- Suewatanakul (9/5): Couldn’t ask for a more perfect stay in Venice. - The location is gold — a few blocks from San Marco square — close to main attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops. Recently renovated. The hotel is super clean. I stayed during May 2026. There’s an elevator so you don’t save to carry your suitcases up the stairs. Wifi signal is a bit unstable but they are working on it. Walls are not 100% noise proof but I manage to get a really good sleep after a long day so cannot really complain.

- Carole (8/5): Fabulous location, helpful staff, reasonable value for money. - Nicolas was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, just an easy couple of minutes walk to San Marco, plus a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby and you can get a gondola right on the doorstep. The breakfast was good. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows were a bit flat. The bathroom could probably do with an update, but it was perfectly clean and tidy.

- Amy (7/5): The hotel was good value and in a great location. - The hotel is in a great location, staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was nice. I think the hotel could have offered a bigger selection of fruit and vegetables for breakfast. Also there was shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom but no hair conditioner, which would have been really handy. We didn't bring any with us as we were only visiting for a couple of days, so had to buy some at the supermarket.

Front Reception gent was very informative and born in Venice, so had lots of tips and recommendations. Short walk to the Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square. Great value for money, but I booked months out. Also, has a lift. Watch the front door. Heavy and slams loud I found! Apologies if I scared the neighbours! Highly recommend. Enjoy!

- Ute (4/5): Mitten in Venedig aber nicht schön - Wir konnten schlafen und wir konnten duschen. Es gab eine Klimaanlage und einen Fahrstuhl im Haus. Das Personal musste man erst rufen wenn man etwas wollte, jeden Morgen beim Frühstück zum Beispiel. Auch am Empfang war gähnende Leere. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick oder auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer auf den Hinterhof mit Blick in andere Fenster von einer Pizzeria und deren Personal. Die Gardienen am Fenster gingen nur teilweise zu schließen da ein Teil herunter gerissen war. Der Fernseher war nicht zu benutzen da in der Fernbedienung leere Batterien waren und diese trotz Aufforderung auch nicht ausgetauscht wurden. Die Fernbedienung liegt wahrscheinlich jetzt noch an der Rezeption. Im Bad hatte das Waschbecken einen Riss von ca. 30 cm. Den Fön konnte man gar nicht benutzen da der Schlauch so stark gerissen war das keine Luft mehr vorn ankam. Die Ansaugung der Klimaanlage war derart verdreckt das wir uns kaum getraut haben diese einzuschalten. Und das alles für einen total überteuerten Preis.

- PATRICIA (8/5): Hôtel sympa - La proximité de la place san marco . Hôtel très bien situé à 50 mètres d un magasin spécialisé ds le tiramisu. Le personnel sympa. Hôtel très propre. Changement des serviettes tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner faut attendre pour le café car la personne s occupe de deux étages . Le petit dej se trouve sur l étage où vs avez votre chambre. Le café pas top. Oeuf dur charcuterie fromage croissant il y avait de tout. Mais ce n' est pas là profusion.

- Karen (10/5): - The staff were so nice and helpful. The location central, but busy. The breakfasts and breakfast service were great. The room was comfortable but the matress was hard. It could have used a memory foam topper. The lights in the room were inadequate. I needed to use a headlap to read. I'd say the lights were an issue; the room was dim. But overall I liked it alot.
- Guest (8/5): Convenient, clean, and a good value in an expensive city. - Everything was very clean and maid service was great. The breakfast was good and provided a nice variety. I interacted with 4 staff and all were very pleasant and helpful. My room looked into a back-of -buildings area, and the shutters and heavy drapes kept out all noise and light. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having the option to use 2 blankets; I'd just been in neighboring countries and was frustrated by having only a heavy duvet that was always too warm. The location was perfect- a 5-minute walk to Piazza San Marco but just off the flow of tourists. There were 3 restaurants on the same short street and a lovely restaurante very near. The bathroom was small and very tight. To close the door to reach the toilet, I had to lean into the shower stall, and I'm a relatively small person. A large person couldn't have functioned in that room.

In one room, the sink was broken, and in another, there was no water pressure at the sink, the shower didn’t work properly, the curtains were cut and detached at the top, and the carpet was stained and very dirty. Although I booked accommodation at Ca’ del Campo, I was placed in another hotel that seemed to belong to it. I have stayed at Ca’ del Campo before, but the conditions were different. It was a disappointment.

Si sviluppa in verticale collegato da un comodo ascensore ma senza hall e spazi comuni, ad eccezione della piccola reception e della sala colazione. Camere curate e pulite, nel mio caso anche con una bella vista Un po' più di gentilezza e organizzazione nella sala colazione non guasterebbero

Além disso, o depósito de bagagens tbm foi muito útil Estávamos em quarto triplo e achamos tanto o colchão da cama de casal, como da cama de solteiro, duros, o que é uma pena pelo padrão do hotel. Além disso, as cortinas eram longas a ponto de cobrirem a saída do ar condicionado, o que em dias mais quentes pode ser um ponto negativo

- Jana28 (8/5): Wunderbares Venedig - Zentrales schönes Hotel direkt an einem Kanal und unweit vom Markusplatz. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Betten bequem. Trotz der zentralen Lage konnten wir ruhig und gut schlafen. Alles okay.

- Rosario (3/5): Emplacement top c’est tout - La proximité de san Marco Le petit déjeuné moyen, peu de choix peu de table, jus on dirait que c’est de l’eau. Les matelas déplorable avec ressort qu’on s’en très bien , wifi qui ne fonctionne que dans une partie de l’appartement. Coffre fort indisponible, il n’avait plus les clefs et aucune autre solution possible.

- Bradley (10/5): Charming, well-located hotel with traditional Venetian touches and good breakfast. - Very prime location close to Saint Mark’s but *just* far enough away to be a little removed from the worst of the crowds. I appreciated the old-world Venetian style of my room—deep, rich blue hues and floral designs. I might add the AC worked very well, too. And the breakfast was especially tasty with a different cake option available on my two mornings. Take the stairs with care—not an issue for me, but they might be tricky to navigate for those used to American hotels.
