Good size rooms and comfortable bed. Room wasn’t serviced much and when it was they didn’t clear away dirty cups and glasses. Had to keep asking for coffee pods and water, and even toilet roll. Didn’t go to breakfast much as standard wasn’t great and I was badly burned on the wall of the toaster. On second night they said the hotel served no alcohol, but on the final night there was a sign on the bar about beer. No information available about eating options or facilities - staff did not seem to believe that hotel info wasn’t on my TV. Aircon was very noisy. Toilet was very noisy and not working properly on the first night. Was staying for work and will not book again, and will also tell colleagues to avoid it.

We placed used bottles on the floor so they could be taken away, but housekeeping only removed the hotel’s own bottles. Other empty bottles were left in the room and not cleared. This level of cleaning does not feel very professional and was disappointing, especially as we were staying with a child and expected a higher standard of cleanliness.

The breakfast had a great variety to accommodate everyone and the staff were always hospitable! Great location, walking distance to central area but away from the busy crowds. Convenience shops nearby. Great pool & gym which were both quiet. N/A
- kokwah (6/5): Still the best Swiss Garden experience I always remembered - Location is excellent. The room is clean and comfortable. I have been staying at Swiss Garden before it become Grand Mercure. I have tried to stay at Swiss Garden as often as I can over the years when I visited KL. It is excellent in term of value for money. Now since renamed Grand Mercure everything is still the same for example the swimming pool and gym but the hotel rates have increased. They just put a new coat of paint to justify their hotel rates.

- azreen (4/5): Not going to repeat. - None. Not worth for money i pay so much ard RM500++ for 1 night and no lift at parking to go lobby, i request for city view to see fireworks but they didnt gve my request, i request for glass and they give me mug. Not much variety food for room service. Swimming pool so small and limited place to sit. Sory but i wont repeat to stay here.
