• Christoph (6/5): Zweck erfüllt - Frühstück war gut, nicht überdurchschnittlich, aber von allem etwas da. geräumiges Parkhaus, Genügend Platz. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. bei einem Zimmerpreis von über 200 Euro wäre ein Bademantel und Haus-/Badesschuhe bnicht zuviel verlang gewesen

• Frank (6/5): - Die Lage ist top um alles in Berlin Mitte erlaufen zu können. Das Zimmer, insbesondere der Sanitärbereich braucht dringend eine Modernisierung. Altbackene Ausstattung und Schimmel in den Fugen ist ein für mich bei diesem Preis und einem vier Sterne Hotel ein NoGo.

Location is great: if you like walking, all major sites are within walking distance (Alexanderplatz, Berliner Dom, the museum island, even Bradenburg Gate if you don't mind a longer walk down the Unter den Linden). But if you prefer the metro, the station is just around the corner and you can go anywhere easily. Nikolaiviertel is also close by, worth checking it out.

• Сергей (10/5): - Путешествовали всей семьёй. Нам в Новотеле понравилось всё. Местоположение. С одной стороны центр города, с другой, окна номера выходят в большой двор. Утром встречает не шум, летящего по магистрали транспорта, а лучи Солнца и пение птиц. Рядом, с одной стороны хороший супермаркет, а с другой - станция метро. До Адександер платц пешком 10 минут. В номере прекрасная шумо- и свето изоляция. Номер достаточно просторный (для троих места хватает, точно). Удобный диван и просторная кровать с хорошим матрасом. Спина была довольна! В номере имеются все заявленные удобства и оборудование. Отличная сантехника. Белоснежное бельё, поскрипывающее от чистоты. Ребята на стойке регистрации и персонал ресторана выше всяких похвал. Завтрак в отеле - это отдельная песня. Всё очень вкусное, свежеприготовленное. Большой выбор блюд и напитков. Хороший, крепкий кофе. В лобби можно попить воды, есть "микро"маркет, правда дороговато. Если ещё буем в Берлине, обязательно остановимся в Новотеле Митте Берлин. Малый срок нашего пребывания здесь. А если серьёзно, в Парижском Новотеле Монпарнас на каждом этаже был замечательный фильтр для питьевой воды. Надеялись, что в Берлине будет тоже самое. Может быть, когда-нибудь и Берлинский тоже оснастят этой замечательной установкой.

No dejaba hablar y respondía sin amabilidad a un par de preguntas respecto al desayuno o check out. Hablar varios idiomas no significa ser grosera o no amable con los clientes. No tiene profesionalismo para tratar los clientes. Había pelos cúbicos en la regadera y en el asiento del sanitario eso fue asqueroso por eso nos fuimos en menos de 2 horas .. un rembolso hubiera sido adecuado

• Horacio (8/5): Viajamos con mi esposa y mi hijo de 11 años. Alquilamos bicicletas a escasos 300 metros del hotel. Nos movimos por todo - Ubicación inmejorable. Podes cenar en el mismo hotel. Tenés agua, platos y vasos en planta baja q puedes llevar a la habitación Cama muy confortable. Excelente poder desayunar en la habitación. Tenés un supermercado pequeño a escasos 50 metros donde hay de todo y a muy buenos precios. Hotel cómodo y práctico y silencioso. Excelente relación precio/calidad Excelente relación precio calidad. REGRESARÍA A HOSPEDARME SIN DUDARLO.
