- Kimmo (5/5): Potentially super, but now noisy and dangerous construction site. Do not go - Khan on meille tuttu paikka. Keskeinen sijainti, monipuolinen aamiainem, hyvä palvelu. The reality that we faced, did not match the descrition we arrived in the middle of a constrction site. What was very worrying for the customer was that on the floors where renovations were being carried out, construction materials were stored in the staircases and on the passageways between the floors! The goods made the emergency exits very narrow, narrower than safety standards. In an emergency, when the elevators cannot be used, the narrow passageway becomes blocked, and it is impossible to lead another person (a child, someone with poor mobility) by the hand. It is enough for one person to fall and the staircase is blocked. This is a very serious negligence, for which the hotel's safety manager and management are responsible. Unfortunately, we did not have time to report the matter to the rescue authorities. The observation gives a very poor picture of how the hotel takes care of the safety of its guests. We hope to receive an answer as to how the hotel management has addressed this safety negligence and whether repairs have been made.

The lady that cleaned our room was rather rude to be vacuuming our room while we were in it. We asked her to hold on a minute but she just continued with her cleaning duties.

Breakfast was delicious everyday. so many choices and amazing. beach and old town was just a stones throw away . overall it was fabulous experience. without a doubt ill book this hotel again if i visit Antalya again Nothing specific, however taxi service was slightly on the expansive side. addition of airport shuttle service can make it easy on the pocket.

- Monika (10/5): - The location. It's a 10 min walk from the old town. It was close to the busy shopping street so I felt safer when walking after dark. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The view of the sea and the mountains stunning! I was woken up every day at 4.50 due to the call for the prayer. But this is not the hotel's fault in any wayl. You just have to get used to it or have earplugs. From time to time there was a smell of cigarettes. Not sure where it was coming from (could not come from the room as it was not constant smell).

My room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and perfect for having my own space to relax. - Mohammad Sajjad Moghal (3/5): Check for Clogged Drains and Airconditioning - Breakfast was good, and the overall setup was good as well. The location of the hotel is also exceptionally good. The room size is just right. It was hot, and the technician set the air conditioning to the winter setting. There was no way to adjust the temperature of the room to my liking or comfort. The front desk also refused to help, and I couldn't find a solution until checkout. I had to open the window and spend the night with traffic noise and late-night drunk pedestrians yelling. Additionally, the bathroom had a clogged drain, causing water to accumulate after each shower and spill over into the room. This was a clear indication of poor housekeeping.

Upon inquiry from staff at the desk; they said the temperature cant be modified and the ventiliation can be checked in the morning. after we checked out and i asked for water from the desk; they said you will have to buy the water. so we got only 2 small bottles of water in total from the hotel. no one picks up the phone when you call from the room.

- Petra (4/5): - Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone und die Nähe zur Altstadt war fürs Sightseeing perfekt. Das landestypische Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, sauber und ordentlich angerichtet. Frische Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet. Das kostenlose WLAn hat gut funktioniert. Im Hotel fanden Bauarbeiten statt, teilweise bis 21h abends. Die gesamte Poolanlage wurde renoviert- es gab keinen Pool und man hatte keinen Aussenbereich um ein paar Stunden zu relaxen.

Big spacey rooms Super comfortable bed mattress Quick response from reception / room service when needed. Super friendly and helpful staff. (especially the women in reception) Thick non ventilating quilts and pillows = sweaty nights. AC only 20 degrees Slow elevators. Pool closed for majority of the year. Bathroom door in 409 not closing and not able to lock it: Balcony slide door is sluggish and hard to open and close (room 409) WiFi works on and off depending on where your room is located. Hard to access HDMI port for the TV’s. Leg machine in gym desperately needs service, it’s super sluggish and does not work as intended. Needs quick-access cleaning equipment in the gym to be able to clean machines and benches after using. The supplied bath-slippers are super slippery and straight up dangerous to use in the bathroom. No grip at all.

- هاني (1/5): كانت سيئة وعمال النظافة للينظفون الغرف بعد الظهر - التحكم بالتكييف من الرسبشن وتحويل مروحة المكيف الى دفاية وعدم شغل المكيف وعند فتح البلكونات اصوات الشارع وسيارات الزبالة والموتر سيكلات لاتجعلك تنام ليلاً ولانهاراً وان اغلقت الشباك اختنقت عطفاً على انهم ادخلوا عمال البوية للبلكون اثناء ايجارنا للغرفة وقالوا لايوجد غرفة بديلة وان هذه اوامر حكومية بضرب البلكونات

Персонал и сервис отвратительные: что ни попросишь, гонят обращаться куда-то в другое место — обращаешься туда, оттуда снова куда-то перенаправляют. Попросили бокалы в номер для вина — сначала отказали под предлогом того, что у них гость разбил и порезался (при этом стеклянные стаканы в номере есть), а потом решили все-таки дать, но такие жуткие, исцарапанные — позор.

- pitambarb2022 (6/5): Average Hotel - A while ago, during our trip to Antalya, Turkey, we had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The hotel’s location was quite good. However, the room and bathroom were small. The amenities in both the room and bathroom were basic. The breakfast options were also limited in variety. Overall, the other services of the hotel were satisfactory.

- Alexander (9/5): My vizit to Best Western Khan - Расположение отеля - в центре, в 5 минутах ходьбы от остановки трамвая Исметпаша. Вкусный завтрак. Хорошо работает мастер по приготовлению омлета. Есть фрукты и сладкое. Мне достался отличный номер на 6 этаже с видом на море и часть города.

- Raveena (10/5): Super verblijf! - Wat een super hotel! Hotel is heel centraal gelegen binnen 5 min ben in je in de Mall en old town. Je kan heel veel te voet doen en de personeel is behulpzaam. Bij incheck was Irem heel vriendelijk en hielp ze mij met vragen. Bij de check out was berkat heel vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geholpen. De garage is een pluspunt, daar werken ook hele vriendelijke mensen. De housekeeping altijd vrolijk en blij en doen hun uiterste best! Garage gaf heel veel stof af en had soms beperkt plek.

Widoki, których się nie zapomina: Absolutnym hitem był pokój z balkonem, z którego rozpościerał się przepiękny widok na morze oraz panoramę miasta. Poranna kawa z taką scenerią to najlepszy sposób na rozpoczęcie dnia! Czystość na medal: Serwis pokojowy zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę. Pokój był sprzątany perfekcyjnie każdego dnia, a codzienna wymiana pościeli oraz świeże ręczniki sprawiały, że standard wypoczynku był naprawdę luksusowy. Lokalizacja idealna: Hotel położony jest tuż przy głównym deptaku miasta, co pozwala w minutę znaleźć się w centrum wydarzeń, sklepów i restauracji, zachowując jednocześnie komfortowy spokój wewnątrz obiektu. Wyśmienita kuchnia i obsługa: Śniadania były urozmaicone i bardzo smaczne, a uprzejma obsługa restauracji dbała o fantastyczną atmosferę przy każdym posiłku. Bezproblemowa logistyka: Wielkie podziękowania dla uprzejmego kierowcy taksówki hotelowej – jego punktualność, pomoc przy bagażach i wysoka kultura osobista sprawiły, że każda podróż była bezstresowa. Dziękuję też za miłą obsługę personelowi recepcji hotelowej. Podsumowując: Fantastyczna lokalizacja, nienaganna czystość i te widoki z balkonu... Szczerze polecam każdemu, kto planuje wizytę w Antalyi!

- Sandra (10/5): - The best western Kahn hotel totally exceeded my expectations in every way, the breakfast was amazing, it had everything you could want for me it was muesli and yoghurt and I loved the fruits, a lot of it was fresh so I was impressed by that, I also loved the selection of breads for toast and the selection of jams. They also had an array of every other kind of food. The location was so central, just a stones throw from the old town and harbour. The bed was cosy and the shower was the best shower experience iv had in a hotel. The staff always had a friendly face behind the desk. Every member of staff was genuinely helpful and so nice. We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back!!! P.s the housekeeper was so friendly and was very kind in making sure we had everything we needed! The only thing was the pillow was quite thick but I'm sure i could of requested a thinner one if I had of asked.

- Andrei (8/5): Overall a pleasant experience with some minor issues - Excellent staff and service, including the spa and sauna facilities which we used during our stay. The breakfast was very good and offered a lot of options. Also, the red room lounge on the top floor was a pleasant surprise. Upon arrival, my partner and I found that our room had two single beds instead of a double bed as we had requested. There was also a very bad smell in the bathroom that would not go away. However, once we were moved to another room two nights later, both issues were resolved. During our stay, we had the unpleasant surprise that there were extensive internal renovations (I think to do with the pipes), which increased the noise level.

There wasn’t much variety to work with. Most of the food items consisted or pastries which seemed to be a challenge for someone with food restrictions.
