Breakfast—the coffee shop on the ground floor serves a great breakfast, with an outdoor patio for warm weather.
Location—terrific, in a nice part of downtown with good restaurants nearby Beds. The beds are just a mattress on a slightly raised platform. They are comfortable but too low to the ground, and the platform extends well beyond the mattress, creating a tripping hazard especially at night.
- Makenzi (8/5): - I was impressed with the overall vibe and aesthetic of this hotel, the scent once you enter the hotel was very pleasing! Loved the rooftop pool and bar, you get such amazing LA views up there! The rooms were nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful:) The parking is expensive and the overall layout of the room was not my favorite. There isn't a formal bed frame and it's basically a mattress on a raised floor, however considering everything else it wasn't too much of a downside.

- Meabh (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - The room was very spacious , front desk staff really nice & friendly One night we went up to the bar to get a drink &maybe some food - the host looked us up and down in disgust which made us extremely uncomfortable, he asked did we want a table while looking us up and down we felt uncomfortable and decided to take our drinks back to the room & order food .
Our room wasn’t cleaned or asked if we wanted towels , we had put our food from night one outside the room door ( so it wouldn’t stink out the room) it was still there when we were checking out .. meaning no staff were on the room floors over them two days ..
the bathroom felt a bit grubby as well ,
Was charged for a movie I did not purchase & I wouldn’t personally stay in this area again , the hotel downstairs lobby is lovely and modern however when you get to the room floors it gives American horror story vibes it’s very creepy
- Aurora (10/5): Great attention to detail. - Great atmosphere, the breakfast spot was yummy, the workers were super nice, the room was spacious; and the hotel gym had fully functional and well maintained equipment.
- Katie (7/5): - The staff was nice enough, the room was comfortable but the bathroom frosted glass shower wall was not ideal. The one meal we got at the hotel was only ok and was exceptionally expensice for the quality. Also the service was very slow.
- marie (10/5): - Situation personnelle difficile prise en charge par l’établissement

- Aksungur (7/5): O paraya daha ,yi olabilir di - Kahvaltı idare eder. Eski otel. Daha temiz ve bakımlı olabilir.
- Galina (3/5): Convenient downtown location, but poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and safety concerns made the stay uncomfortabl - The property is located in Downtown Los Angeles, which is convenient. However, once you step outside, there are many homeless individuals in the area, which makes the surroundings feel less appealing. I was very disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The cleanliness was poor, and the overall maintenance did not meet expectations. The staff came across as unprofessional, and housekeeping was frequently loud in the hallways, making it difficult to rest or sleep.
Additionally, I did not feel safe. There was a man in a nearby building who appeared to be taking photos toward our windows, which made the experience very uncomfortable and unsettling. Overall, the situation felt unacceptable and concerning.
- Elizabeth (5/5): Amazing view was had, but dirty room and expensive food. - I loved how I walked in, it smelt very pleasant and did not smell like a dirty location. I also liked that they were very accommodating to any needs that my family needed especially since we traveled with our 4 month old. Seeing the pictures of the room you booked and expecting what you booked and when walking in, it was nothing like what I booked. At the check in I got a so called “upgrade”. However, I walked in and there was stains on the carpet, eyelash left by the shower blind, broken blinds, and the glass that was supposed to be there to separate the bathroom to bedroom was no longer there and had curtains instead which was ugly and not what I was expecting. The tile was all nasty and I’m sure it was moldy looking as well.
- Noelle (1/5): NEVER stay here again!!! If I could have left and gotten a refund I would have!! - Able too reserve with short notice The trash was full when we arrived, the shower was actually located inside the bedroom, it was HORRIBLE
There were black hairs in our 'clean' bed

- sansan (5/5): Well below a 4 star hotel stay. - Bed was comfortable The photos really don't reflect how rundown this place feels. Everything feels old, windows are paper thin, glass partition between room and shower is awkward. Our room also wasn't cleaned despite putting the Please Do tag on our door.

- Zuzana (9/5): - I had an amazing experience staying @ Delphi DT LA :). The location of the hotel is great - central DT, with a subway stop nearby. Felt pretty safe as a woman walking around; the staff at the reception has been super helpful, the room was spacious and the bed was really comfy! Overall a really great value for the price in LA DT! Loved it! Maybe I was missing a kettle in my room, however, I cannot think of many other things to improve!
- Christopher (10/5): This is now my fourth stay at the Delphic - Staff are amazing and so hospitable Nothing. Everything is always letter
- tzlil (4/5): -
- harold craig (10/5): top-notch room, friendly knowledgeable staff, great for downtown stay - The room was excellent: modern, with everything that one expects in a good hotel, down to details such as the location of the light over the bathroom lavatory (in my case optimal for shaving) and the location of electrical outlets (these things are often less than optimal even in upscale hotels). The desk staff was very helpful, including calling me a taxi to the airport in the early morning. I stress that this service, once routine in hotels, can no longer be counted upon. The location is also very good, but would for some guests of my age have the issue that some things like the Disney Concert Hall and the Broad museum are up a quite steep hill. Above all, there was a problem with my original reservation, due to some error by Expedia. So I made a second, last-minute reservation. When I examined carefully my final bill, I realized that the Delphi had charged me only for my first reservation (part of a package), not the inevitably costlier (though still reasonable) second one. In my extensive travel experience, this is an extraordinary generosity by a hotel. The Delphi had no obligation to do this. I certainly will book here again any time I stay in downtown LA. Nothing!
- Stephen (8/5): Worth it for the location and rooftop. - Location is excellent for a DTLA stay, close to downtown restaurants, bars, museums, music center, etc. Hotel's common areas are nicely designed, and the rooftop with its pool, bar, and restaurant is a lovely feature. Staff was friendly and professional. There was absolutely no sound proofing between the room and outside, such that frequent sirens and loud vehicles were disturbing. (Sounds from the hallway and other rooms were never a problem.) As for the room itself, the platform bed was too low to the floor, difficult to get in and out of, and inconvenient.
- Ovadia (10/5): -
- Frederick (10/5): - The room was nice and comfortable. I liked the view. The roof top bar was very nice. The breakfast Denae's was great.
- Patrisia (10/5): - Everything about this hotel is pretty much perfect. I love staying here. There’s nothing not to like everything’s good
- Corea (10/5): -
- Lucia (8/5): - La camera era spaziosa La colazione, troppo tempo di attesa,la Signora allaccoglienza non proprio simpatica.La colazione non a buffet e poco soddisfacente, era tutto molto ristretto anche le marmellate.
- Pietrzak (10/5): -
- Kim (3/5): After checking in I couldn't wait to leave. - The location. The rooms are horrible. Dirty disgusting carpet, bed on a platform that extends the size of the bed so getting up in the middle of the night for anything is dangerous. bathroom is so outdated it comes off dirty. I was there for business so needed to work in my room, and it's a plastic chair for that purpose.
- Ian (10/5): -
- Angela (8/5): Modern accommodation in downtown LA. - The property had every facility (diner, large room and bathroom, lounge bar and cafe, luggage storage, pool, rooftop bar etc) we needed with a modern touch.
Large room and bathroom.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel is a short uber drive to Union Street Station. The rooftop bar and pool was closed for a function after 5pm. Access to the pool was via a service lift as the main escalator and lift to the pool was out of action.
The carpet and walls were a little tired looking.

- Eleanor (9/5): Would stay again! - Nice and central! Lovely staff! staff were so accomodating when we had issues with a suitcase that was delayed. Held onto it for us until we returned from our day out
- Victoriano (3/5): - We went for the pool, they had an event that was booked month ahead closing the pool … non of that was communicated with us. The only reason we went was to use the pool Let us know before hand it was closed before serving
- JUDITH (10/5): It was a great experience wish I could went to the pool but maybe next time😁 - Very convenient, your hotel has everything convent for their people, stores walking distance, restaurant too, also shopping for jewelry, every room has a great view of the city especially at night The rooms by the elevator maybe a little noise but nor bad
- isaiah (10/5): -
- Gary (10/5): -
- Khamille (10/5): -
- Orlando (5/5): It's well located but not worth the price, not safe and terrible front desk customer service. - The rooftop swimming pool and restaurant we're very nice. We were told cleaning was on a daily basis which was not true. We were later told and in a very rude manner it was every two days. A women in the entrance, not sure it was the manager but she was rude every single time. We had supper at the bar and the bartender barely knows his menu, was not helpful at all, very mediocre.
There was an incident where a homeless guy entered our elevator and everyone freaked out and had to push himn out, not safe at all!
- William Gomes (9/5): - Gostei do quarto e do chuveiro com água forte e água quente instantânea. Achei o café da manhã caro, mas até aí tudo bem. Quer café barato? Va procurar na padaria :)

- helene (8/5): Great base to explore LA - Eye good location, safe close to shops restaurants and transport hubs. Rooftop with swimming pool makes a nice add on. The rooms and bathrooms are really spacious. Nothing, would recommend.
- Thompson (10/5): -
- Raoul (7/5): Feels a bit rund down but not too bad for the price. - The decor was very nice. The bathroom was large and very boutique like. The surrounding area at night seems sketchy and dangerous. The roof top restaurant was bland.
- James (8/5): Very helpful front desk. -
- Michaela (9/5): We had amazing time, the location is really perfect (city center). All people were super nice! - Great location & nice people 😊 Not the best housekeeping

- Ross (9/5): Pleasant stay - Nice room staff were great Downtown LA a bit rough
- Ramatoulaye (4/5): - Good location Very unsanitary
- Lennie (7/5): -
- Seara (10/5): We stayed a night here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I let the hotel know a head of time and they had little desser - Easy check in and out. Also the walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The parking fee
