- Alice (10/5): Beautiful property by the water and close to all attractions - The location was perfect, it is by the water and walking distance to the cable car and old city walls. The property itself is beautiful. We had breakfast every morning that was included in the rate and it was delicious with plenty of options. We also booked a couple massage at the Spa and it was one of the best massages we've had. They also had an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room that were well maintained. Right outside the spa, there is an outdoor space by the water you can sit on their lounge chairs or dip your toes in the sea or swim if you're up for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Views were great and close enough to the old town to see anything we needed to. The only thing was the better wifi in the business centre section, I didn't use their computers and I didn't have a network adaptor on me for my laptop, the wifi strength on my laptop was down to 1 to 2 bars and affected the speed and usability, easily fixed by another access point in the area

- NASH ALVARADO (10/5): Perfect Location, Incredible Service, and Beautiful Views - The hotel is quite serene, with few visitors during our stay, which made it very relaxing. The service was incredible, we were even upgraded for free to a villa with a large balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Everyone was helpful and pleasant, and I want to give a special mention to Head Chef Marko, who provided exceptional service during breakfast, offering a great selection of local and international dishes. I cant thank him enough for making our stay extra special. The in-house restaurant was also fantastic, the Medallion Steak is highly recommended. The sauna, steam room, pool, and jacuzzi are wonderful amenities, we have used it after a long day of walk in the city. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience! None

After a stressful car issue in Bosnia forced me to change my plans abruptly and head to Dubrovnik instead of Kotor, the hotel welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. From the moment I stepped in until the moment I checked out, the service was flawless. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and stocked with all the amenities you’d ever need plus thoughtful extras. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt clean, premium, and well-maintained. I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the Dubrovnik coastline, and it was absolutely worth it. Sitting outside with a view of the Old Town and the endless horizon was truly special. The bathroom was also generous in size, with a large bathtub perfect for soaking after a long day of exploring. Morning breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that tasted just as good as they looked. The location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s an easy and pleasant walk to and from Old Town, making it convenient yet still peaceful. I highly recommend Hotel Excelsior to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Ispunili su svaku našu želju, ponekad i malo neobičnu. Wifi je odličan. Negativne strane su zanemarive: nema dodatnih sadržaja, ali pored gradskih zidina mi ni ne trebaju. Parking nije natkriven, ali je besplatan i nije nam problem.

It was my birthday and the staff put a cake in the room, which was really thoughtful. It rained a lot in our last day and for some reason there was a bit of a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Also, I was expecting the indoor pool to be warmer (not a big issue). Other than that, all wonderful, an unforgettable experience (especially the view!)

Das Wellness und Spa Angebot haben wir voll ausgenutzt. Das Restaurant hatte nur eine bestimmten Anzahl von Gerichten da die Saison Anfang November schon vorbei ist.

Our room had a balcony with open views straight out on to the Adriatic! It was a shame that the only restaurant available for an evening meal was Fine Dining so we only used that option once. We found wonderful places to eat at more affordable places in the city.

- Jean-Louis (10/5): Hôtel exceptionnel pour découvrir Dubrovnik dans les meilleures conditions possibles - L’hôtel est superbe et nos chambres vraiment exceptionnelles avec une terrasse spacieuse, et une vue incroyable sur la mer et Dubrovnik. L’emplacement est également fabuleux car il permet d’être en-dehors de l’agitation du centre-ville, tout en pouvant s’y rendre en 15 minutes via une promenade très agréable en bord de mer. Un autre atout que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, c’est la facilité d’utilisation du parking grâce à des voituriers très compétents et sympathiques, comme tout le personnel de façon plus générale.
