• Pooja (5/5): Rooms & service nice but surprised the hotel did not mention external scaffolding! - Rooms were nice and big. I am surprised that the hotel did not even mention that the whole facade is undergoing renovation. Essentially, you open your window to scaffolding and come back to scaffolding. The hotel shouldve offered a discount and called it out as a disclaimer.

• Jakob (10/5): Great spot in Paris for a Family to visit - We were able to book at very late notice due to an Airbnb disaster and the staff were extremely proficient and able to help us out. The facilities and position were fantastic and the staff were able to help us out with any requests or advice. They even followed us up when we left something behind. Thank you for making our trip to Paris a memorable one. Shower drain had some some issued but was resolved upon request.

• Jean-Pierre (4/5): A oublier rapidement ! - Sans commentaire Seul le gardien de nuit était très sympathique et professionnel. L'hôtel était en travaux. Nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer la chambre pendant notre séjour, Inadmissible. Nous avions demandé pour plus de confort à être au dernier étage. Comble de l'ironie, les travaux étaient sur les toits. Il aurait été de bon goût de nous le signaler et de fermer ce dernier étage. Pour la deuxième nuit sur 3 de réservées, on nous a proposé de changer de chambre mais il fallait attendre la fin de matinée à l'hôtel sûrement dans le bruit des travaux pour changer de chambre. Rentrant les deux derniers soirs à 23H et préférant quitter l'hôtel le plus tôt possible pour éviter les bruits, nous sommes restés dans la même chambre Aucun geste commercial. Manager absent..... Hotel à oublier. Seul le gardien de nuit était très sympathique et professionnel.
• Deb (9/5): The location and charm of this property makes it worth it. - Primarily picked this for location which is excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were fine and clean. I was able to feel the division in the two twin beds pushed together so a little better disguising of this is in order. Breakfast was good the day I purchased it. Certainly a fair price. The edifice of the building was being worked on. Not so great. Too bad this could not have been done earlier in the year since I recommended this place to 5 other parties that booked with you. I didn't like that several of us had different prices for the rooms having booked thru booking.com....and I had the most expensive.

Il porte bien son nom! - Nous avons apprécié le questionnaire quelques jours avant d'arriver, l'accueil à la réception, la chambre et sa salle de bains, la propreté et la décoration! Bravo! Un tout petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner car j'ai connu des hôtels où c'était mieux pour le même prix. Ce serait 7/10 pour le petit-déjeuner et 10/10 pour tout le reste! Car le bruit (très ponctuel dans la rue) dans la nuit du samedi au dimanche est normal en ville!

• Selim (8/5): - The hotel's location is excellent. There are many dining and cafe options nearby. It's a 5-minute walk from the M12 metro station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and cleaned daily. Although the room was very small, the bathroom was a bit more spacious. I think it was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. It's a bit difficult for two people to move around and get ready at the same time. It could be problematic if you have large suitcases and things you need to store. The lack of a refrigerator in the room is also a negative point.

• Влад Хомич (10/5): Perfect option for this price - It's definitely a good hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, the hotel seems to be freshly renovated. Both receptionists we interacted with were polite and helpful. Breakfast you find here is decent and tasty for this price. The neighborhood is good, the metro is easily accessible, there are several cafes and bakeries nearby.

Walking distance to wonderful Le Belsaire for dinner. Quite a way from the main sites & Gare de Nord (it took an hour by Uber to get to the train, admittedly on a very busy day for traffic). Line 12 of the metro is decent to get around.
