- Amirndm (8/5): A hotel with normal facilities facing downwards - Average location, not too good, not too far from entertainment. Normal gym. The hotel room was very small. Breakfast was good. The lobby was not on the ground floor, but to reach the lobby and hotel reception, you have to take the elevator to the first floor. I personally will not choose this hotel for my next trip.

Our rooms was spacious, clean and very nice view. Hotel has very nice restaurants on roof, one of most popular restaurants in Moscow. Reception is English friendly. Facility is non-smoking everywhere. I will visit again definetly. Thanks.
- valeriavO4359RH (8/5): GYM review - The hotel has a gym at the 20th floor. You can get in with your key, but the gym also serves as a private studio for two trainers that have one client at time. There is free water and a protein shake machine (not free). The equipment includes: - machines (leg press/curl/extension/abductor; row; ab machine) - one olympic barbell - one ex barbell - smith machine - pull-up and dips station - treadmill, elyptical and bike - mats for stretching - dumbells up to 30kg aprox - plates (probably 200kg in total, could be less), regular plastic, no bumbers - smaller barbells

- Frank (8/5): Gutes Hotel zum guten Preis - Das Hotel ist von außen ziemlich alt, aber innen renoviert mit tollen Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich. Die Doppelzimmer geräumigt, versprühen aber eher den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Auch ist es sehr laut aufgrund der grossen Strasse davor. Aber es befinden sich 2 MetroLinien in Gehweite und die Fussgängerzone Arbat fängt dort an.

In the lower floors, different restaurants are open until 10:00 pm. which makes it very convenient. Rooms are small and very tight, but its enough for those traveling light. Not every room has the view in the picture. Be aware that breakfast, if not included, there is always a chance to pay for it at the lobby and by doing so you will get a discount of 200 rubles. Prices might change from one day to the other... In general a useful and practical choice for those coming to Russia.
- Natalya (10/5): Нам понравилось! - Отель нам понравился. Не первый раз останавливаемся в отелях этой сети. Расположение отеля просто отличное. Перейти дорогу - и Вы на Старом Арбате. До Европейского -10 минут через мост. До красной площади - 20 минут спокойным шагом по набережной. Номер был чистый. Убирались очень хорошо. Новые косметические и банные принадлежности ставили даже без запроса. Полотенца меняли. Администраторы на все вопросы давали быстрые ответы. Приедем еще!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - What we liked: 1- Location 2- View What we did not like: 1- Room is a bit on the smaller side. 2- Parking is located on site but very hard to access (need to go to different floors and walk to acess different elevators and walk and acess different doors just to get to the building parking). In addition there is no discounted rate or free parking. Finally we checked-in late on the first day of booking (around 6pm) and checked out early (1 day before our check-out date at 3pm). We asked for hotel credit if possible or voucher or anything (a free lunch or dinner would have been nice too) but the hotel was not interested or cooperative to our request and we did check-out early (1 day before as mentioned above) due to some special circumstances.

- Albert (6/5): A Good Basic Hotel - I felt totally fine staying at the AZIMUT hotel. In general, the hotel is in good condition and remodeled, but at the same time its design is very basic. The hotel’s location is very good. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel, also there are 2 really nice restaurants with traditional Russian cuisine in the hotel’s building. All hotel staff was nice and friendly. I did not have room service during my 5 night stay, but every single time I called to the front desk and asked to bring anything to my room, I got it right away. Now about my room (which was a SMART Superior Double Room). Like I already said it was designed very basic but it was all in good condition, another negative thing about it was its small size. In total, I paid $426 for 5 nights for this room, and I find this deal super overpriced for the quality I got. As I requested they put me on a high floor, so the view from my room was awesome. The Queen bed was not really a Queen bed, it was 2 Twin Beds that were connected together.So there was a gap in the middle of the bed, where I fell into every single night, it was very uncomfortable and my body hurt after that. Also the mattress and the pillows were very uncomfortable. There was no real closet in the room to put and hang my clothes.The bathroom was tiny, the shower stall was super small. The bathroom amenities were of a cheap quality and smelled awful. The hair dryer did not work strong enough. Wi-Fi was working good.

- Anton (8/5): Лучшее соотношение цена/качество! - Современный номер, отличный вид. Очень медленные лифты. Рецепция на 4м этаже и плюс и минус( привет лифтам). Хороший ремонт, но начинает уставать конечно. Холодно в номере, клим система держит всегда 22гр. Как не прибавляй все то же самое, приходилось выключать на ночь. Отличное расположение, но сейчас кольцевая станция метро закрыта. Вообщем то за свои деньги советую.

(12일 전인가 예약한 건데 ?).. 호텔스 닷컴 전화했더니 확인하고 연락주겠다.. 체크아웃까지 연락없고... 한국에 와서 확인하니 미안한데 결재 영수증 보내달라고 해서 호텔에 직접 확인해 보라 했더니 결재된게 없다고 하니 방법이 없다네요.. 내 카드에는 결재가 되어 있는데... 이런 xx같은 경우가......................

- Daniel (10/5): Good choice in Moscow! - The hotel is located in a great spot, just across a main road from Arbat street and pretty close walking distance to the main tourist sites. All major transportation including subway. It is located in a large high-riser, so not one of those boutique smaller hotels - you go up from a lobby to the 4th floor where the reception and restaurants are. But, so friendly, so clean, super organized. Great little rooms. Breakfast is a feast of a buffet - pretty much anything you could ever want is there for you. One word of warning - when you use Yandex to order a taxi, the hotel address and building number shows up as behind the corner, so watch it when ordering a cab. I found this is the case in many places in Russia. The satellite location isn't accurate enough and the cabs sometimes wait for you in block behind your street or around the corner.

My biggest issue was a strange person entered my room while I was sleeping at 6:30am in the morning and woke me up. there was little response from the staff and I had to physically go to reception to verbally state my complete unhappiness with the situation. There were a number of excuses and they did offer me a bottle of Russian bubbles. I can imagine if it was a lady in the room by herself. Hence there are security concerns at the hotel. It also took over 10 mins to get in the lifts as they seemed to be over booked and it was crazy at the entrance to the hotel. I would not stay there again.

- Alan (4/5): Disappointing! - This was by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The value for money is non-existent. Room service didn't bother to replenish toiletries. Small and uncomfortable room. No fridge in room and provided one small bottle of drinking water on first day. Paid for a great view. The staff were generally polite but never asked what should be a standard question "how was your stay?"

Es sind 6 vorhanden, aber man hat das Gefühl es werden nur 3 benutzt. Z.B. war an einem Abend eine Reisegruppe (20 Personen) vor mir eingetroffen, die auf die Fahrstühle wartete. Es hat ca. 30min gedauert, bis ich im Fahrstuhl war.

- Andre (8/5): Cozy modern hotel with a great view. - We had a nice stay overall. The view from our room was spectacular! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, service professional and a great location, next to the metro station, supermarket, and an emblematic Arbat street. We had a little wrinkle with checking in process. There was a large group in the lobby, and the elevators couldn't accommodate so many people. We waited for half an hour, and had to use the stairs to go up to our room.

The main problem was the construction noise outside. The hotel should warn people before booking that they will be awakened very early in the morning by jackhammering that will proceed through the early evening. It was very hard to sleep.

And most of all, in the morning water in the room was not clean, I feared to use it to brush my teeth. For these purposes I use water from the bottle.

- James (10/5): Great Hotel in Mosocw. - This is my 2nd trip to Moscow in 2 weeks...and because of the service--I stayed there again! I want to personally thank Anastasia, Nudrin and Stanislavsky for their professionalism. I had many questions. Anastasi and Stanislavsly had all the answers and spoke English very well. Nudrin helped me 2 weeks ago and this week. It was great that he helped me to my taxi at 3.30am. There is nothing negative I can say at this 3 night stay. Dmitry was also helpful with assistance.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location and great price for value hotel - The hotel is located in a beautiful location where you are just across the Ministry of Foreign Affairs one of Moscow’s iconic buildings, you are very close to the very popular Arbat walking street and about a 35 min walk to the Red Square and Kremlin, about a 30 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants in the hotel, with a wide range of choices, on the top floor there is one with a great view of the city. The rooms seem recently remodeled with modern styling I would have liked the room to be a little more spacious. I think the price for value is good for this hotel.

The room could be a bit bigger, but I guess the space is at premium in the city centre. The choices for buffet breakfast were surprisingly good, but I wish they could prepare semolina porridge as well on demand, hopefully that can be done in the future. We have not used the restaurant at the top as it was closed for the hotel's staff party.
