Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Frühstück gab es nur in der süßen Variante. Top Lage – Metro, Züge und Busse direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war ganz okay, aber eine Auswahl an nicht-süßen Sachen wäre gut. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleines Detail.

• Simone (10/5): - *"Perfect base for exploring Naples!"* ⭐⭐ Stayed at Ideal City Walker Hotel for 1 night and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s right near Naples Central Station and all the main tour meeting points, so everything was super easy to get to. Tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance, too, no need for taxis. The staff made the stay. Everyone was so welcoming and always smiling, and a special shoutout to *Mia* who went above and beyond to help us with directions and recommendations. The hotel itself smells amazing as soon as you walk in, and it’s kept really clean and comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed, good variety, and the breakfast staff were just as friendly and helpful as the front desk. Great value, great location, great people. Would 100% stay again when I’m back in Naples.

• Markku (8/5): Onnistunut loma, hinta-laatu suhde kohdallaan. - Aamiainen oli riittävä ja monipuolinen. Sijainti hotellilla on aivan mahtava, mikäli teet päivän matkoja pitkin maakuntaa. Juna ja metro asemat aivan muutaman minuutin kävelyn päässä, samoin tarvittavat pikkukaupat ja apteekki aivan muutaman sadan metrin sisällä. Sopivan tasokkaita ravintoloita samoin koko aukion reuna täynnä. Ja henkilökunta neuvoi vielä lisää paikallisia ruokapaikkoja. Hieman puutteelinen wc varustelu, henkilökohtaisesti kaipasin bidettä, jota ei ollut huoneessamme ja suihkussa käsisuihku olisi helpottanut peseytymistä kun olisi voinut suorittaa pikku peseytymistä.

• Helen C (8/5): A convenient budget hotel - This is a budget hotel, in a good location to access tourist sites on foot and to access the train station and airport for onwards travel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were on the first floor and the rooms were quite noisy from early morning onwards. Better double glazing would improve this.

You are at the Piazza Garibaldi.No need to worry about taxi or bus once you reach the center. The Staffs are super helpful. The room is pretty decent There is no lift . However the hotel warned me about non availability of lift after booking. Since the room was located in the first floor I was ok. The staff were happy to help with the luggage if required.

Metropolitana vicinissima per raggiungere velocemente ogni parte della citta'. La cortesia del personale. Tutti molto gentili. Migliorerei l'insonorizzazzione delle camere. Un ascensore sarebbe il top se si hanno delle valigie ingombranti e pesanti anche se non sono tantissimi gli scalini da fare ma per persone anziane e' comunque un disagio.

• JoxMania (8/5): Perfect hotel for a short stay - The staff was really friendly, it was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The location was perfect - just next to the main bus and train station. 3 things 1. The rooms are really really small, so if you are 2 people in the room, it get quite tricky to move in it. This is not an inconvenience if you are alone. 2. The pillows are super big and high, so it makes it really uncomfortable to sleep and provokes a lot of neck pain. 3. The shower is fixed above your head which makes it impossible to shower without getting your hair wet at leats a bit, and it´s so difficult for women to shower properly.

• Nathaly (9/5): - The staff was very nice and helpful, the location is the center, next to the central train station, making it easier to move around and visit other interesting places around. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Everything was easy to reach by foot and public transport. The staff helps you store your luggage if you arrive before the check-in or if you have a later departure. I recommend this place !

• Felix (9/5): - Good hotel at a very fair price point. It is somewhat basic, but everything was very clean and in good condition. All staff members I interacted with were particularly friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly rich and tasty. Located right next to the main railway station, it is definitely not in the quietest part of the town. The sound was fine for me, at least with earplugs. But if you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the right place for you.

• Kevin (1/5): Avoid. Changed hotel after one hour. - Room was horrible, customer service was the worst, I had to check out after 1h and go to another hotel nearby. I used to stay regularly in this hotel and it was decent. Things have changed. There was a mixup about the bed size so I ended up with a very small one person bed in a tiny room when I had booked a Twin bed. There was mold in the clothes basket in the bathroom and everything was uncomfortable. No fridge, no water, no coffee. Federica at reception was horrible, some young, entitled girl who spent her time screaming everything was my fault and there was no way they would reimburse or help me in any way. She kept on yelling a twin bed and a single bed are the same, not much I could say to that. This would have been the worst customer service ever if some Nicola guy (no idea if he is the manager or the cleaning lady) did not start harassing me on WhatsApp and have a tantrum about getting a bad review until I had to block him when he started threatening me. In the end I checked out after 1h and booked something else much better and cheaper a few meters from there. Stay far, there are plenty other options in the area and they are all better.

Mancanza del bidet. Dicono che noi italiani siamo ossessionati dal bidet però, avendo vissuto l'esperienza in prima persona, non credo più alla storiella "tanto poi si fa la doccia". Non è la stessa cosa, soprattutto se nella doccia non c'è neanche un doccino, che di solito serve per le parti intime. Inoltre penso che qualsiasi straniero venuto in Italia abbia sempre apprezzato il bidet, soprattutto le donne in alcuni periodi del mese. Infine "lamento" la presenza di un solo cuscino! In un 3 stelle ci dovrebbe essere un cuscino più duro e un altro più morbido.

Son point fort est l accueil qui a été très chaleureux et sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix avec un petit déjeuner très honorable. Bref un hôtel pratique et fonctionnel . Étant donné le prix peu élevé pour le centre ville il faut accepter que la taille de la salle de bain soit très petite et qu il n' y ait pas d ascenseur.
