- Patricia (9/5): Unkompliziert und mit dem gewissen Etwas an Komfort - Auf dem Zimmer gibt es eine Nespresso-Maschine und es werden genügend Kapseln zur Verfügung gestellt, ferner war die Mini-Bar gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen, viel Auswahl, klar gegliedert, die Eierspeisen wurden "live" zubereitet. Eigentlich war alles gut. Die Zimmer sind hell und von der Einrichtung eher nüchtern, weniger gemütlich. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Las instalaciones son buenas, las habitaciones grandes y tanto la climatización como la insonorización de la habitación están muy bien. Tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar del room service y estuvo genial el servicio, muy puntual y desayuno muy variado. Ubicación muy buena. Repetiré sin duda! En este caso, estuve en una habitación acondicionada para personas con movilidad reducida. Por ello, el baño era más grande pero la ducha no tenía mampara, solo tenía cortina por lo que el agua se salía de la ducha y podía resultar un poco incómodo porque se mojaba todo el suelo del baño.

Das Zimmer sehr leise im Innenhof Dank sehr guter Fenster. Zentral gelegen man kann eigentlich alles zu Fuß ablaufen. Es gibt von unserer Seite nix zu Beanstanden.

- Mary Beth (8/5): The room was comfy.the shower head was great, but I wish employees were more welcoming. - The room was clean, the shower head was great and we loved that the windows opened to ventilate the room. Loved that the room had coffee pods and a tea kettle. Check-in staff were good, but not great. I'm not sure we felt welcomed when we came in and out. I wish breakfast was included. I think you should leave room in the fridge for our own bottles and cans.

- Nevena (10/5): great hotel, just ask for a room that is not near the S bahn - The hotel room is great, spacious with very comfort beds and big bathroom. we were lucky to get the room that is oriented oposite to S bahn as the S bahn station is near hotel. The hotel is right next to the S bahn station so the rooms that are looking to S bahn are probably very noisy, however we were lucky to get the rooms oriented oposit to S bahn

- Rolf-Werner (8/5): Für ein Wochenede in der Großstadt ideal - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage am Bahnhof Friedrichstraße , Friedrichstadtpalast, Museumsinsel... sehr zentral. Dafür muss man etwas Lärm von der Straße in Kauf nehmen. Die Fugen im Bad müssten erneuert werden.

- Sezin (9/5): Great stay - Special thanks to Zehra. She is amazingly helpful and a nice person. I liked mainly everything about the hotel. Clean, nice entry smell, big rooms, comfortable beds. Very good location to reach any destination easily. I havent tried breakfast. Cannot comment.

- Go02703826018 (10/5): Spring Time in Berlin - We had a fantastic stay at the NH Collection Berlin. The hotel is in a perfect location with excellent transport links nearby, including trams, the underground, bus stops, and the train station, which made getting around Berlin extremely easy. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy throughout, with modern and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Berlin.

Personale attento e cortese. il bagno comune al primo piano non sempre era impeccabile. La camera con affaccio sulla strada ove transitano mezzi pubblici e con la presenza dei binari ferroviari a breve distanza, pur essendo al terzo non era silenziosissima ma comunque dopo le 23,00 non c'erano rumori tali da impedire il riposo.

Lo staff disponibile e con una soluzione sempre pronta Un lato dell'hotel è attaccato alla stazione ferroviaria e le camere non son ben isolate. Pertanto risulta difficile dormire la notte dato che i treni viaggiano fino dalle 5 della mattina fino alle 3 della notte.

Las instalaciones bien. El único inconveniente, aunque para mí no lo fué, es que el tren pasa muy cerca de algunas habitaciones y tal vez pueda molestar al sueño.

- Lumir (9/5): Für eine Business Reise finde ich das Angebot super und ausgewogen. - Im Frühstücksraum ist es großzügig und ich hatte das Glück, dass nicht zu viele Gäste zu dem Zeitpunkt gefrühstückt haben. Den Fitnessraum probiere ich beim nächsten Mal.

Avevamo chiesto una camera silenziosa,invece ne abbiamo avuta una direttamente sui binari. Non siamo riusciti a riposare. Ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto farlo presente, peccato che lo avessimo.fatto, ma nessuno ne ha tenuto conto. Bagno piccolo per una camera così ampia,. Non sono mai state fatte le coperture serali, d'obbligo per questa fascia di hotel.
