- Premjith (10/5): - Very spacious rooms and huge common area. It's wonderful for families that are staying for a few days or longer stays. The lounge area is well separated from the bedrooms by a door. Very comfortable for entertaining friends and family. The cafeteria is also very elegant managed by excellent staff. The washer-dryer is not perfect but that's understandable as they were trying to provide the facility with limited footprint.

Night shift Staff not responding our emergency call, he was saying he is aloan on duty, my family waiting for a open a door 15 minutes and i was calling the guy A, but he is total nonsense don't know family importance the cards are not working and i trying to call him from outside of hotel to support my family card is not working and after i reach to the hotel and called again hotel number and asked to Mr. A why you not responding my call my family can't open the door due to card is not responding he was telling me he is busy what a great personality in hospitality service

- ELIZABETH (6/5): - No cold Air conditioner inside the elevator despite heat waves in Dubai. I spent 8 days in this hotel and it wasn’t habitable. Rooms ACs was centrally monitored/moderated. You cannot adjust the AC to your preference. I complained twice but nothing was done. Also, the Indian lady at the front desk was so mean, she will never attend to your needs on time. Always saying please come back later. My experience wasn’t good at this facility and will avoid it when next I visit Dubai.

Tye apartment has wash machine and detergent is supplied for free by the hotel. Breakfast is not big. But you will found what is needed for breakfast. Kitchen staff are all nice and deserve a star. We ordered a dinner at night and it was really good and cheaper than outside.
- Ian (8/5): - This is a hotel that is well designed for long stays. We stayed only for three nights. We had a huge two bedroom apartment with two and a half bathrooms. The unit had a large kitchen and dining area, a big living area and a balcony. The unit was bigger than we required but would be well suited for a family. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful, very polite, and eager to provide excellent service. Our accommodation included breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast was very good with many options, great service and very good coffee, cappuccino, etc.

Housekeeping team was excellent - kept the apartment clean everyday and gave us fresh new towels each day. Not very far from the Dubai metro. We were able to get all the places with not much walking. Staff were courteous and prompt in their responses. Overall excellent.
- Verified traveler (4/5): There is nothing Executive about this hotel - Dated property in a serious need of upgrade. Bathroom ceiling leaked twice during 8 nights stay, although was immediately attended to. Reported broken clothing line, faulty lamp which again were fixed within the day. Faulty toilet flush and broken kitchen bin which we didn't bother reporting in the end, afterall we were on a holiday and got fed up of reporting faults. Brilliant housekeeping staff which made our stay comfortable but overall the property needs to be refurbished theoughout. Finally, no apology was offered for any of the above. Photos on the website are a total misrepresentation of how modern the hotel is.

Mr Anirban and Mr Mahabub were great in helping and managed to get us a nice transport to the Airport. The pool life saver was also very friendly and gave us some good advise about places to visit. Even though the metro and bus stop are quite close it is 10-15 taxi to Old Deira [in case u are going there for shopping]. Overall, great stay

Staff are friendly and cooperative. They have an amazing food at their restaurant. A lot of car parking slots in the basement. Easy access for the area. Amazing Swimming pool especially for kids. However, you have to bring your own towels with you.

Loads of storage space and well equipped. It's a shame that there is no oven but otherwise the kitchen is perfectly adequate. We had the half board option and the menu for dinner was a little limited but fine for a night or 2. Breakfast was a full buffet and very good.

However, there is a shortage of outlets, the overall finish is good, but not great for the price that we are paying, the main phone was not working, no hair dryer was supplied, the air condition was not turned on, nor were the amenities well explained. For this class of hotel, at this price, one can - and should - expect better.

The staff is very friendly, professional, and tried to answer our quesions and needs and made us feel welcome. The facility is considered kept at very good condition for the lication and price paid. The guest unit is spaceous, bright well supplied with all utilities.

Large bedroom with bath, living room, ding room, guest rest room, kitchen, great balcony with a city view. I needed to be at Festival city area daily for w conference and it was close enough for a quick, less than 20 mins ride, and far enough away that I wasn’t in the mix. Great rooftop pool and excellent gym. In fact I am pretty sure I will stay here again

- Beena A (2/5): Hotel good, management not so much. - The trip was good because it was Dubai. The hotel was amazing and clean and perfect for our family. The management however was useless. They were rude and unaccommodating. They would call in the middle of the night asking me to come down and deal with accidental booking issues and even attempted to lock us out of our rooms and sent security. I really hope the management improves here. They’re only excuse was because we were out all day so they had to call us in the middle of the night. Which isn’t true because we were always there till at least 10 am everyday and no one bothered to contact us during the day. I hope they improve they’re management.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Average Marriott Property - Average hotel. Suites are well appointed with standard amenities. While we didn’t cook, the fridge and microwave was great to store and heat up left overs from dinning out as well as snacks from the grocery store behind the hotel. The washer/dryer was a big plus too. Definitely not in the same category as similar Marriott properties. Property is starting to age. Dubai is the developing stages for tourism so standards and service are average. Great reception staff, sub par house keeping. Service is slow and our suite was skipped for cleaning 3 times in a 10 night stay. I had to request a cleaning each day and they still missed our suites. When they did clean, the forgot to leave towels or left inadequate towels or didn’t refill shower gel and soap. You had to keep calling for stuff and waiting for things. Sometimes, I just made do coz I felt bad for the front desk staff. I won’t stay here on another visit but overall, it wasn’t bad and the location was central in Deira. I ended up forfeiting 2 nights of my 12 nights stay and leaving early.
- Thomas (6/5): Smelly - Quite worn down. In need of modernization. Also quite smelly. The food smell from other rooms transmits through the hallway. Nice staff though.

- Clarene (2/5): The Worse Stay EVER - I have stayed at many Marriott Properties before but this one has been the worse. The property is not in the best condition or in the best or even near best area's this area is very one of the old areas and not really many things to see or do except Deria City Center, The property is not really that impressive for the rates that are charged, all of this would be ok except the front desk team is no less than incompetent, i dont say this with impunity but from the moment that i checked in the experience there was absolutely terrible. You see this hotel is obviously in a non-desirable area, they have policies that you would not expect to find at a Marriot Property or any 4 Star or above property. I was asked after I ordered breakfast the next morning to put a deposit down in order to cover any potential charges. And the room service team was completely hostile and gave me the feeling or impression that I would steal the breakfast and dash away from the hotel without paying. Baring this experience once I called the front desk to explain that I would come down and pay them the required deposit the front desk agent actually shouted at me as if I was a vagrant looking for a handout, and was very insistent that I go down and pay the deposit as soon as possible. If it were not for the young lady that assisted me once I went down to settle the breakfast charge I would have checked out that very moment.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good value for money for a premium hotel apartment - It was very good. Neat and clean. Value for money. About 10 min walk from metro. Never tried the restaurant. Tower A got unobstructed creek view on one side. Tower B most likely you get city view. Still plenty of sunlight as buildings are not so close. Two supermarkets are within 5 min walk. Only issue we had is AC control which you will never understand and whatever you set it will probably go wrong.
