Der Sessel war verschmutzt und die Heizkörper waren ebenso nicht schön, im Badezimmer verrostet und abgeblättert, im Wohnzimmer total verstaubt innen.

- Iryna (1/5): - Ничего не понравилось! Это самый ужасный отель, в котором мне приходилось останавливаться. Фото на Booking совершенно не соответствуют реальности. В номере очень грязно: грязное постельное бельё, полотенца, подушки, неприятный запах из туалета. На одной из кроватей вообще не было подушки и постельных принадлежностей. Когда я обратилась на рецепцию, мне сначала сказали, что других подушек нет, и предложили спать без неё. Позже дали подушку, но она оказалась грязной и практически пустой внутри. Коммуникация с персоналом — ноль. На просьбы помочь никто нормально не реагирует. Кроме того, атмосфера в отеле очень неприятная и небезопасная, особенно если вы путешествуете с ребёнком. Ночью постоянный шум, крики, беготня, пьяные люди. Разговаривала с другой посетительницей, которая живёт там уже около недели, и она сказала, что здесь регулярно происходят драки и постоянно находятся пьяные люди. Мы практически не спали всю ночь. Никому не советую этот отель.

Фотографії на booking відредаговані, все дуже занедбане, не приємний запах, фото надам, можливо вони не передають атмосферу, але ви зможете порівняти з тим, що представлено на сайті … Там проживають люди, не туристи, які пʼють під вікнами, шумлять, кричать, вночі вибивають двері… Мені з двома дітьми було страшно, старший син взагалі не міг заснути, нам вночі прийшлось йти на рецепцію, щоб вони щось зробили….

Materassi comodi, lenzuola pulite, pulizie giornaliere e cambio asciugamani sostenibile. Asciugacapelli in bagno. Distributori automatici di bevande, snack e caffè a piano terra vano ascensore. Praticamente a pochi metri dalla metro U bahn fermata Bulöstrasse. Con mezz'ora di comoda passeggiata si arriva alla porta di Brandeburgo. Non ho fatto colazione, non posso dare una valutazione. Il prezzo della camera è stato ottimo. Eravamo in due e ci hanno dato una tripla, piuttosto ampia e confortevole. Check-in e checkout veloci e semplici. Ci tornerei! Il bagno era piccolissimo, un po' stretto per persone corpulente. Non sono fornite cuffie per la doccia o set di cortesia, solo sapone doccia e shampoo. In camera non c'è il frigo né bollitore per tè. Le tende oscuranti fanno filtrare comunque un po' di luce, se amate svegliarvi tardi di mattina.

- Chantal Anna (2/5): Extreme Rücken und Körper,schmerzen und kein sicheres Gefühl - Eigentlich nur die Lage Hab extreme Schmerzen in jedem einzelnen Körperteil bekommen, weil in den Matratzen extrem die Federn abstehn und da huckel sind, dreckig, überall Farbe abge geblättert. Das erste Mal wurde Sonntag früh um acht an meiner Tür geklopft vom Personal was gar nicht geht um diese Zeit an einem Sonntag und leider wurden noch zwei weitere Male an dem Tag geklopft und beim dritten Mal sind die einfach reinkommen trotz mehrmaligen Nein, am nächsten Tag auch wieder zweimal im 30 Minuten Abstand

- Tezcan (3/5): - Die zentrale Lage und die Nähe an der U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle. Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Teppichboden der war so dreckig und fleckig. Das Badezimmer sehr veraltet die Heizung total verrostet. Die Kissen ausgelutscht. Die ganzen Bilder im Netz haben nichts mit den realen Bildern zu tun. Ich glaube wenn man das Hotel ein bisschen renovieren würde wäre es ganz toll. Vorallem die Teppiche eckelhaft.

- kedist (5/5): Dirty room, misleading photos, poor service—eventually resolved after complaints. - The location was good for what we were doing. We were checked into a room that was absolutely filthy. The carpet was extremely dirty, the bedside lamp was stained, the pillows looked unclean, and the bathroom heater was rusty with peeling paint. I had to complain to the staff and request a different room. I was shown another room, but it was no better. I was then left waiting while they made a phone call. I pointed out to reception that the room looked nothing like the images shown on Booking.com. This led to an argument before they finally agreed to move us to a room that was at least decent enough to sleep in. And they attempted to take out €40 for breakfast we never had.

Sehr viele Flecken und abgelaufen. Das Sofa ebenfalls fleckig und nicht schön anzusehen. Das Bad hätte ebenfalls sauberer sein können. Staub überall. Das Licht im Zimmerflur hat geflackert.

Bad komplett Badewanne total Kriminell Man fühlt sich wegen altes Teppichboden vergiftet. Nicht mal Ein Glas Wasser oder Kocher da. Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.. Es war ein bisschen billig zum Vergleich anderen aber nachdem ich gesehen habe dass alles so katastrophal ist dann sage ich auch zu teuer. Nie mehr wieder.
