• Roberto (6/5): Sinceramente non ci tornerei. - La posizione Appena arrivati già molto stanchi volevano farci andare nel sottosuolo ,ma dopo le mie forti rimostranze hanno deciso di metterci in un mini appartamento staccato dalla struttura.Il mattino dopo con l’arrivo di un consierge (Italiano) di nome Sig Cristiano tutto è stato sistemato con una camera come era stata proposta con vista ecc.Non amo le sorprese grazie .

• Johann (7/5): Würden gerne wieder gehen, falls beim Buchen auch der Zimmerwunsch berücksichtigt wird. - Das war unser vierter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die ersten 3 Male war die Zimmergrösse ansprechend (Zimmer 703 + 713) und wir waren damit zufrieden. Dieses Mal war das Zimmer 752 im sous-sol von einer Grösse, dass zwei Personen sich nicht gleichzeitig im Zimmer bewegen konnten. Beim check out habe ich dies auch bei der Reception deponiert.

• Tiago Moniz (9/5): - I’m going to give a real review, not one based purely on facts. I honestly don’t understand some of the reviews I’ve read. Yes, the rooms are small, the bathroom is tiny, and there’s no elevator. But this is London. it’s normal for spaces to be more compact. And if you’re going to London, you’re obviously not planning to spend the whole day in your room. It has everything you need, a minibar with water, capsule and instant coffee, an ironing board and iron, and amenities, including slippers. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was large. One of the best value for money places to stay in London.

• Matta (8/5): - Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, anche in tarda serata. Abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie in hotel dopo il checkout fino all' ora della partenza. La stanza era piccola, ma molto carina, confortevole e pulita, ben attrezzata con asse da stiro, ferro, phon, macchinetta del caffè con cialde e bollitore con tisane e tè. L' hotel è centralissimo, a 200m a piedi dalla metro e dalla stazione dei treni di Paddington,quindi anche ben collegato con eventuali arrivi e partenze dai principali aeroporti. Purtroppo l' hotel non era dotato di ascensore ed è risultato un po' difficile il trasporto della valigia. Per il resto tutto positivo.

However room was clean, every day house keeping. Location is very nice with good cafe's nearby. Very close to Paddington station. Room was very small and no lift. However its value for money.

Le lieu où l’on range les bouteilles d’eau (sans réfrigération) dégage une forte odeur. Pendant 2 des 3 jours de séjour, l’évacuation du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas bien, et des résidus remontaient constamment. Le jour où des serviettes neuves ont été fournies, elles perdaient beaucoup de peluches. Enfin, la cabine de douche est très petite, ce qui risque d’être très inconfortable pour les personnes de grande corpulence.

Como pontos de atenção, destaco apenas a ausência de elevador, o que pode ser um pouco inconveniente dependendo do andar e da bagagem, e o tamanho do box do chuveiro, que é bem pequeno. Fora isso, não tive nenhum problema — foi tudo tranquilo e satisfatório. Apesar da boa experiência geral, alguns pontos me incomodaram durante a estadia. A ausência de elevador foi um fator relevante, especialmente ao lidar com malas ou ao subir vários lances de escada, o que pode ser cansativo e pouco prático, principalmente após um dia inteiro fora. Outro ponto foi o box do chuveiro, que é bastante pequeno. O espaço limitado acaba dificultando o banho, tornando a experiência menos confortável, principalmente para quem precisa de mais mobilidade. São detalhes que não comprometem totalmente a estadia, mas que fazem diferença no conforto.

You need to carry your heavy bags 3 floors up and down. The coffee machine was leaking and made a mess each time. No restaurant, no bar. Feels more like Airbnbs.

• James (9/5): Enjoyable stay. Great staff. Comfy bed and mattress. - The Staff were very kind and helpful. The location was exactly where I needed to be, so that helped immensely. The bed and mattress were both very comfortable. The room had high ceilings, so seemed airy. The room had a huge window so it was bright and cheerful. I got a ground floor room as requested. I was permitted to have early access by about 1 hour, so that was very helpful. Generally, I would stay at this hotel again, next time. The room didn't have much of a view, but it was ground floor, so really shouldn't expect much. I think if two people were to stay here, it would be a little tight if wanting to have more than two open luggage bags at once. But for one person, this room was perfect. Or for two persons with one luggage bag each.
