquer resposta ou feedback. Não recomendo de todo esta unidade, para além dos funcionários do front office, tudo o resto parece que funciona muito mal.
