• Tan (9/5): - It was near enough to the old town but far enough that it's not overwhelmed by the crowd. The staff were immensely polite and welcoming and very proactive in helping guests. The rooms were extremely functional, even providing wireless charging plates for mobile phones. Nothing bad really. Price point is a little high but it's a full fledged proper hotel near the main attractions.

• Rudolf F. Thomas (5/5): Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, den Rest kann man sich schenken. - Am Frühstück haben wir nicht teilgenommen. Der Preis von (umgerechnet) 30 Euro pro Person erschien uns überhöht. Das Zimmer und seine Ausstattung. Wir wohnten in einem Spiegel- und Glaszimmer, das angeblich von einer Designerin entworfen wurde. Die gute Frau ist offenbar selbst noch nie verreist. Jeder einigermaßen informierte Mensch weiß, dass Spiegel reflektieren und für unruhigen Schlaf sorgen. Im Zimmer befand sich ein mickriger zusammenklappbarer Schemel, der als Kofferablage dienen sollte. Bleibt bei zwei Personen noch ein Koffer übrig. Wohin mit dem? Kurz: Ausstattung kaum vorhanden. Noch ein Wort zum Personal: Weniger Grinsen und weniger aufgesetztes "a happy nice Day-Gelaber" könnte mehr sein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in dem Hotel nicht.

O conforto e a limpeza, além da localização super conveniente também são dignos de nota. O café-da-manhã é excepcionalmente bom. Não se aplica. Não há reparos a fazer.

Modernes und schickes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Parken mitten im Zentrum ist wirklich klasse aber nicht für Sportwagen oder große Fahrzeuge geeignet und recht teuer.

The bed was cozy and the view was lovely and the street was quiet and the shower didn't flood the room! Free minibar refills was an added bonus and having a sauna on site is just decadent.

• Ieva (8/5): Good location and very nice hotel - The location is perfect, big room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpfull staff, I lost my room key on the street and they were very kind to provide me with a new one. There is a little bar where you can get a coffee to go or have a drink. I put towels on the floor for replacement as they indicated, after cleaning the room they were taken but not replaced with new ones. So, I had to use one towel for shower and everything else. The next day after cleaning I had new ones. I don't know why was that, maybe the cleaner forgot to replace the first time.

• Marta (8/5): Buen hotel - Hotel muy bien ubicado, se puede ir a todas partes andando. La habitación es de un buen tamano y cuenta con cafetera, albornoz, zapatillas y todo tipo de amenities. El personal fue muy simpático en todo momento. Es un hotel de diseno y bonito pero no es muy acogedor; no cuenta con un lobby en el que realmente te puedas sentar a tomar algo y sólo hay un pequeno bar en la entrada.

The location is ideal — right in the city center within walking distance of the Old Town, Charles Bridge, shops, and restaurants — yet on a quiet street, which made it very peaceful. The rooms are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a complimentary minibar refilled daily and a coffee machine, which we really appreciated. The staff truly stood out — warm, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or any requests. Breakfast was excellent, with a great mix of buffet and freshly prepared options. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Prague.

• Cvetan (7/5): Not worth the money - Spacious, comfortable, and well-designed room with plenty of natural light, in a very central location. The staff was unprofessional and poorly coordinated. Despite confirming a parking reservation in writing before arrival, we were told at check-in that no parking was available. The explanation given was that another guest may have arrived earlier or extended their stay, and that parking reservations therefore cannot be guaranteed. This directly contradicted the written confirmation we received. We were redirected to a nearby mall parking that was more expensive, with no compensation offered, and the issue was dismissed rather than taken seriously. This lack of accountability set a very negative tone for the stay.

• elizabeth (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. A special thanks to Melvin and Mohammad at reception, who were both incredibly helpful and accommodating. The General Manager, Manfred, also made a huge impression with his attentiveness and care , it really made me feel valued as a guest. Manmum at the café was lovely too, welcoming and friendly, making food even more enjoyable. Speaking of food, breakfast, it was excellent — a healthy variety of options, with freshly made bread that was especially delicious. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, starting the day perfectly. Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone. nothing

• 309angief (10/5): Stay here when visiting Prague - I had a wonderful hotel experience at Hotel Josef in Prague. The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were awesome. So welcoming, and accommodating. It had a very chill vibe. My room was extremely spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The breakfast was...amazing! So many healthy food options, that included a juicer with a variety of fruits and vegetables that guests could choose from. They also restocked the mini fridge (non-alcoholic drinks) daily, and it was all complimentary which is unheard of from my experience. The main staff person managing the cafe/bar was the best!

The rooms are lovely, modern and comfortable. Only negative is the step in the bathroom. Breakfast is fantastic, very satisfying, and the service also there is wonderful. We will definitely come back

• a3ny (10/5): Everything was great - The location was great with a lot of attractions (Old Town, Powder Tower, Charles Bridge) within walking distance. The staff was super nice and friendly - we were travelling for our 30th wedding anniversary and they had a bottle of wine and cake waiting for us in our room. Facilities and rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - there was a menu of "to order" items and everything was delicious! This hotel was a great value for what it had to offer. Extra shoutout to MJ and Mohammed for being extra nice! Would stay here again!
• saracZ4646PA (10/5): Perfect Prague Hotel - This is a great hotel! The location is excellent, but the property is still quiet. Our room was fairly spacious and the bed was comfortable. They refill the mini-bar daily (but no alcohol). The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and we had a nice balcony.

• W8868HYashleyg (2/5): Hotel Josef or Motel 6 ? - Husband got bit by bed bugs. It was only after we saw the bites that we checked the mattress. I pulled up the sheets and We found hair and blood stains. It was horrifying. They switched us rooms but they had zero sympathy or accountability. No discount. Not even an I'm sorry . It ruined our Christmas Day because we could not sleep after this. We were sleep deprived. The man that spoke to us while we switched rooms was rude with no concern. Do not stay here.
• obmd (10/5): Modern,clean and well located - The Hotel Josef is modern and clean and very well located in the Old Town. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and accommodating. We are especially grateful to Wanda who assisted us with rooms and breakfast as well as dinner reservations. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
